When you're paying thousands of dollars for life insurance, you want to know that the person who's handling your policies knows the business inside and out so that you're getting security that's the right fit for your family. They change your policy details without your knowledge or approval. They charge you for a renewal you did NOT approve and use your payment information on file quietly and after the money is taken from your account you come to know what they have done. When you request to talk to the owner she is very rude on the phone and has NO customer service skills. She will LIE to you on your face that you had approved the renewal. Only when threatened with legal action does she work to cancel the policy and give the refund. I am SHOCKED that Farmers has these kind of agents selling their policies. I came to them reading their reviews and now I realized they have somehow managed to get a high rating on google with potentially false reviews they have created with someone's help! Its incredible that they still exist!
