Arrogant, acting a fool, completely missing the point of the theme, and an awful and embarrassing representation of Loudoun County. They were belligerent, swearing, and acting a fool in front of young children. Way to go "parents." It makes me ill thinking of the lack of civic knowledge amongst these kids. Blatantly stomping on hard earned tax payer dollars with this once fabulous community resource. What an absolute shame. I will never go back and never take a class here either.

There was plenty of parking on the side of the building as well as where the playground is. If the weather was nicer the kids would be able to run around outside as well. This Recreation Center is really clean and well maintained. They have a nice sized outdoor pool as well as an indoor pool. The pool is large for adults, they have a kiddie pool and also a hot tub. There are also plenty of other ways to stay fit. They have a gym, a basketball court, racquetball court, tennis court and much more. It depends on if you're from Leesburg, or from another town on how much the daily fee is. Their locker rooms are super clean, featuring plenty of showers, bathrooms and lockers. The Ida Lee Park Recreation Center is really nice. There's so much they offer for your growing child to keep them active!

The facility has hosted many activities over the years and is rented out for weddings, private parties, seminars, meetings, and more. In years past, I've spent part of a Sunday manning a booth at a particular show that is held every year in this building. It's a neat building from a historical perspective - but it has one issue - the building does not do real well at cooling. When you pack a lot of people into an old building like this - all those folks sucking oxygen combined with the lack of air flow - really makes the place uncomfortable. It's even worse - on a day like today - where you have a sudden warm snap!
