Hannah!!! She's my Lil nail lady loves her. She always does an amazing job. I get the mani pedi with gel. She always pushes back my cuticles which i love. I spend about 120 with tip. If you wanna pamper yourself this is the place to go. The staff is very pleasant and professional. The ambiance is very relaxing and inviting. The complementary drink is the cherry on top. I have been coming here for some time now and every time I've come by service was great. Today Ny took extra care of me and truly made me feel pampered. I will for sure return.

I am really trying to keep my composure when it comes to negative reviews, but this nail salon had me so livid when I left. I originally wanted to get a gel manicure and pedicure, however, when I got to the salon, I noticed some questionable things. I started off with the aloe Vera pedicure which is $65. While my nail tech started on my pedicure, I logged on to their website to see what else they offered. I noticed there was an additional fee of $20 just for gel polish. The entire bottle of gel polish is $10-12, and at wholesale, probably $4 a bottle. Where I'm from, in SEATTLE, it's $5 for gel polish, not $20. I canceled my gel manicure after seeing those ridiculous prices and thought to myself, for $85 this better be the most amazing and legit pedicure of my life. Nope. My nail tech did things backwards. Started off soaking my feet, shaping the toe nail, and doing the scrub. Then she did the polish, which I assume is because of the oils they use for the massage. I was upset because after the massage was done, she went back with a nail file across the bottom and top of the toe nail, filing off the bad paint job. I had asked her nicely to remove the polish from my cuticle and skin and she got upset with me and said nothing was there. From these photos, you can clearly see the polish was in fact on my skin. I also did not appreciate that some toes were shaped square while others were shaped square round. She almost had me leave like that until I asked her to remove the polish from my skin again. Instead of soaking it off or removed with acetone, she used the cuticle clippers and cut the polish off my skin. When it came time to pay, I asked a bunch of questions. Apparently they also charge a service fee for using a credit card. I hate seeing that. Those are business expenses, not client expenses and a lot of times businesses use that in their taxes. It's infuriating to see how much this business is profiting from customers who don't know better. Do not recommend. I did not tip. Will not be back. From now on, I'll do my own nails.

I would consider this a very average experience! Pedicure was a bit rough and not as relaxing as one would hope. We asked for "The Basic" for my 11 year old little sister and at the register they claimed she was provided "the classic". We tried to explain that we had not requested the classic for her, and the receptionist promptly began showing us the camera footage. Implying that it didn't matter what we requested, she had received a more expensive service and it was our responsibility to pay for it. Not even a "sorry" for the misunderstanding! We found that a bit unprofessional, but paid for it as we didn't feel it was worth going back & forth over. Overall, not extremely impressed :( read more

Love going to Luckey nails and spa off of hwy 90. There are two locations so I must give props to the correct place. They do me right every time. Trisha is my preferred nail tech. My nails last long and always look great. I have been to about 3 or 4 different nail salons since moving to Castroville. You know trying to find that right fit. So I would not have to travel outside of my area. Want to support locally. Either the nails were too thick, crooked or looked as if they had been painted by my 9 year old son. No attention to detail what so ever. Any who. I have been going there every 3 weeks since October. Will not miss a beat. I'll forward to that part of my self care. read more

Well... my first time here, it's been a few years since I've last went to a nail salon to pamper myself, I thought a much well deserved experience after all I do. The service was great very gentle with my toes and that massage chair is something I didn't know I needed till I got there. Everyone is very friendly making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I told her that I just wanted to take the ends off and then angle some of it, and she went to work! She was friendly and not pushy, I felt really comfortable and welcome in this salon. I mention that, because I tend to feel really awkward in salons. I'm a low maintenance gal, so this type of thing isn't something I'm confident about! She finished up and I absolutely LOVE everything she did. She is amazing and I love her now haha. Just kidding I'm not a creep, but I am incredibly happy with it. And not only do I love my hair, but... I got the shampoo/conditioner... a deep conditioning treatment... a blow dry... AND style for $75. This is now my "place". Thank you!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this nail and spa. This is the second time they have messed up my eyebrows, and I won't be giving them a third chance. The woman who did my brows took off way too much on the right side, leaving them completely uneven -- it's very noticeable and looks terrible, all you can see if my eyebrow tattoo. What made it worse was the lack of accountability or remorse. No apology, no solution offered -- just brushed it off like it was no big deal. It absolutely is a big deal when it's your face, and your confidence is affected. This is completely unacceptable, and I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to go elsewhere. Do not trust them with your brows. read more

I came in for a full set acrylics and two pedicures- one for my husband. We did the aloe pedicures and it was great and so relaxing. The services is always great. They offer drinks. The staff is very friendly. Tom did an amazing job and was a riot taking to. Mind you my husband sat with me with while getting my nails done. Which was an hour and some change. And definitely entertained my husband with his conversation. Made the experience more enjoyable and the time fly. I definitely recommend, without any doubts. read more

I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. The man doing my pedicure was not wearing gloves, which already raised some concerns for me. What made it worse was that he had a runny nose, was touching his face, and then proceeded to touch my bare feet and legs without any consideration for cleanliness or hygiene. It was incredibly unsanitary and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will not be returning after this experience. I hope the salon takes hygiene practices more seriously going forward. read more

Wow! Loved this place. Nice atmosphere and very clean. Quan is the manager/bartender who made complementary drinks with excellent customer service. My sister had a Cosmo and I had a strawberry Mojito. Delicious! The nail techs Mindy and Amy were outstanding. I had milk and honey mani/pedi and they used fresh limes, milk, and honey.
