The Friday afternoon before my treatment was supposed to start on Monday they call and say they can't accommodate me that week and I can choose to not follow the protocol they recommended or to drive 85 miles to their other facility. Bunch of promises and lies to try to get me to come back but they ruined the trust I put in them and sent me into a depressive spiral. This process wasted my time and energy, money lost from work and the little bit of control I had on my depression before this.
