The person I spoke to on the phone was fluent in English, which made communication easy. We were taken in immediately, and they started by cleaning our feet. Spent about 30 minutes each foot, and they finished with a hot stone treatment and a hot towel. I usually get ticklish during foot massages, but my therapist applied the perfect amount of pressure, allowing me to relax and even close my eyes for a bit. If you prefer a different pressure, you can always ask them to adjust it. I definitely plan to return and might even try a body massage next time!

My masseuse left for 5 minutes after taking my feet out of the water so she could eat... either don't start my massage or leave my feet in the water. My feet weren't even covered, it was freezing! Then it wasn't even a good massage honestly. My wife's masseuse was told to take care of a new walkin for a back massage and the manager came to massage her feet... this is about 5 minutes into her massage. She was left without anyone massaging her for 2 minutes and the manager got up several times to deal with people walking in and to answer the phone. If you don't have the space for us then don't take us in and give us a sub-par experience. I'm quite peeved that I wasted my time and money on this place.

I love that they asked us our preference of the masseuses gender as well as if we wanted to be together or not. The rooms are separated by curtains, which makes it easy to transition from single to couples massage, without having to wait for a couples room to be available. With that, you can easily hear the customers in the other rooms but they have headphones that you can use with very relaxing music to tune out the extra noise. My masseuse did a very good job. She was sure to check on me occasionally throughout the massage. While her pressure was sometimes a bit too much in the shoulder blade areas, I'm always reluctant to ask them to scale back because then I feel like they go TOO soft lol. You can definitely hear people in the areas next to you. However, headphones are provided with soothing music. The staff are very friendly. I always recommend this spa to people and I always look forward to returning back for a massage.

Service, amenities and ambiance at this spa is not what it used to be…read more The spa is in the basement of the hotel. There's a very small seating area to wait for your service, next to a busy hallway. Additionally, I had a service booked and my guest got sick. They still continued to try to charge me a "fee" even though I had the courtesy to cancel ahead of time. They suggested I bring my sick guest and for the guest to wear a mask during the service. Be aware that they will try to charge you no matter the circumstance, should you need to cancel. I would not recommend spending your money here, you're better off going elsewhere, with more understanding service.
