I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

But Miguel came out to my home, worked right in my driveway, cleaned and put a ceramic coating to help protect the pain on my car. He was punctual, friendly, and it was evident that he cares a great deal about doing the job right. I never heard of this business, but it was 10 minutes away and I was determined to get my car - not kinda cleaned- but showroom quality cleaned. I had become frustrated with paying for expensive detailing packages at large detailing chains, just to get in my car and still see dirt on my mats, dust on my console and finger prints on my windows. The line was long and the guy doing detail asked if he could jum in front of me because his customer had been waiting for 2 hrs. I let him. When I got home, I noticed they hadn't vacuumed the trar floor pads and did a sloppy job where they did vacuum. I also noticed what looked at first like a smear across my right windshield. I tried cleaning it off inside and our and with no success.its permanently damaged. Sorry I trusted them.
