When I asked what the problem was, he said and I quote, "Mechanic stuff." Thirty minutes later my car was making a new sound I can only describe as "haunted dishwasher screaming into the void." I asked him if that was normal and he said, "Cars make noises." Then he charged me an amount of money so offensive I think it might be a hate crime against my bank account. He drove away. My car died. In the same moment. Like they were spiritually connected and my car couldn't continue living after witnessing whatever he did to it. We've had to have another mechanic take a look and begin to work on the car. This was a very unpleasant experience I wish on no one.

The gentlemen (and that's being extremely nice), sold us and installed a badly rebuilt transmission... Was told upon pickup to look out for any leaks that are red in color on the ground. It leaked from the time it was returned to me... our neighbor pointed the leaked fluid out to us the week after we got it home. Each time we tried to return the vehicle to have it serviced "under warranty" shortly thereafter, "conveniently" they didn't have a mechanic available to look into or fix it. Thousands of dollars of our hard earned money down the drain. You cannot convince me they didn't know they knew they were installing a piece of junk into my car. This is so hurtful to say the VERY LEAST. I'd say steer clear at all costs. We have spent so much money over the last year paying for the car to be lifted to replace leaked transmission fluid. Verdict the last 2 times we took it back to Philly for it to be looked at? "Looks like the rebuild on this one was bad and I don't have anyone to fix it... the work would have to be outsourced."
