They called me scared, afraid and did not know what to do. I called Chris transport, to see if he could go to the scene of the accident and help my friend out. I gave him the location, and he said he's on his way. Once he arrived my friend called me and thanked me and said that he was very helpful and comforting in her time of despair. He towed her car to a body shop that he was familiar with. He then told her if she needed help legally, meaning if she needed to be referred to a lawyer he also can help. My friend called me last night, to tell me that they picked up their car and the work that the Bodyshop did, was amazing. Thank you Chris for helping my friend. Anybody out there that needs A safe, reliable towing company call Chris transport. You'll find that he can be helpful in more ways than one.

Rick was also great, transparent, and very helpful even after the purchase. He even added a piece to the car for me to fill comfortable purchasing. My suggestion is to search them out and work with them because it was a great experience. I purchased a 2016 Prius in February 2023 and love it. WARNING: Avoid Finance Manager Nic Esposito, he was rude, pushy, and aggressive. Even questioned my personal wishes and financial boundaries when clearly stated after the fact that the transaction was over. Be ready if you get thrown his way, avoid if possible. This would be a 5-star review if it wasn't for him.

He also told her it wouldn't pass unless she did a fuel injector flush and manifold cleaning (no engine issues and the car's inspection isn't due until the middle of 2027). Nobody called me or texted me to authorize the additional work. No paperwork provided for the before and after alignment. A $160 oil change and tire rotation costed me $850 because the service advisor knew she could sucker my 17 year old daughter into doing unnecessary maintenance. Beware if you take your car here for routine maintenance. They also quoted her $240 to replace a $10 PCV valve. It takes less than 5 minutes to replace. Time to find another shop.

The whole crew made the process feel smooth and well organized, which really took a lot of stress off me. I want to give a special shout-out to Ian, the Customer Service Manager. The extreme cold weather slowed down the paint process, but he and the team did everything they could to stay on schedule and get my car back to me as promised. I truly appreciate that effort. They also noticed an issue with my tire and brought it to my attention, making sure I understood the safety concern. They even helped me find a discounted replacement tire to bring the cost down. That meant a lot to me. It felt like they were looking out for me, not just trying to make extra bucks. Communication was great as well. Communication was terrific - I got regular updates on the status of the repairs via text and when I had questions there was always someone available and willing to speak with me live. The actual repair took nearly a week less than they had anticipated, which was a nice and unexpected bonus. Additionally, everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly and very understanding about my desire to get back in my car as soon as possible. The car (which was brand new), looked as good as new and int he unlikely event I have any issues with any of the repair work, they stand behind it with a warranty. While I hope I won't need another repair shop in the future (!), I would definitely use them again.

the staff were nice. however, it took way too long to repair my car solely due to their own…read moredelivery issues. i dropped my car off on a thursday. i was told my car should be ready the following friday, so 6 business days. when they called me on friday they said they are only waiting on a sensor that first came in broken, and then came in the wrong sensor for the wrong car... so it could have been ready in a week but isn't because a sensor was delivered incorrectly TWICE in the same week? now they tell me the new sensor should be delivered on tuesday. i call on tuesday and they tell me the sensor didn't get delivered because it wasn't in stock. seriously? so now it should be delivered on wednesday. of course i call on wednesday and the sensor was delivered BUT whoever dropped it off "forgot the bracket." what?? the bracket doesn't get delivered until thursday afternoon so now my car won't be ready until friday. so my car was there from 7/9-7/24. all of the "delivery issues" seemed sketchy to me. on top of it all, when it came time to pick up my car, it had marks all over it and a few scratches. they offered to have me drop my car off for 3 days so they can cover up the damages but honestly id rather not risk it being returned with more marks and paint scratches. i was able to get most of the marks out with rubbing compound, and will just cover the paint scratches with some touch up paint. but its very upsetting. this is my first new car. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. but like i said, the staff who answer the phones were very kind and professional.

I asked Jack about having work done on a scrape on my front bumper that was not related to the accident. I asked him about prices about for a part for the front bumper, and if it was possible for me to bring in the OEM part from the dealership on my own. As soon as I said that, he replied "Do you bring your own cheeseburger to McDonald's?". Instead of calmly answering my questions, he stated yelling at me and was extremely rude and profane. It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, no matter the price or the quality of the work. Don't know if I would recommend this shop in the future because god forbid they don't like something you say and they start yelling at you too. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be slave to their questionable business practices and when you begin to ask questions, they verbally harass you and then refuse to work on your car. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". I'm shocked at this point that Classic is frankly still in business and that customers tolerate this kind of treatment from a business owner. Definitely looping in BBB, and also Audi of America to let them know what kind of business they are partnering with.

When you first move to a new place, it can be very difficult to locate a trustworthy network of resources like the one you were used to having before. The first few times I took my Jeep Wrangler to an auto shop in Philly, I was taken to the cleaner's in terms of unfair pricing on parts and labor. I never would have imagined that I would have a hard time locating an honest and fair establishment at which to have my car serviced in the City of Philadelphia. Luckily, I have found my new automotive family here in Philly. Please believe me when I say: LOOK NO FURTHER! You simply must have any of your routine maintenance or auto repair service completed at Joseph's Auto Repair & Collision Center (aka. United Auto Collision, Inc.). I have now been to his location TWICE. The first time for an accident in which he restored my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to beautiful, like-new, factory condition after a devastating collision!!! (He turned a multi-thousand of dollar job into something I could manage to afford under a couple hundred bucks). And the second time, he personally worked with my insurance to help secure FULL REPLACEMENT of my failed manual transmission due to an incident that occurred while traveling on the highway. Joseph is the most kind, warm-hearted man you will find in the region. He really is your hard-to-find, honest-to-goodness, no-bullcrap ANGEL who sits on your shoulder during a crisis. If you ever have something bad happen while you're in your vehicle, you need to have Joseph's 24-hr Towing number saved in your phone (215-605-0510). Once your vehicle is at his shop at 3913 Germantown Avenue, you call him first thing in the morning before you do anything else (his shop number is 215-227-4150). United Auto Collision, Joseph and Lisa made a horrible experience wonderful and they have a customer for life. Without trying to make this review too long lets just say I parked my car on Germantown Avenue a few blocks from the shop and when I got off work I realized someone hit my car and left it inoperable. I started to panic because it was 5:30 PM and I still needed to pick my daughter up from school and I really didn't know what to do. One of the tow truck operators for United was waiting for me to get off and took my car to United since it was only a few blocks away and the person who hit my car was also getting their work done there too which would make it easier to get my car fixed quickly. Lisa who works the desk offered to drive me to pick up my daughter while Joseph registered my car with the shop, my car insurance and requested a rental. Mind you they were taking care of all of these things for me and the shop and the rental car company were closing in less than 20 minutes. By the time I got back to the shop all I had to do was sign a few documents and Enterprise Car Rental was there to take me to their location to get a rental. It was the easiest and most seamless process. Shout out to Khalil at Enterprise who put me in a car immediately and worked with me when my insurance wouldn't pay for my rental. Again, Joseph stayed on my insurance company to come out immediately to check my damage and approve my repairs so he could get me in my car as soon as possible. Also when I found out that I didn't have rental insurance coverage, Joseph paid for over a week and half of my out of pocket rental costs because he knew this was a major financial inconvenience for me. Finally, when I got my car back they did an amazing job. My car looked like new and they completely detailed my car so it looked and smelled like it was brand new too. United Auto Collision Review I award Joe and His Staff This Five Star Review! ***** (For Stellar Customer Service!) Back in November on a late night I was involved in a hit and run accident. I immediately contacted my father who assured me that he would look into the matter and work things out. The following morning, I was referred by my father to United Auto Collision Inc. located here in Philadelphia at 3913 Germantown Avenue, as they came highly recommended for all things collision. I reached out to the owner Joe who helped to relieve my anxieties but assuring me not to worry he sent a tow truck out to my home to pick up my now damaged vehicle to be taken to his shop for assessment and repair. They were very welcoming, accommodating, and empathetic to my current situation. This made me feel even more at ease, to be even more welcoming Joe made arrangements for the Enterprise rentals to come and pick me up so that I could make arrangements now to get a rental car until my vehicle was repaired. Now how's that for great customer service? And to go the extra mile Joe offered to call me to update me of the progress of my vehicle and also when they would work promptly to have my vehicle back to me as they understood how important this would be. A few weeks went by so I decided to give a courtesy call to check the status, they informed me that my insurance company wasn't being fair and that they valued me as a customer so much that they would make sure that only the best offer would be accepted in terms of my well being and my car. I was so appreciative because they didn't have to that but they most assuredly did. I would recommend Joe and his team at United Auto Collision to anyone who is in need of auto collision repairs the go far and beyond their call of duty for their customers! This shop and it's workers are amazing. The owner Joseph is so heartwarming and understanding. This shop has a loyal customer for life. I was hit by a trash truck and sustain huge damage to my 2016 Honda Accord, before this accident my car was in a hit and run in the front (didn't get the car fix yet by time I got hit by the truck). My car was taken to Joseph's shop. When I got out of the hospital. Joseph was so fair and understanding; he shocked me. He was going to fix the damage to my car without the deductible and he offered to fix the front too. No deductible just what the insurance was paying. I could not believe it he was saving me 1K. I was so grateful. His kindness does not end there. The repairs to my car took awhile so my rental through the insurance ended. The shop picked up the tab for a new rental. When the rental company charged my card for the rental Joseph paid me back, no hassle. You trust him he trust you. The damage to my car was almost 10K. When I got it back it looked better than when I pulled it off the lot. It was detailed to an inch within its life, it looked so pretty. I have never met such a helpful group before. Even the mechanics where helpful every time I needed things moved between cars, they'd help without asking. I am such a fan and seen what they can do I suggested my boyfriend go there after his 2016 Malibu experienced a trunk issue. I have used Joseph's for my auto repair on several occasions. I must say that the job he did was excellent and so was the customer service. I would like to first start with the tow truck driver, when I was involved in an accident about a year ago, the tow truck driver was very sympathetic, patient and professional during this difficult time for me. He asked if me and my children were alright and reassured me that my vehicle would be in good hands. The gentleman took photos of both vehicles that was involved in the accident and all the information from the other party that was involved. That same evening of the accident the owner (Joseph) called to check to see if everyone was alright, and reassured me once again that my vehicle would be in great hands and if there was any questions or concerns that I may have I could contact him directly and he would be more than happy to answer any questions and to handle any concerns. When it was time to pick up my vehicle, it was love at first sight all over again like when I first brought my vehicle. Not only did Joseph detail my vehicle inside and out there was this annoying unattractive scratch on the car that Joseph had painted over for me. I first came in contact with Joseph's auto body in 2009 after an accident where my car my wife was driving was hit and unable to be driven. She had to be taken to the hospital and my car was towed to Joseph's shop. My wife was ok but what stands out most is how Joseph's called to see if my wife was ok and to let me know the groceries were in their possession and were willing to deliver them to us wherever we wanted them to. The job body work was repaired excellently and on many occasions Joseph himself met me at my job to help take care of any insurance issues that needed to be resolved. Unfortunately, someone damaged my car in Dec 2014 and without hesitation I contacted Joseph directly. He remembered me and asked how my wife was doing. Once again the transaction was smooth and the work was very professional. Once again Joseph himself went the extra mile, even though I forgot to bring something to his shop when i picked up the car the day before, the next morning when I dropped it off he volunteered to take me to the nearest train instead of walking the two blocks because it was 9 degrees outside. I am uphauled with what I am reading about Joseph's because my experience was totally different. I have a year old Mercedes-Benz that I have only allowed the dealership to touch and back in October after my collision, he took great care of me. From day one he immediately got right on top of picking my car, arranging for me to pick up a rental car, and kept me in the loop with adjusters and every step of the way. My insurance company attempted to put used parts on my new car and Joseph immediately notified me and went the extra mile to contact a supervisor for the adjuster who came back out and order me new parts. My car looks brand new and one could never tell that I was in an accident. It's very unfortunate for the young lady who had money stolen because I had a trunk full off stuff and everything was returned to me. I even had a scratched rear bumper that was not apart of the of the accident that he painted without addition charges being added. I got into an accident driving home from work recently. It was around 8pm. I gave Joe the owner a call because it was after hours and I knew he shop would be closed. He came to me right away. I was hysterical and in a panic. He calmed me down and explained to me he would take care of everything. He did exactly that. He got my car towed to his shop. He ensured I got home safely. He helped me set up an appointment to get a rental car. And he stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process giving updates on the progress of my vehicle. My car was repaired within two weeks which was very short for the amount of damage that was incurred. Everyone from the owner, down to the staff were extremely polite and helpful. A few weeks ago my car was in a very bad car accident. At first site I believed it was totaled. But the folks at Joseph's Auto Collision Center brought my car back to life. Not only did they fix my car they went above and beyond explaining what needed to be done. They explained the entire process from the beginning to the end. During the short two week repair I was contacted by the staff to let me know the status. Overall I was very pleased with the service and knowledge. I recently had the pleasures of working with this shop. My car 2007 Acura MDX was involved in an accident. It looked pretty bad. From start to finish, they took care of everything, ranging from rental car setup up to picking up the vehicle. I live in NJ and they also offered to deliver my car but that was little bit too much. I went to pick up the car and it was washed and cleaned and ready to go. I couldn't have tell if it was involved in an accident. I was in accident in December 11 2014 my 2009 was totaled the insurance adjuster put in for my car to be totaled out my husband best friend brother owned Joseph auto collision they towed it from were it was in Darby to Joseph repair shop in north philly . My car was hit while parked and severely damaged on both sides. The impact from the other vehicle was so great that it damaged my tire as well. I took my car to United Auto and not only were they pleasant kind and helpful, they also delivered on the work that they promised. My car looks brand new, the way it looked when I first purchased it! I just had a very good experience with Joseph's Auto Collision Center. I dealt directly with Joseph and found him to be honest (no add on's afterwards), trustworthy...finished the job in just about a week (ordered parts, installed and spray painted), and very reasonably priced. My van was towed there RIGHT from the scene of the accident inside their locked barb wired & camera survellance gate ! When i came to retrieve my belongings the circle lock was broke off my van & everything was gone! I talked to Joseph to review the cameras & he flat out refused! Dom continuously checked in with me and provided me updates throughout the process. When my car was complete, it looked brand new just like it was pre-accident. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because it took 30 days to get the car back. Dom had communicated with me and notified me of all the parts shipment delays, which seemed to be out of their control and from the Toyota factory - but the inconvenience and length of time is what docks the star. Most rental companies/insurance give you a maximum of 30 days of rental, so it was pushing it pretty close. I would not hesitate to return to this business should I ever need it, but fingers crossed I don't for a long time!

I came here SOLELY on previous yelp reviews and a prayer. Service: The man who owns this business, is Lloyd. He was the one who worked on my vehicle. I told him I prefer to pay out of pocket, if the price was fair. The price was fair. I thanked him and God for practically saving my hide. He communicated every step. He also allowed me to pay half, upfront, so that he could order my parts, so instead of having my car sit at his shop, unnecessarily, while we wait for my car parts, I was able to have my vehicle for an additional week, (while parts was being ordered). Total days in shop: 4 1/2. Quality: Lloyd purchased the new bumper, and placed it on my vehicle. It was like my vehicle never had a scratch. Perfect replacement! Then he figured out why my lights were no longer working. He immediately ordered the part and replaced it. I was expecting additional hundreds of dollars, added to my bill, but he kept the price for the parts and labor very fair. He even showed the damaged on my previous wire harness. Explained everything to me. Very knowledgable and does excellent body work. Value: I shared my quote with four other people. All were expecting that my damages would cost me thousands of dollars to fix. I am grateful for Lloyd's fair prices. Conclusion: God forbid I make a silly mistake like this again with my car, but in the event that I did hit something again, I will be coming back here. No need to look elsewhere. Within 2 hours I had a detailed written estimate and an honest recommendation to either fix it or not. I chose to fix it. They did an amazing job. Technicians drained oil and didn't replace and also did not bleed the new radiator leading the car to overheat and breakdown on the highway. Manager never took any responsibility. Response to previous post is inaccurate. We had another body shop and the dealership take a look at the damage and found that was directly related to the Degovanni. Our insurance tried getting in contact with them for 6 months plus and each time they said that they needed the manager to respond back and they were out of office.
