First, they do not offer you a paper receipt. They ONLY will send to your email (or Apple Pay). Which means they're looking to market you. So I said I don't want to provide my email. The sales person said then "you cannot return the item." So I responded, "If you want to save on paper, how come you're using these non-compostable bags as giveaways?" One month later we started getting catalogues from them. They got our address from our credit card... No other way. When I phoned to have my name/address removed from their mailing list, they haven't picked up in days. Today is a Friday afternoon & they're still saying "We're catching up on calls from the (Labor Day) weekend. That was now 4 days ago!!!! I don't want to email bc then they'll start spamming me. The guy whose voice is on the recording answers "OH HEY!" like he's your best friend. This is so deceitful and frankly I don't like the pretense. I just don't like the way this company does business.

We were looking in the mens section and saw some really nice dressy shoes that would've looked great on my then fiancé and now husband for our wedding day. We weren't looking to buy anything but my mom ending up buying my husband his wedding day shoes. They were indeed spiffy. I asked about the return policy as I wanted to make sure they fit and since we didn't directly live in MA we wanted to know. We were assured we could return the shoes and then have the right size delivered to the house for free. Fast forward they were too small for my husband he needed another size up. I know big foot, ha! So I brought them back so they could mail us a bigger size. We were offered bottled water, greeted kindly and were apologized to that they didn't fit. Everyone was so kind and they acknowledged we traveled to return the shoes. We were indeed sent the correct size and my husband wore them and looked dapper! Thanks everyone! In my mind, okay, that is probably true and they just might not have them in stock. Usually I'd be okay with this response. However, I left embarrassed and honestly wished I never walked into the store. The two male staff members in the store were rude as can be. Honestly, please fire them. They spent more time on their phones and did not even offer to help check the inventory if the shoes I asked for were in stock elsewhere. I even showed them the photos on MY phone in case I misspoke the name of the shoes. Like... How do you not know your own company's products!? We shop often in the stores in the area (McQueen, Gucci, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, etc) and I NEVER felt this way with any other customer service representative. Customers, please stay away.

Case in point: I saw a jacket on sale a couple of years ago that I loved, but the smalls were sold out. TWO YEARS later they come back in stock and partner buys one for me in medium (because I'm a medium EVERYWHERE else). They have shirts but then I got "we don't sell pants." Ummm...okay. Weird but it is what it is. He was quite helpful as I browsed and asked questions. I was able to find items I liked (and needed) as well as some I liked but didn't really need ;-)
