I love this brand store. They have a great selection of mens graphic tees. They also hsve a large variety of mens dress and casual shirts. Lots of womens item too like jewelry and hats. I especially like their unique sweaters. Just gorgeous. And they have the best leather jackets ever. Several different colors and several styles The leather jacket I bought is actually quite lightweight and feel of the leather is incredible. You can also find belts and socks and more. I spent hours trying to find a pair of jeans that fit my daughter right. We tried Levi, old navy, true religion, 7forallmankind, and Marshall's. Everything was skinny and high rise. Both those don't work for her. Finally, the lady at Lucky pointed us to the boyfriend cut Lucky's! They were perfect! The Lucky employee was helpful and very sensitive to my daughters needs. Yikes. I dont want to have to be the one to do this but after recent events I feel like something should be said. I was in the store about two days before black Friday I tend to like to beat the rush. The store was pretty empty their were about 10 people shopping around in the store and about 4 workers. Everything was going fine up until I was about to check out. As I was waiting in a line a mother that was one person a head of me was at the register complaining about a pair of jeans that were marked 50% the employee who I believe stated she was the manager? Dark hair and darker complexion was rude and awful. The mother was simply expressing that the sign clearly stated (which it did i checked myself) that the jeans were 50% off but the manager was not having it. She literally had the nerve to say " I know what the sign says and its wrong so no i'm not giving the discount". I've worked retail and I know there is a little something called California B&P Code #12024.2. I felt so bad for the mother who was just trying to buy jeans for her son. She left and stated that she would not do business with the company anymore. I was on the verge of walking out to but I just wanted to make sure I had chance to speak with the associate before I left about the event I just saw. Unfortunately before I could the person in front of me had to hear the manager start bad mouthing the mother and son saying " People like them try to get over on us, hell no i wasn't about to her the discount" As she was laughing! I could not handle it I dropped my stuff and walked out. I will not be back to this Lucky brand and I suggest they find a professional manager who knows how to follow laws or at least treat people with respect. read more

Just got very cute jeans from Lucky! Both of Isaiah, the store manager and the other short hair lovely young lady (sorry I forgot her name) were very helpful. I am undeceive and my mom couldn't speak English. They used their endless patience, savvy knowledge of their products, and sign language (lol) helped us find perfect jeans. For an outlet, one cannot really expect to find everything carried in a retail store. But an outlet is a great place to get both in-person service which saves lots of time than choosing from website by yourself and great price which beats the retailing price and sometimes a combination of offers online. I don't know anything about this brand or jeans in general as half of my wardrobe consists of free t-shirts from nerdy tech events and the other half comes from family members gifting me clothes out of pity. I somehow ended up walking into Lucky Brand Jeans though and leaving with two pairs of jeans. What convinced me more than anything to buy these jeans were the workers. They made this place and the entire experience absolutely wonderful. I just wanted to write this review to compliment and highlight the workers here. I came here around 4pm on Sunday of the Labor Day weekend. I was helped out to two pairs of jeans that were just perfect for me in terms of comfort and wearability for work. I was assisted all throughout the process of selecting the jeans, getting a changing room to try them out, and checking out at the cashier. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I was there at Lucky Store today June 24th 2019 I went at counter to ask my style jeans.Manager took me where jeans were lying but she told there were no Jeansof your size. She was running here and there as she was putting more clothes in other sections.I asked you can show me other colors as deal was buy one get other half off.When I asked again for my specific colour and size she told u can order online and gave me iPad n told u can choose.I again asked for help to filter colors she again told that u can go through these colors available.So didn't want to help in any way as there were not much customers but she was in rush.I have bought jeans from this store so many times but never had such a weird experience like this. read more

I had a really positive experience shopping here the other day. I was not really looking to buy anything, but was browsing the outlets on a Friday afternoon and thought why not. I was greeted immediately by a VERY enthusiastic sales associate (young, cute Asian girl, wish I got her name!) who told me about the 40% off sale they were having that day. Well shoot, that was enough to hook me. I grabbed a pair of shorts to try on, and the same girl that greeted me gave me a fitting room. After I tried them on and walked out, a different sales associate by the name of Kel (Easy to remember since its similar to my name lol) informed me that Lucky shorts expand when washed and to make sure they fit snug. I would have honestly bought the wrong size had he not said that!! So since I needed a new size, the girl went ahead and brought me not only one pair but five more pairs AND a shirt that went well with one of the shorts I had. I cant remember the last time I came across this level of customer service! I ended up buying 1 pair of shorts: $35 with tax! Great price and great customer service! The store is clean and stocked well with plenty of sizes to choose from. read more

I loved visiting this store--the customer service was awesome. I met the assistant manager during my visit and found her to be genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I also discovered an across the body bag and a necklace, both reasonably priced, which really spoke to me. Lucky Brands is a company of "extremes". I'll use their 410 Athletic Fit Chinos as my example. I have 2 pairs that were given as a birthday gift to me from my sister-in-law who lives in California. Anyways. EXTREMELY high price-points for their generic commodity products. EXTREMELY low quality for the product they are offering. After 5 1/2 months, my chinos started to fall apart - the inside pockets started to get numerous holes due to shoddy seam stitching. I can no longer use the pants as the pockets are not functional anymore. My pockets only carried loose change and a hanky once in a blue moon. I don't walk around with knifes or razors in my pockets. Decided to contact and work with the totally useless customer service department. I provided all the information they needed (including detailed photos) except purchase receipts. As I mentioned, these were a gift from 5 1/2 months ago. I normally don't ask for receipts when someone gets me a gift - so shame on me! I figured at the bloated price of $75.00 (I'm guessing), I'd get more than 22 weeks of wear of out them. So bottom line - I can't provide a receipt and, because of this, they can't provide service or an agreeable outcome. Disappointing. read more

The staff at this store will keep me coming back!!! .....More than 1/2 my closet is Lucky Brand- not the jeans so much as the tops. My husband (wonderful guy) may not remember much of what I tell him- but he knows I LOVE Lucky Brand! I usually buy on-line when there are big sales and I've been to the store at Valley Fair - the guy at that store has ignored me multiple times........maybe it's because I'm 'an old woman' -who knows....but the staff at the Gilroy Outlet store are just genuinely nice and very helpful- and customer service means more to me.....I'm like a puppy- treat me nice and I'll be super loyal !! I can not believe that I have not had an opportunity to review this store. I have been here 2 times, and both left with great items. The first time i got a flowered pair of skinny jeans, and I went today for Black Friday with my family. I was instantly greeted by Patricia who is very friendly, and knows her clothes, I asked her for skinny jeans, and she suggested a size for me that fit like a glove. A great variety of jeans and shirts for men, but customer service was extremely lacking even though it was 10 to 15 minutes till closing. The two ladies working there seemed more interested in restocking inventory then trying to help me find my jeans sizes. The same with finding shirts. I get much better customer service at a regular retail lucky jeans store and sometimes even better bargain prices. read more

Super helpful people work here. I was greeted when I entered the door searching for a pair of jeans. The lady gave me a few options and gave me a few things to try on and proactively suggested some other things that were of good taste. I said I wanted to shop around first, I ended up coming back and they let me use a 20% discount for being a new customer. I am in sales and I believe when I run into someone else in sales who also deals with the public and I feel did an exceptional job it needs to be noted. I need to express my gratitude to the wonderful salesmen whom introduced himself to me yesterday named Kel at the Lucky Brand Outlet. I am a thrifty shopper and let him know, he took care to explain all the deals clearly so I could be my thrifty self. I expressed my need for jeans and he went above and beyond. I first picked out a few, tried them on, and then told him what I didn't like about the fit, and he was off....grabbing this style and that style, with-in no time we had found two winners, amongst many other items. Here's a secret of mine: I own only 3 pairs of jeans I wear, and I practically live in them. I have gained some weight and have severe anxiety when shopping for jeans. This I know for a fact, if it weren't for Kel's product knowledge (jeans and cuts/styles) I would have tried on a few jeans, gotten frustrated and moved on. But he listened and delivered. Props to you Kel!! Though Kel was my primary salesman.....I don't want to forget the other saleswomen working also yesterday (she told me her name, but I did forget it, I'm sorry) she was also very pleasant and knowledgeable, we all had a great time finding a perfect fit. This store for s fantastic! I was out shopping for new clothing and the manager, Gabe was extremely helpful. He spent a considerable amount of time helping me select the right cut and wash of jeans and ten back and fourth from the dressing room bringing me different sizes and styles to try on, all while helping 4 or 5 other customers do the same thing. I just moved to the area and was really impressed with this location. I called first to check if they had the Sophia jean and the young lady was very cheery and helpfully told me about a bogo sale too. They were crazy busy, only the very brave or the very foolish would venture to the outlets on labor day O.o, but Jenna still came up to me and asked if she could help me find anything, which is a huge deal because that has never happened to me in any mall store in San Jose, much less a bargain store on a holiday! We found several jeans, and she followed up with me after the fitting room too. I really appreciated the enthusiasm from all of the staff, not only does it make for a more positive shopping environment but im sure it also improves their sales far more than their cranky competitors! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I didn't feel the staff was very knowledgeable about body shapes and fit, and have received some not so great suggestions, namely the Leyla. I like the Sophia jean because it hugs my hourglass shape, and the Leyla, which is supposed to replace the Sophia, is skintight and low rise -- I could barely pull them up past my butt! So Lucky's execs, please bring more curvy hourglass conscious jeans in and accurately size the Leyla! Great experience overall though and I'm glad I braved the parking and the people to come to this particular store. read more

My friend and I went there a few weeks ago and Stephanie R. helped us from the moment we walked into the store. She was AMAZING help. I hate jean shopping and always leave feeling discouraged and empty-handed. I left with four pairs of jeans at an awesome price. I will definitely be going back there next time I'm in town. read more
