Good selection of choices at the buffet, but I went with my norm white rice and General Tso Chicken. The rice was extra sticky, just the way I like it, and the Generals was spicy. I also had some of the cream cheese wontons and they were perfect. I cant give this place a better ranking because I always compare Chinese places to one back in my college town and frankly none have come close from becoming the favorite. There were actually pieces of carrots and celery in it, and it wasn't too salty like a lot of restaurant soups are. The spring roll had a crisp, flaky crust. I was so glad it wasn't soggy with oil. The main dish came out before I could finish my soup and before I could even touch the spring roll. The beef had a good flavor, and best of all it was not drowning in oil or some kind of sauce.
