For Red Bluff this place is great! Don't judge the outside. It's family owned, it's clean, and the food is good.

LOVE this place, it's very clean, the staff is super nice and the food is delicious! We got veggie chow mien sweet and sour tofu and general chicken.

Very good! Best in town so far for me. If you loved the old Peking this is better or just as good. I'm normally not a big fan of broccoli but I just finished of every bite this morning my left overs! Still bright green cooked perfectly. The fried shrimp were big and just the right amount of breading. My brother had the beef egg foo young. And he enjoyed it

    Beef chow fun.

Stopped on the way passing through Red Bluff. Ordered the beef chow fun and pot stickers. Chow fun was delicious. The noodles were fried just right and the beef was tasty. Pot stickers were a little bland but good.

Great chicken chow mein and the cutest cheese puffs we've ever eaten. The tea was delicious and my son enjoyed the sweet and sour chicken.

Only one waitress on Valentine's Day dinner. She ran her butt off and managed to give good service. Food was very good, we will be back.

Way to over priced. Honey pecan prawns were good. But cream cheese wontons taste stale. Pretty disappointed.

Just not very good american chinese food. Pro: veggies were fresh, con: dish very oily, chow mein/fried rice just made with soy sauce.

Cream cheese wontons are great! Food is good and hot! Their won ton soup is lucious, too. Clean restaurant.

Everything I got was freshly prepared to order and came surprisingly quickly. Broccoli with garlic sauce was just how I like it: crisp with a lot of garlic! I ordered it with the plain white rice, which was not too sticky or too dry. A huge amount of food for the price! I also ordered popcorn chicken, egg rolls, and the spring rolls - again, perfectly fried to order. The sweet/sour sauce that accompanied was not too sweet - well balanced. The service was excellent- the counter server was pleasant and patient with me. The cook had a 1000 watt smile. I was so pleasantly surprised! I will definitely come again.

Overall mediocre Chinese food. Nothing had enough sauce and nothing had great flavor. All served…read morefresh to order though. And there is a drive-thru. Busy place. I liked the cream cheese egg roll and sweet & sour sauce. It's like a Rangoon, but roll shaped, no crab or anything, just cream cheese. I ordered combo plate w/orange chicken (just ok) & sesame chicken-I thought the sauce tasted ketchup-y. The chow mein is ok, basic,no vege, no meat. The fried rice is Very plain. No meat, just like 2 peas. No flavor. Mongolian beef is ok, not much beef and mostly consists of white onions! Didn't like the green bell pepper beef- no flavor, not enough beef ratio. The only thing I might ever come back for would be the cream cheese egg rolls & sweet n sour sauce.

Visited April 19 2026...see my receipt as always…read more TERRIBLE FOOD! You know I don't ever give a bad review unless it's warranted! I realize the honest review is not favorable. I ordered the lunch special ( it was to go but I like to see and sample the food first). Thank goodness I did..the soup was oily and chewey and not edible. I gave it back to her with my concerns but she said nothing. The fried rice looked like it had been recooked a few times ..gross! The chicken dish had a few pieces of meat with what looked like expired vegetables! I saw past reviews and should have known better. Never again! Ps..kept some of the food in case I get sick so they can see what I ate. Paid in full and left feeling nauseous.

The restaurant had a calming ambience and lots of cool artwork on the walls. Their lunch special and lunch combos are both a great deal, so you definitely get some bang for your buck! My partner got the kung pao chicken combo, and I got a happy family tofu with veggie fried rice. The happy family tofu was absolutely delicious, and I loved the way the fried bean curd soaked up the sauce. There were plenty of veggies in the dish like baby corn, snap peas, and bamboo shoots. Our server was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed getting to chat with her. She was very helpful and attentive. Stop by Wong's the next time you're in Willows!
