This was my first time to a claw place and it was a fun time. Kids had a blast- they were bummed they couldnt win one of the plushes on the wall ( it was just decor). But over $100 spent for a fun afternoon where they loved just winning. Compared to Dave and Busters where they would win like 1 out of 10 times- this was a lot more fun for them. We walked in and there was a group leaving. After that, it was just us. We were told we could ask the employee if we wanted anything moved and we did use that a couple times when machines were low. The prizes I felt like though were just "meh" There was a fake Labubu plush, and blind boxes and other stuff all that we were able to get after some more token purchasing. read more

A super cute shop with a really generous prize system! In the store, you purchase a set of tokens and use them to try and win plushies. Each plushy is worth a certain number of points and you can use those points to trade in for prizes behind the counter. Each tier of token purchases give you guaranteed prize points, so if you're not good you can still get prizes with every purchase. The machines are also not rigged, so it can be pretty easy to pick up vs other claw machine games. It can get full on the weekends with a longer line and more people playing, but it's very fun! Yayyyy, to all the claw machine fans, this place is worth the stop!! :) Came here with some friends and we all left with a bagful of mini plushies :D Things to Note: 1. Parking ~ plenty of spots in front and to the side of the building 2. Location ~ Place is inside a building on the 2nd floor, that shares with other local businesses 3. Pricing ~ Very fair! Honestly, this place gives a great deal and if you're keen to come back, you can become a member (for free) and collect stamps for your purchases for future bonus and such. 4. The Claw Machines: Probability of grabbing a plushie = Medium to High in success rate :) The claws definitely don't feel as flimsy so with some effort and luck, you'll definitely win something! 5. Trade In System: If you end up with a lot of mini plushies, you can trade it in for larger plushies, figurines, stickers and etc. Each plushie is worth X points and everything is listed on the wall/shelf for other things. 6. Service: Shoutout to the guy who was super helpful!! I forgot to ask for the name but he was super friendly and helpful when it came to questions and helping out with the machines. 7. We had so much fun at Lucky Claww! I am a claw game failure, but not here. I was getting prizes left and right. We had so much fun with our cart of stuffies and deciding which to trade in and which to keep. Only dinging one star as it 100% smelled like a dirty diaper when we were there even though there was no one else there but us. Will definitely be back! read more

Easy to find, plenty of parking, great customer service. The claws were calibrated well and easy to win. Coin packages were fairly priced and came with guaranteed minimum points for trade. Great plushy wall for selfies and photos. We'll be again! read more

The system here really needs improvement. There's only one employee working, and they're responsible for both checkout and handing out tokens. That means if there's a line to pay, you're stuck waiting in that same line just to get tokens. A self-serve token machine would make a huge difference -- customers could grab their tokens independently, and the staff could focus on checkout. It would make the whole experience smoother and much more efficient. Sadly, won't be back read more

Super fun small space! Took my daughter for a quick fun activity. We had just got back from a trip in Asian where all the machines were so difficult to win. Machines here were pretty easy but still challenging enough to make it fun! Machines have different coin denominations and we actually won a ton of items. You can also trade your wins for other items! Jayla was awesome and saw I wanted a certain prize and helped to move out of the buried pile so I could have access to it! We spent about $90 and I think we could have spent less and had just as much fun. Definitely be back and bring friends to enjoy the fun! read more

I saw the good reviews but was a little suspicious when I pulled up to what appeared to be a windowless office building. Once inside the shop on the second floor though there's a decent number of claw machines which are not what my kid calls "cheater machines". They're fun winnable machines. The staff, Christiane, there was super friendly and helpful with explaining how things worked. A five year old with some claw machine experience was able to win a cart full of stuffed animals. Depending on how many tokens you purchase you're guaranteed a certain number of points worth of prizes which is amazing. I've gone to enough claw machine places where you dump $50 in and come out frustrated with nothing. Will definitely be back when in the area. read more

I went to Lucky Claww again with a group of friends and had a great time! For $56, we were able to win a cart full of plushies, even though they sucked at claw games. We traded up for an eevee plush which my friend enjoyed greatly! I was slightly disappointed to see that a significant portion of the redeemable prize section was replaced with blind boxes that were only available for purchase. Previously, they had other blind boxes available for a prize redemption. I honestly would love if these blind boxes were potential redemption prizes even if they cost a higher amount of points (30-45). The redeemable prize section was a little small this time with mostly character blind boxes from particular animes, which doesn't leave many redemption options for those of us with a surplus of plushies (me!). I'd love to see a larger prize selection (with maybe some non-plushie prizes like stationery or useful items) or more premium prizes like the nicer blind boxes and it would definitely incentivize me to go more frequently or spend more. For now my itch is scratched but I'll wait till they have different/more redeemable prizes to return for my next trip :) read more

This was a fun activity for my tween daughter. It's a small place but my daughter enjoyed it because the machines are pretty easy to grab prizes from, unlike most other places. The plushies were cute and of decent quality. We paid about $60 including tax for 100 tokens. She was able to win a prize from every machine. For the ones that had a higher degree of difficulty, it took her a few times but she was still able to win after a few tries. My daughter left with two bags of plushies. A fun experience! I got tired of constantly losing claw machines at that one arcade at Southcenter so I tried this place out. Lily was so nice and explained how their system works. You play the machines and each plushie has a point value that can be traded in for a larger prize or even blind boxes. The claws were pretty easy and Lily was helpful and gave pointers. The only downside is that it's in another building in a tiny plaza so it's harder to find. However, I still would recommend stopping by if you're in the area. read more

This claw machine place is great! It is the best I have ever been too. I was able to get around 20 stuffies!! The machines aren't rigged at all. The workers are nice too, if they see you having trouble they will come and help arrange the stuffies in a better way. Me and my dad had the best experience of our life at Lucky Claww! And just to make it better they even gave you a guaranteed amount of points so that you can still get a prize! And for new people they give you a few coins to test out the machine to get a feel. Location was pretty awkward. Would have been nicer if it was in a better location. But definitely a little hidden gem. They have about 10-12 claw machines each with different plushies. I've played a lot of claw machines at different game centers...and none of them were as easy as these were. My 7 year old son was always having trouble with claw machines, but here he was able to get a few on his own. If you don't like the ones you have, you could always do a trade up at the counter for something different depending on the points. Somehow, i feel like they need something to get people to stick around for longer than just a few minutes. read more
