It is located on a shopping strip mall, very small (no seating at all inside) with 4 tiny chairs and 2 tiny tables on the outside. That being said we were still happy because we tried Korean hotdogs for the first time. For these, you can order the inside with only cheese, only hot dog or half cheese half hotdog. For the coating you can pick between panko, crunchy ramen, potato, sweet potato, rainbow cereal or Oreo. You can then add toppings and sauces. What we originally came for though were the boba teas and they have a good variety for these. Mixes can be done with milk teas, green teas, lemon teas, jasmine teas, matcha... and different types of boba pearls. They also have smoothies. I'd like to try their chicken gyozas, PAN-FRIED CHICKEN DUMPLINGS WITH CHEESE & BACON TOPPING. Keep in mind no seating at all indoors and extremely limited seating outdoors but the name says it "Tea Studio", meaning its main focus is tea items and it's a small space.
