Wanted to bring something special to Easter Brunch so decided on Atelier Monnier. Had never ordered a cake from them in the past but have had their desserts & pastries many times in the past. They had so many amazing sounding & looking options on the website but I finally settled on Dark Chocolate + Passion Fruit. Not only was it absolutely gorgeous when I went to pick it up but one of the most delicious cakes I have ever had! The combination of rich, luscious chocolate mousse, the dark chocolate crumble crust & the cool & slightly tart passion fruit cream was perfection! Loved it & so did everyone else. I happen to come across cute bakery when I was around the area. They have public parking lot outside their bakery. I ordered various types of pastries such as almond croissant, chocolate croissant, apple crumble croissant, and pastel de nata. My favorite was the almond croissant! So flavory and very soft! Probably one of the best almond croissant I've ever tasted. However, I felt like the chocolate croissant lacked flavor. I expected it to have more chocolate in it. The prices for each baked goods had reasonable price since each pastries are handmade and made fresh. The croissants were priced around $3. Glad to have my favorite raisin bread pastry so close by! It's so moist and sweet but not too sweet. The golden raisins are my favorite part. I've never been able to find another one like it in the south Florida area! Sorry I didn't take a photo since it was in my mouth as soon as I got in the car. ;) it truly made my afternoon. What cute little place full of lovely French patisseries. Mmmm! Miami is so full of culinary flavor that you're able to find a French bakery in the middle of Westchester. It was National croissant day. I ordered an almond and a chocolate croissant. They were so soft and fresh and full of flavor. The almond croissant is the best croissant I've ever had. The store's absolutely cute. The staff is super friendly and the chefs are authentic. I asked and confirmed that they really are from France. They have an assortment of pastries, coffee, breakfast as well as decadent cakes. I can't wait to go back! Try and stop by and see for yourself. read more

The service here is awesome! And get this! They were already closed and the lady who was closing had already cleaned the utensils, plates, etc. And had already sweeped and cleaned the tables. Walking in to the bakery all tables were dirty,no customers were in the bakery,staff was in the back (had to wait for her to come out). staff then proceeded to take our order while she was on a phone with a personal phone call,felt very un inviting.Food has a nice presentation, however I ordered a cafe con leche was not asked if I wanted it light or dark, I asked if she was able to make it darker because it was extremely sweet and she charge me extra which I was unaware of. I also ordered ham and cheese croissant and chocolate and almond croissant and I asked for it to be heated she grabbed my food without a glove and tossed it on the toaster food came out cold still. If you ever wanted to know what heaven tastes like it's right inside their almond croissant. It's glazed on the outside with honey and almond and has a delicious custard inside. This croissant sells for $3.50 and absolutely reasonable for all the ingredients and work out into it. It's not your ordinary bland croissant that needs some love put into it to make it worthwhile. The boutique in general is a small shop where they make a majority of their pastries. It's more of a place that I get my croissant and leave since I don't get that caffe vibe off of it. It'd be nice if they invested in decorating the place and make it feel cozy like a true French bakery. I haven't tried their other items, but they sure do look good. I in a way think that they are overpriced since it's not a place where you would generally go to go unwind. That's just my opinion. I love this bakery. I would always visit the Pinecrest location when I lived in the area. I'm so happy to know they are in Westchester now. Their ham and cheese croissants, and almond and chocolate croissants are fantastic. Perfect for a quick lunch or delicious breakfast. The coffee they serve is equally delicious. Was turned away because I had a 6lb dachshund puppy in store.... after I waited 5 minutes to be helped while the store was empty.. the cashier seemed annoyed that we interrupted her "break". There's literally an animal clinic and pet store next door and they don't allow pets, ridiculous. read more

Just tried out this location for the first time after moving nearby. The service was great and they had the ham and cheese croissants and chocolate almond croissants we love so we were very happy. It's a slimmed down version from the one in Pinecrest so you won't find as big a food selection or any wine but for delicious pastries this is a great option. Would love to see it expand to include more. Either way We will definitely be back. read more

I was very upset about the Bird Road location advertising incorrect hours and misleading me on a day I had very little time to waste and hastily wrote a negative review about this establishment. The owner rapidly replied to my review to make it up to me with a freebie, which didn't necessarily incentivize me as I've had delicious macarons at Atelier before, but definitely made me feel better about my less-stellar-experience. I went to the Pinecrest location this time as the hours work better for me and I received excellence service and even had a funny conversation with one of the employees. I purchased macarons despite having received some on the house and was truly satisfied with everything the store had to offer. I do think stores have to update their store hours to avoid customers running over (especially before closing time) when they need something in a pinch, but making them aware of this is a start. I'm glad to say there is a happy ending to this story and that I will be returning for many more macarons in the future! read more

I had a horrendous experience with this cafe. I had pre ordered a large order of food for a brunch that was French themed. We had spoken multiple times prior to the day of event, they promised me delivery and vegetarian sandwiches mixed with the assorted. The day of event we get notified they have no one to deliver the food and when we opened our order there was zero vegetarian options. I called and begged for them to send us a new tray of veggie sandwiches but they refused, offered to refund me $20 (our order was over $200) and that I could pick it up myself or pay for a third party delivery service. Awful experience, extremely unprofessional and the worst customer service I've experienced. read more

Came along this place through an IG post. Went to the Bird location on a Sunday morning for a snack but there wasn't too much left on display as far as pastries. What we did order was delicious though: coffee, chocolate almond croissant, apricot danish, ham and cheese croissant and the quiche were great. The lady behind the counter was very nice too.
