Theres plenty of indoor and outdoor seating as well. My go-to sweet treat is always CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice for their delicious house milk tea with sago!! I also appreciate that it's consistently well-maintained and that security is always visibly patrolling, which definitely adds peace of mind since DTLA can get hectic. Plus they also have a parking structure, not 100% sure if they validate though or how much it costs.

The marker clearly said LVL 2, but I was unsure. The walk to the gym felt a bit far, and at 9 a.m., only a coffee shop and Target were open, nothing else really bustling yet. I think it would be better to come when more stores or restaurants are open, so you can make a proper day out of it. We parked nearby at the Aiso lot, which was convenient. The venue is located on the 2nd floor next to the RIF shoe store, and it's a great spot for a night out in Little Tokyo.

There is a restroom and even a water fountain in the mix here as well. GETTING & GOING HERE: I'm more of a train and transit person when exploring downtown and if you don't mind the stroll it's only a half mile from Pershing Square and Pershing Square Station. They have lots throughout, some with better deals than others. I recommend nabbing a $15 all day if you plan to be in the area for a while and even if not, they typically have better hourly rates. Some of the parking just off Los Angeles Street is pricey. Metered parking exist, but can be the game of chance so if you're lucky enough, grab it! THE PROCESS: After you order... The system for Santee Passage is mostly time and a call out of your name (or name given), unfortunately there is no speaker/intercom for either all or each individual businesses.... Though if you're lucky enough to catch some tunes playing it might be from Virtu at the end. I do wish there was a little more cohesiveness to the Passage, but as pretty as it is on the outside and fairly clean on the inside (someone come through and wipe down tables more please)... It's all individual.... It has the opportunity to be a mini pocket grand central in my opinion (a few more seats) and even room for a small pop up vendor or two (especially in the upper dining area). There's a cute cozy market & liquor store across from Virtu, real easy to spot that feels a bit more grand in energy. Overall I'm very glad Santee Passage Hall is here and I'm sure the people at the Santee Court Apartments (just outside, underneath the Market/Liquor Shop) enjoy it as well.

The chicken quesadilla was scrumptiously good. She adds salads, avocado, and grilled chili on the side. Other than hot dogs and chicken quesadillas, she also sells packed fruits and chips on the side. Fresh fruits are $3 a box. Water melon was pretty good for the season. Make sure you bring exact change to avoid having her or yourself going from store to store getting single dollar bills.

The nice gentleman pointed right back out the door to the sign on the wall that read Pete's Coffee, that was Morsels. I didn't see any other signage. Being an Omni Select member the reason I was looking for Morsels in the first place was to get my free coffee to go. So, off I went to get my coffee. It's a tiny convenience store where you can pick up any toiletries you might have forgotten as well as some snacks, beverages, or magazines. The guy behind the counter did not look happy to be there, but he served me my free cup of joe and took my voucher without any hassle.
