I booked an appointment for a facial that I had purchased on Groupon. When I arrived I was asked to have a seat and waited for approximately 15 minutes past the time of my appointment. Ok, fine, that's common. A woman, Callie, I believe, comes to talk to me. Asks how much I paid for the groupon, looks at it and then tells me if I pay her the money she will perform the facial, she refused to honor the groupon and walked away from the conversation and claimed "I don't get paid enough from that." DON'T SELL SERVICES ON GROUPON THEN! Horrible encounter, waste of time. If you don't want to honor the Groupon don't book the appointment only to have me show up to try and have me pay directly. read more

These are how damaged my nails are after removing such thick acrylic that was over in 3 ml from my nails. This is so bad. I came in to remove my acrylics and get a gel mani & pedi. Pedi went okay but when they went to remove my acrylics, instead of soaking them in acetone and filing it down, they decided to rip off the acrylics which resulted in half my real nail ripping off. The lady told me "not to be a baby" about it and continued arguing with me...seriously? That is not what you tell your customers when YOUR EMPLOYEES mess up. They charge 3% every charge so if you are paying 49 they will round it to 68 plus tip. Horrible bubbly thick nails. They took almost 3 hours to do my nails. Didn't listen to anything I was saying on trying to fix my nails. Super rushed sloppy job by Kelly the other two older ladies were fine. Update: since someone commented I should go back to school for the math of my 3% let me break it down. They charged me $37 I believe for gel nails and a pedicure, decent price. Add $5 for the removal of callus on my foot $42. Then add the 7 to remove the extra skin on my nails since it wasn't for some reason included in my manicure. So actaul the total was $49. 49 × .3 is 14.7. You see the way tax works is that you add or subtract that to a set price. So in this case since you have a sign literally by the manicure station that literally says, Every charge there is an added 3% that means 14.7+49= 63.7 so plus the tip 5 it ended up 68.7. So no I don't need to go back to school. Also they aren't clean at all the way they "sanatize" is by using the sink and putting tools under cold water before using them on someone else. read more

I walked in was greeted right away. Not busy at all, was asked to pick a color. They had lots to choose from. Books of designs and sample nail colors available. Comfy setting. Was sat down in a massage chair music was playing tv was on and they went straight to work. I was the only client left so yes I was pampered. Hope it's always like that. Kelly was kind and talkative she did a great job on the nails. It was identical to the picture I showed her. My feet were taken care of like a queen. I went to ask how long the wait would be and how much a certain full set that i saw someone got from her would be and she quoted me 50 bc of the gel powder and that seemed reasonable especially bc they were one of the few nail places open. there were two ladies working on two people and kelly told me it'd take 20 min before she could get to me so i came back in 20 min and waited for nearly an hour and a half for kelly to get started on me when they were two other customers getting worked on. i rated 2 stars because i actually like the shape of my nails. but that's it. i wanted a pink ombré exactly/ similar to one that someone else posted on yelp in review of this place. and i was highly disappointed. i asked if she could make the colors more uniform and she said you never know how the colors are going to come out because the pink and white are separate. and she said it will all be fixed when she files it. they didn't come out how i expected at all. then i asked if it was 50 and she said 60. so i paid 60 for nails i'm not happy with. I've been coming here for a while and I was okay with it because it's pretty much always empty and Kelly's dog is the cutest BUT....recently she has brought her mom to work with her and her mom takes 45 minutes to do my pedicure and then Kelly comes to do it all over again because her mom doesn't know how to do pedicures. On top of that, pedicures used to be $15 and they have gone up to $18. It is not worth the wait and not worth the price. read more

I noticed the grand opening sign on my way to work & figured I would try it out since it's walking distance from my job & I wanted to support a new small business. Unfortunately I was so disappointed with the service I received I will not be returning! I walked in on a Wednesday at 12:30 with my mom, we both wanted a gel mani & reg pedi. I had to be out by 2:30 to get to work, but there was only one customer at the time so I figured 2 hours would be enough time. Apparently, only the owner (Kelly) can do gel manicures so she had another employee do our pedicures as she worked on her customer. Our pedis were good, but that alone took over an hour since she had to do both of our pedicures one at a time. Once she finished, she took us over to wait for Kelly to do our manicures. I look over and see she's STILL not done. I asked how long it would take, she told me only a couple more minutes. After waiting around I check the time and it was now close to 2:15. She rushes over to me to do my mani while the SAME customer she was working on when we arrived got up to use the bathroom. My nails came out lumpy and sloppy. It was now 2:30 & I had to leave so I didn't even complain. She tells my mom she can do her nails in 10 minutes which is when we decided it was best to just leave. 2 hours later we leave upset & my moms nails weren't even done. To make matters worse my gel mani was lifting and peeling 3 days later. After a week they were all off. A waste of time and money. I will take my business back to my regular nail salon. read more

This is my favorite gel manicure I've ever had. My nails break easily and I'm not sure why but they chip within a week no matter where I go. This stays for at least two weeks and Kelly always does a great job. It can get busy so I try to go early during the week. Have not had a pedicure here but my eyebrows look great. Also, the way she removes gel is fast and does not damage my nails. She does not use the electric file to get it off so it does not make my nail thinner and less strong. read more

If I could give 0 zeros stars I would. The older lady was literally trying to clean my nails over 45 minutes while the manager was taking care of other clients. I decided to leave because I got tired of the lady messing with my nails for nothing and they still charged me $10 and did not even cut my nails or removed the cuticles etc. DO NOT GO THERE. On Thursday December 13 I went in for gel mani and pedicure. I was looking to get some Pampering as I relaxed... but the experience was horrible!!! The sweet older lady who did my pedicure was very dedicated to keep me Comfortable and satisfied. The lady doing my hands in the other hand was too preoccupied Being upset and arguing with Kelly. I asked for almond shaped nails and they came out ridiculous. Some were round shaped, some were pointy, and all of them were thick and bubbly. I asked for the Chrome halo gel because I have been dying to get them like that. The result looked nothing like what it should have looked like. It was just glitter and I was over charged $$$$. Kelly told me To go back and she will fix it. I went back and told her I didn't want chrome halo nails, to just return me my money. I was done with dealing with them. I asked her to just put a nude gel.. And she charged me To take it off!!!!!!!!! And she wanted to charge me more for putting regular gel. I just got regular nail polish because I wanted to get out of there. The other ladies who were there that day were upset too because she went back and forth with them instead of completing one and then starting the other one. Save your time and money. Not worth it. Went in there with my husband figured we try a new place and they have good reviews well big mistake. My husband was happy with his pedi but me NO. First she prepared my toes to remove the gel that was fine up until she added HOT towels to my feet they were so hot it was burning my toes I keeper moving my toes since it was so hot. Older lady came my way to do my pedi she started to cut my nails after just three nails she pitched my toes with the nail clipper well that really hurt and to make things worse she added alcohol WTH. She did a HORRIBLE job she cut my nails weird I told the other lady to fix some spots and she was getting a bit of an attitude. NEVER coming to this place again and now I was also going to do my eyebrows but with this experience no I will not let them touch my eyebrows. Save your money and go somewhere else. Such a shitty place! The owner here is the rudest person I have ever seen! I asked to have a manicure. After the first hand has done, I noticed that the color was wrong. So I asked her whether the color was correct or not. And the owner said they don't have the color I wanted. She didn't tell me at the first place! Strike one! Alright, we can start over again. So I chose another color. Guess what! They don't have it neither! Strike two! By this time I didn't feel to continue anymore. So I asked the lady to help me remove it. Then she used something like a drill to remove it!! What's worse, since she did in such a hurry, she hurt me! Strike three! When I told here that I'm done with it. She even shouted at me asking me to GET OUT!! What kind of owner would shout at their customers? My experience was awful. Went in for Gel Manicure and a pedicure. I had a gel manicure done previously in another nail shop and decided to give this place a chance. It took them an hour and a half when in other places it takes an hour. Plus when I had manicure done the man did not even soak my hands in water he just put cuticle cream and started cutting cuticle. But that's not even what upset me it was the fact that they are not up front with charging. When I asked her what was my total she said $30. I thought to myself that can't be right if gel manicure is $20 how can pedicure just be $10? So I asked her again how much each service is. She said $20 gel manicure and $15 pedicure. Then she says total $40. I gave her $40 not realizing my total was $35. I was so tired I just wanted to leave. So I gave her the $40. When I got home it clicked and decided to go back and get my change. She then said she charged $5 dollars for removing gel manicure I had on my nails which I think is fine if that's all I was in there for, but that was not the case I was having gel manicure service anyways and why did she not inform me of that in the beginning or when I asked her how much was each service. She said had I been a returning customer she would not charge. I thought it was ridiculous that she would do that to a new customer who could potentially be a regular customer. She said I'll give you $3 dollars back. I was disgusted by her attitude by then that I told her to keep it and left. The way she is running business I don't think it will last long. read more

Normally I have no issues with the employees there. But these past two visit have been ridiculous. Yesterday I went to the shop to get a gel mani + reg pedi. There was NO CUSTOMERS AT ALL. So she told me it would take 25-30 minutes. I came prepared with a picture of how I want my nails to look. While they were working on me, probably 15 minutes in more customers began to arrive. She constantly kept leaving me to go supervise her employees. My toes are perfectly fine but my mani is what's upsetting. Rather than staying there 25-30 minutes like she said, I stayed there 3 HOURS. The customers who came after I did, left before I did. My nails didn't even look nice, so I had to just get a simple white color. And my nails came out lumpy!!! She still tried to charge me $62 so I asked to speak with her because I wasn't even satisfied with the results. She laughed at me and still charged me 57$.
