I come here often for pedicures because my shop is within walking distance and there is almost always availability. I love when Anne does my toes (the older woman with glasses) bc she always takes her time and is very gentle with your toes. Today, I had the worst experience and sadly will NOT be going back there. I come here for the convenience but The petite lady who did my toes, she did my toes because Anne was already working on someone else. The petite lady literally clipped the side of my big toe and made it bleed and kept digging at it. I never speak up bc I always feel bad if I say something. Idk why I sat there and took the pain. I walk back to my shop and my toe is throbbing. I drive home and my toe is bleeding and hurts so bad! I even tipped the lady $10 bc I always tip them $10 when I get a pedicure. Honestly, I love Anne and the convenience of the proximity to and from my shop (2 min walk) but I would rather pay more for a quality paint job and someone who is gentle with my toes/toenails. I can see why they're not ever packed or busy. Anne is good but the other petite lady rushes every client to get them in and out, does not paint your toes nicely, and I'm sad to say today was my last time coming here. read more

Honestly I've had my fair shares of nail tech reviews but this one right here has to be the far worst. I must say this is what I get for not going to my original ppl @ Savvy Chic Nail Cottage. I came in with my sister to get a pedi and get my full done. After we were done doing our pedi's my sister was first to get her nails done. I was next in line after another lady. But yet they kept taking other ppl. They are so over priced and gratefully as I waited I just decided to go to my original lady because I am currently still waiting for my sisters nails. Mind you we got here before 11am it's now 2pm and I have had to sit and wait for clients who came after me waaaay after me to finish their set. Professional nails...not so professional. I got a fill & a pedi on Monday. The next day my nail broke. John made them super thin. Which I didn't ask for. I ended up filing all my nails down. The lady with glasses did my toes. She was very rough. My toe is now infected. My twin got a gel mani/pedi & her nails are already peeling off. She went back today and they were rude about the situation. Not even a sorry. This place is grimy. I will be calling state board for how unsantized this place is. read more

I came in today for the first time and will never be coming back. First off, while I had been waiting for 10 minutes, another patron walked in and they took her in first before accommodating me. I let it go because I figured maybe the other patron had an appointment. Then, as the woman doing my nails was getting ready to color my nails, she couldn't find the color I picked and then said I had to pick another color. Okay fine, whatever, so I picked another color. I picked a chrome color and she had a hard time getting the desired chrome look that another girl had to takeover. She was finally able to get the desired chrome look but I felt like she was rushing on the job. She had to redo one of the nails and even then the job was still crappy. read more

I've been here 4 times. I've had bad customer service on 3 out of 4 times. If you choose to come here, please check their menu, they offer packages...make sure you receive what they are charging you. I recommend you find another spot. Only plus is that they are open later than most nail shops and usually have availability. read more

Not sure how to base my review... FIRST TIP - don't bother making an appointment. I called the day before asked for 3 appointment times. Yes, giving them 3 first timers. A huge opportunity to get 5 stars from 3 different reviews. I waited 30 min, 2nd appointment waited 45 minuets, 3rd appointment waited an hour and 5 minuets. Granted the results were good. Waiting just pisses you off and wastes time. Time is something I don't like to give away freely when sitting in a nail shop with other things I could be doing on a Saturday. So.. if you have lots of time to spend waiting in a nail shop you can come here. I'm willing to try the nail place across the street and compare. There is nothing special about this place, try to build a relationship with the employees and you might get them to talk (bad English) The only reason I come here is because it's close to my house and they are always available to help you. I have gone to a lot of nail salon and this one has the fastest in n out service. The prices are ok as well. They seem to specialize in massage mani & pedicure. I keep giving this place a chance, but recently it has been a bit disappointing. I'm not at all picky when it comes to my nails. Today, I got French tip acrylics and the arches came out uneven. The lady who did most of my fill was nice and seemed to shape my nails well and etc, I was traded off to another woman for my nails to be painted and she did an AWFUL job. The pictures don't do it justice, there are streaks on the tips of two of my nails and weird air bubbles / bumps on two of my nails. This is after asking her to fix one of my nails, and I didn't notice the other imperfections until I was outside of the dim lighting. It overall just looks bad up close. I don't know if they would have done better if I was a regular, but I have been to much better shops in the area. Do not recommend this location :( read more

Today I brought my niece in to have an acrylic overlay done. She had a specific design she wanted and showed a picture to her nail tech. After expressing what she wanted, the nail tech assured her that she was able to get it done. We are paying customers and my niece is the one who has to wear these nails so I'd hope she likes them! Ahhhhh I found my new favorite nail spot! I was looking around for someplace new that could do all the designs and had a wide variety of gems, chrome colors and plenty of gel colors to choose from. I saw Johnny and does amazing work, he's super talented and is willing to do designs from my inspo pics. Don't be fooled by them having gender neutral restrooms. I am a male that wanted to come in for a set of acrylics. I made a call really excited because I have a local place that had a tech that did very nice designs. But once they answered the phone I told the man that answered I wanted a full set and he clearly said "I only do nails on women not men" and he hung up the phone. We are now in an age where men were makeup and nails and many more but to still find places like that that deny men of beauty services is ridiculous. An establishment like this needs to be shut down its 2018 get it together. read more

So I went to this place because I yelped it and seen some Ok reviews . Went this Memorial Day and got a fill and pedi . Fill was nice and done by John. An older man did my pedi which was mmm ok. They were about to close so I glanced at my toes before I payed and they looked fine . After they dried and I got home that's when I noticed the horrible 3 year old toddler paint job! I went back 2 days later and told John I need a polish change same color it was a messy job . The eyebrow chick did the change and after she said $6! What .. I already paid , John said no you got a polish change . Are you kidding bro, I have to pay again cause your incompetent employee did a shity job?!
