I've been here three times now and it has become my spot. It's on my route home from work and I really like it. I've had two different people do my brows there and they were both fine, but Kabu was definitely the best. I have very little scrawny eyebrows and she manages to make them look nice. The salon is in a very crowded shopping center with lots of stores and restaurants. Therefore, parking can fill up, but you'll always find a space. The salon is clean and the service is quick. I have been coming here for the past 5 years and my overall experience has always been so good. Bhumi and her sister do amazing eyebrows! They both have different styles but I'll say they're very good at it. There are many services given at an affordable price which is very great. I have gotten eyebrow laminations, they have grown my eyebrows, shaped them nice, and given fullness at times when I want it. I usually always go with Bhumi as she is my favorite when it comes to shaping and thinness, she definitely understands me. When I take my sister she usually loves the way Bhumi's sister does her eyebrows which I love. Overall though, the customer service is great, very nice women, and overall the vibe is a good of experience you never feel judged in there. I don't usually post about places often. But unfortunately I had to come on here because I had a HORRIBLE experience and I would hate for the same thing to happen to someone else. I have been going to this place for almost one year now getting my eyebrows threaded. I usually have a great experience. However, I went there just a day ago and the lady offered to laminate my eyebrows. I told her sure I would try it out and see if I like it. She proceeded to start the process and told me that she was going to post my results on instagram and tik tok.. I looked at the results and HATED it. To make it worst my skins was red and swollen (I asked her if the swelling would go down and she told me YES.... She was WRONG). The reaction on my skin got worst over time. I went back the next day to let her know what happened and see if I could get a refund. She refused to give me my money back and she tried to blame me for the skin reaction that happened. I was not hostile and was respectful towards her (I would have at least expected her to be more understanding but instead she proceeded to blame me AND she told me she would never do any services for me again after that). She tried to give a $30 gift certificate to make up for everything. But after this I will NEVER be going back to her again. I can let them grow about 2-3 weeks and my eyebrows still look great which is a testament to how skilled they are here. Usually I don't take flyers from solicitors, but this guy (I think is the owner) was passing out a flyer coupon for eyebrow threading, only $5. I was curious so I stepped in located next to the Shiseido, same side as Marukai market. The lady (I think is the wife) was the one who serviced me. She said they just opened about 2 weeks ago. She took her time on my eyebrows and was very attention to detail. I was even impressed that she even took out the fine stray hairs that weren't even near my eyebrows. After she was "done," she examined my eyebrows once more and I guess she wasn't happy with it, she fine tuned them even more. The finish product was one of the best I've had in a long time. Bhumi butchered my full, thick eyebrows. She knew she messed them up badly because she started giving the excuse that her eyes were burning as she had just completed a facial on herself. If that was the case, she could've just told me to wait an hour until they stopped burning, but I suspect it was just an excuse as to why my eyebrows looked horrible. She had great reviews so I was very excited to try her out, as my eyebrow lady at another shop is on maternity leave. I always leave a tip when getting my eyebrows done, but not this time. I was the only client in the shop, now I understand why, sadly. I asked her to keep them thick and full, which she didn't do. She was nice enough but she doesn't know how to thread curly eyebrows. I would've respected her more, if she had told me she didn't know how, instead of butchering them. I had been growing them out for a couple months, all to have them be chopped and butchered. Great service and clean facility. Buhmi is wonderful at eyebrow shaping and is very quick. They offer a stamp card for frequent customers and I usually go in for my eyebrow, lip and sometimes cheek. Sometimes I'll opt to get my whole face threaded, and I know that can take a while but she's a lot faster than other threaders without being harsh on the face. No cuts or scrapes. read more

I come here once a month for eyebrows threading. While the lady was working on my eyebrows, she mumbled something so I asked if "everything was ok" and "if they looked good". She stopped and asked me with attitude: "Is it your first time here?" to which I replied "no". She kept her attitude and straight up asked me "Then why do you ask?!" I told her I heard her mumbling something so I was just asking if everything was ok. I wasn't being rude nor demanding but she gave so much attitude about it, finished quickly and handed me the mirror to check. I saw two straight red lines right below each eyebrows and pointed it out. She said "she had to press harder to clean". It's not my first time getting my eyebrows threaded but the skin along the red lines were stinging a lot, felt like paper cuts. I applied aloe Vera on the eyebrows and upon payment ($8 total) I handed her a $10 bill. She just took it and walked away towards the back of the salon, without even giving back the change. Mind you, I would have given tip regardless, but the fact that she didn't hand back any change was not correct. I waited awkwardly like 2 minutes and then just walked, wasn't going to make a big deal about $2..... Here's a close up of one of my eyebrows with scarring.
