I've gone in…read morethe afternoon and I get it, the workers are probably tired as hell so this time I went today shortly after 8am thinking that they would do a much better job since it was top of the morning. I ordered The Works wash which is $35 plus tip with the hope that they would remove the water spots and bug residue from my front bumper and side doors. When they drove my car up to the touch up area my car looked much cleaner. Mind you, my car wasn't filthy to begin with. I just really needed those water spots removed which were not deep whatsoever. I was in a rush so I didn't do a walk through because the employee was working on my car for at least 10 minutes so I figured she cleaned up the noticeable spots. I don't expect the car to be immaculate because I didn't order a detail. When I arrived home I got out of my car and walked around. Low and behold the spots were still there. I blame myself for not taking the time to do a quick walk around but I also expected better service than what I had paid for which was a total of $40. I called Lindstrom and explained everything to them. The woman on the phone told me that its $100 minimum for spot removal depending how deep it is. I wasn't about to pay that so I took a wet towel and did it myself. I was probably better off going to the cheaper car wash a quarter mile up the street.

My floors were impeccably clean, the seats were free of dog hairs (there was A LOT of dog hair). Windows cleaned and dash wiped down. They showed up towards the end of the 9-10 time frame that they provided me, and took about an hour and a half/two hours. It was quality work that I will return to for sure.

After purchasing the wash, the manager told me that if I wanted the inside of my car cleaned properly and the vehicle vacuumed well, I would have to pay an additional $40. I find this charge unreasonable and excessive. I was not being asked to pay an additional $10 or $20 for an upgrade--the manager wanted another $40, bringing the total to $80. For $80, I could purchase two separate VIP washes, which makes the additional charge seem disproportionate to the service being provided. I believe the pricing and what is included in the VIP package should be clearly explained to customers before they purchase the service. I also feel that charging an additional $40 simply for an interior/vacuuming upgrade is excessive and feels like overcharging. I would appreciate an explanation of the VIP package, the reason for the additional $40 charge, and a reasonable resolution to this matter. I am requesting that management review this situation and consider an appropriate refund or adjustment. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and address the issue fairly. I would also appreciate clearer disclosure of package details and upgrade pricing so other customers do not experience the same situation.
