Everyone here is very kind, so it's hard to leave a bad review, plus they do a decent job at the detail. However for $70 I don't see why it would be left dirty. I live incredibly close and had to rush home so I didn't do a full walk around but I noticed it when I got home. I wanted this baby to look brand new! Concern Regarding Unprofessional Customer Service Experience We have been loyal customers of this car wash since 2017 and have always appreciated the service provided, especially by Juanita. Today, my husband and I stopped by because it wasn't busy, and we expected the same positive experience we've always had. Instead, we were met with unexpectedly dismissive and unprofessional behavior from the employee who greeted us. When we asked if Juanita was working simply because we value her service the employee responded with a serious, rude tone and said she didn't know where she was. The attitude was unnecessary and unprovoked. After she wrote on our window, she abruptly walked away and said "bye," essentially dismissing us and making it clear our business was not welcome. We were shocked by the hostility, especially considering we have supported this business for years. We cannot say for certain why we were treated this way, but the interaction left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome. After speaking with Juanita, we learned the employee was a cashier, which makes the behavior even more concerning given her role in customer interaction. With so many car wash options in the area, basic customer service should be a priority. Unfortunately, this experience has caused us to take our business elsewhere, and we will be sharing our experience with friends and family. Customer Service at ANB Car Wash is inconsistent. On my most recent visit, I pulled my car into the line, but was too far from the "menu" to see the available wash options and prices. Instead of moving the car in line ahead of me so I could pull forward, the representative left that car in place and made me get out of my car to walk to the sign. This may not be a big deal for most, but it is for the physically challenged. The Waiting Room is dated, though offers a small television, free WiFi and a portable heater (I was there in the winter). The wait time for the service was 1 and 3/4 hours. When I retrieved my vehicle, the attendant asked for and walked away with my receipt. I can understand wanting to confirm I paid, but why wouldn't I be able to keep the receipt? When I looked at the vehicle, I found bird droppings still on the hood. The friendly "inside " Cashier was outside at this point and tried to wipe them off, but stated the bird droppings were "in the paint". The grille was still dirty, as though no soap, water or cloth ever came in contact with it. I'm not sure what it was, but a black, powdery residue was left on the passenger seat. I have to doubt if it was vacuumed. I'd really like to continue supporting this local business, but I'm hard pressed to return. For the time I spent, the inconsistent service and price I paid, I'm less than impressed. If you decide to visit the establishment, I recommend tipping only after you've seen the results. I used to love this place. Great car washing service and great pricing. BUT , what ever you do... DO NOT let them sell you on windshield replacement. The gentleman there is named David. This man is basically the worst man to do business with. I drive a Tesla model Y. I was currently not ready to replace my windshield. He bugged me night and day about it I finally gave in. Made a claim with Tesla to approve the repair. Tesla was invoiced for a OEM Tesla windshield. And that's not what I got installed on my car. I got an off brand windshield. ANB Carwash is a hit or miss kind of relationship/experiences. Sometimes they will do an amazing job, inside and out. Sometimes it'll be as bad as they come, with the exterior wash usually very good, but the interiors a complete miss. Often times, they'll mess up the scent, or forget vacuuming the trunk, or not wipe the dash down, or forget to dry something or completely miss another step. When confronted, they will always fix it, but yours and my experience requires checking and micromanaging. read more

Today the old lady that came out to see what wash I wanted, was going to make me get the most expensive wash. I told her I wanted a different one and she told me my car was considered an SUV and I could only get the highest price one. I should have left but didn't. 1st time into AnB Detailijg Carwash. I have a 2020 Toyota Tacoma. I wanted to get a detail since it had been forever since my last one and my cousin threw a cupcake at my truck after a birthday party and hit the front left rim with it so I thought the truck needed some extra attention. Pricing was reasonable and the cashier was great. I ended up coming back to my finished truck and the cupcake was still gobbed up on the rim. I asked the gentleman who does the finishing what he thought about it and he said "we don't do that". I asked for a manager to which I was referred back to the cashier. She took a look at it and thought the wheel was unacceptable to which the gentleman who did the finishing took my keys out of my hand and slammed my truck door in my face as I was saying everything else looked amazing. I asked the cashier "is he always like this?" To which she responded saying it is a common occurrence and referred me to call the owner Dana. I explained the situation to the owner and he said he would handle it. I cannot believe the unprofessional behavior from Jaliandro and I hope it is dealt with. The pictures of my wheel is after the SECOND time it was ran through specifically for that spot. I paid $79.99 for my detail and left a 20% tip when I paid upfront. Do set a personal alarm for 1.5 hours if that is the time they give you as they didn't come and get me when mine was done. I waited an extra 10-15 minutes and it was sitting to the side all finished. I was busy on my phone anyways so no harm/no foul. They were also all very nice!! They turned away multiple cars. It's ok to close early but you should put up a sign so you don't waste people's time. Second, she said it will take an hour to an hour and a half because there are three cars ahead. THREE. It ended up taking 1.5 hours. Third, I am waiting outside and notice there was a cigarette smell coming from somewhere and low and behold it's coming from the guy that is wiping down my car! This is unacceptable for a car wash. Lastly, I asked for the car scent to be sprayed under my mats because I have the all weather rubber mats and spraying on top just doesn't make sense and makes it slippery. Quality and timely service! My husband brought my Honda Civic in for a full service wash and vacuum and I will forever more sing the praises of this establishment. Time: less than 3 hours. Quality: excellent. I'll be honest, I don't take incredible care of my car and tend to ignore the strange stains and odors that appear. At some point in the last couple of months, I realized that I was doing everything in my power to avoid giving rides. Something needed to be done. This detailing service was top-notch! The interiors and exteriors were cleaned for under $40, and my seats were shampooed for $60. The attention to detail was superb and I couldn't find any spots that had been overlooked. My only complaint is the scent- the cinnamon one was not my favourite and I definitely spent the next week airing it out. It wasn't overly strong, just slightly unpleasant. Come check this place out! But definitely don't choose cinnamon. Note- Trucks are slightly more expensive. They also offer a variety of upgrades (waxes, etc.). read more

I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check me in. The man seemed to be doing a lot of other jobs at the same time. He was really nice when he was finally able to assist. They didn't even vacuum or wipe the back seat or doors. When drying the top of my suv the guy stepped on the inside of the door and scratched all four door steps. My biggest upset was the two front doors where they have silver plates. My car is brand new with only 2k miles on it and I noticed right away. I brought it to the attention of the guy who was cleaning my car and he didn't speak english and didn't even care. I showed it to the manager on duty and he played dumb and just said, oh that's never happened. I told him your guys should be putting a towel on the doors if they are going to step there. I was first in line and soon after the customers came rolling in. This car wash is FIVE STAR. There is a Chick-Fil-A next door, so you can walk over and get your morning biscuit on. From what I observed all the employees were working hard on cars, trucks, and even a boat. If you are looking for that perfect hand wash and or car detail check this business out. This was my first time getting a hand car wash since moving to Phoenix almost a year ago and I was impressed. It took me a while to find a place I felt comfortable enough to take my leased car for a much needed wash, and this was the perfect place to take it! It's a small family-owned business just across from Chic-Fil-A along 16th St (on your right side if you're heading south). After I handed off my keys to the receptionist, she took me inside to pay then just stayed in the cool waiting area until my car was done. It took about 30-40 mins on a Saturday morning. I got the Signature Wash for $19.99. This was the best car wash I've ever gotten! I can tell they worked really hard to personalize the wash for my car. For $20 + tip, it was so worth it. I always go here for my car washes. They do a great job and it's a car wash BY HAND for low prices (imo). I took a star off because there is never not a time issue. However, that doesn't bother me. I actually coordinate my fri-sun trip to the car wash with either my lunch, brunch or a happy hour with friends. Expect to spend at least 1HOUR here but very often on their extra busy weekends it's 2 hours. It really depends on the staff they have that day which varies a lot. So coincide your errands with dropping off your car. There's a target, a couple of fast food places, a couple of bars, banks, Target, hair salon, massage envy, chiropractor etc. so places to go and spend your time. read more
