Don't ever bring your dog here!!! I took my dog to get her nails cut about 4 months ago. 2 days after getting her nails cut my dog started to act different she wasn't getting outta bed wasn't eating. She started sleeping all day I noticed a black nail and called lucky dog I was told she was probably born with it. She wasn't born with it. He said it wasn't his fault and the dog would be fine. Took her to the vet it they found her nail was infected with now ran up her leg. She now has a blood infection. I don't have thousands of dollars to amputate her leg and get fitted for a prosthetic. I came here for the first time today to get my dog's nails trimmed. The owner was very pleasant and he gave my dog lots of pets before trimming his nails. He did a great job and I was happy he did it quickly as my dog hates getting his nails done. I also like that the grooming area is open and I could see him. Afterwards, the owner gave him treats. Before walking in there I had no intentions of leaving until my dog was finished being groomed, but the owner does such a good job putting people at ease that I left in no time. I have to say that my dogs got very good cuts at this place, but I found the owner to be so unprofessional that I just can't go back there. He consistently showed up an hour to an hour and a half late to open his shop. There would be 4 different customers waiting outside each time I went there. The people that own businesses nearby would just smile knowingly and say that he never comes on time. Also, it freaked me out how scared my dogs were to go there. They're no angels, but they've never acted that scared to go anywhere else. It made me really wonder what went on there. I also got really freaked out by how much the owner flirted with pretty much any woman that walked in the door. I'd dread going in there. read more

We took our cat here for years. Then when he was old and tired, the owner kept him in his crate ALL day and never bathed him! He said he didn't have time and instead of calling us to pick him up he kept him captive all day. Needless to say our cat was not happy when we picked him up. We never took him back there. I don't know why people are writing negative reviews about this place. I've never seen the owner and anyone who works there act in an unprofessional manner. The number one thing I like best about this place is the fact that I can see in the back and see what's going on with the dogs back there. How many groomers have an open grooming area like that? Zero that I've ever seen. I took my greyhound and Italian Greyhound here for years. Jeff was always great with them and they just loved him. My Italian hates to be picked up, Jeff is the only one who can pick him up without him squirming. I took the Italian for obedience, everything Jeff taught me works great compared to me trying to teach a hyper headstrong dog by myself. I now have a Pomeranian whom I take to Jeff for grooming and obedience. Same thing, she loves him, gets a great groom from Jeff and is doing awesome at obedience training. I was going out of my mind with her excessive barking, with Jeff's tips I now have my sanity back. read more

I brought my Shepherd, Boxer and Beagle here on the same day for nail trim. When I called, the owner told me to just head over and he would see all 3. The shop is super cute and Jeff was incredible with my dogs who are terrified of getting their nails cut. He was extremely friendly, down to earth and talked to my pups the entire time to reassure them. He even played with them after and showed my boyfriend and I pictures of all his dogs, which was sweet. They have some items for sale in the shop for cheap, and we ended up getting a nice leash. I brought my two small dogs here (Papillions) for the first time this weekend and was so happy with the result. It was the best grooming they have ever had. One of my dogs had lots of hair and I always thought when she came out of the groomers that the "trim" they gave her was as good as it gets. I was so pleasantly surprised when I picked them up. Bella looked the best I have seen her and even seemed happier to have her new "cut" (and it was not shaved!). Bandit looked perfect!
