I'd give it zero stars if I could. I walked in and it smelled horrible. Really bad. Folks loitering from the bus station across the street came in wearing just underwear and pajamas to use the bathroom and get out of the heat. They brought some funkiness in with them. The place is CLUTTERED with stuff. No wonder it smells so bad - there's no way it can be cleaned. You can hardly walk thru the racks. 5 years ago this was a nice, clean place to visit...now they have all the really nice clothing hanging on the walls and the cheap stuff out on the floor and it is a waste of time. It literally stinks and looks like the city dump spilled out across the floor. read more

A great local place. The selection is extensive, but very scattered and can be hard to see quality goods. As others have stated, the proceeds help animals. This is always a major plus. read more

Fun place to thrift for a good cause. There are some cute, themed, curated sections upstairs that are very well organized and displayed. The downstairs contains a by the bag section for some serious bargain hunting. We found a vintage fondue pot, a Red Sox hoody, and some cute kids books among other things down there. I drive all the way from Massachusetts to donate and to purchase items to this great cause that gives back to the animals. You never know what you can find, so end up donating items, but NEVER leave the store empty handed. Lots of neat items from clothes, shoes,books, household, etc. Go and check it out, but recommend calling to see what they are taking in for donations and hours due to the pandemic and current state affairs. Nearly each and every time I visit I find something I must have. Scored a Chico's beautiful cobalt clue jacket yesterday for $7. And $7 is the upper end of any clothing I've ever purchased. Items for sale are very gently used and the store's setup is eye-appealing. If you've never been to this charming thrift shop, please give it a look-and-see. It's located in downtown Nashua with convenient metered parking (25 cents gets you twenty minutes) or nearby garage parking practically across the street. There are 3 floors to peruse and the eyes just keep darting back and forth to every nook and cranny from clothes on the rack to shoes on the floor to wine glasses and other glass goodies on shelves high and low. There's a room full of paperbacks and there's furniture spattered here and there. The most exciting part? Proceeds benefit furry friends. Check them out. They even have a Facebook page. I've been sorting through my storage unit, donating items to this lovely shop as I go. Of course, each drop off requires shopping and bring some delightful piece home. read more

I had to check out the Lucky Dog Thrift Shop, as the store's proceeds go and help a dog local dog shelter. Being my first time there, I was a bit put off with all the women's clothes when you enter- gave me the feeling that it is or was a thrift store that had mostly women's clothes. No fears though as the friendly staff pointed me downstairs where all the good stuff was. Housewares, books, tools, toys and games, more clothes (some mens too), crafting supplies, and more and more. All items are priced very good and priced to move. read more

The weekend I was there, they had a basement special where you could fill a bag for a fixed price - lots of fun! love this little thrift shop in downtown Nashua. It is, like all thrift stores, hit or miss with what it has. I tend to make at least three trips a week to check on merchandise aand have been very lucky. Additionally, they are very charitable as a major portion of the proceeds goes to families or animal organizations which provide for animals in need. They also have things like pet food available for free to people who need assistance. All in all a wonderful store with a wonderful crew. read more

I loved going in here and browsing through their books and knick knacks. I ended up getting some craft books along with some unique scarf. They have a lot of clothing, accessories, electronics, housewares, books, etc. Pricing is ultra reasonable, and some or all of their sales goes to animals :) ... more the reason I like support this place! They have passed the "due date" pet food free to those in need. That is great! I saw/hear a lot of people surrendering their pets because they could not afford to keep them (doc visits, food, health upkeep, etc) The ladies who work there are very nice, and one of them brings their dog that hangs out on the main floor. :D Open Monday through Saturday! read more

The things you buy here will be lasting reminders of the cause-to help animals in need. They just want to be loved!!! Oh, sure, we all do, but what better feeling than to know your consumer dollars are brightening the day of a puppy or a kitty? Walked in here last Monday and spoke with one of the owners. She told me about the special running that day: a buy two get the third purchase free sale. So my last find included: 1.) white eyelet skirt, 2.) black vest, 3.) linen blazer, 4.) gray Sassoon blazer, 5.) black A-line dress, and 6.) white button up shirt for $20. The time before that I got some candles, an old-fashioned measuring tape, and a pair of boat shoes for $6. On a half off everything day last summer, my friend bought two gold caddies and clubs for $10. These purchases in and of themselves were small, but each time I go the amount of money I have contributed grows. I will keep returning here in good conscience, knowing that the things I buy here, no matter how frivolous or seemingly small, send a helping hand to adorable, living things. read more

Nice thrift store with a little bit of everything - clothes, housewares, kids' toys, books, dvds, cds and so on. Everything is arranged well and the people who work there are very nice. This is a fantastic little thrift store! Don't let the outside fool you, this place is huge. They donate all the money they receive to dogs in need. Usually the owners dogs are also walking around the store! I've not only donated but also bought things here. They have a great selection of holiday decor. I've grabbed a few good books and even a record for my dad. The downstairs has a ton of electronics, records, books, etc. It's really like a maze here. They also have clothing, TVs and movies. Great store. I always stop by after going to the bank (right next door). The women working there are fantastic and always there to chat, and the store is well taken care of. Everything Is clean and organized, and the price is always right. It's nice to see a store like this right by the bus station and central to the urban area of Nashua. I love it.
