This says a lot, as I have never met any employee at this Petco that doesn't love their job. Listen to this - It had been snowing all day, only a few days after the Marshall fire had uprooted the lives of so many, I'm trying to get to this Petco after work but I'm stuck in traffic and can't get to the store before close. I walk up, devastated and ashamed that I don't have any dinner for my pup. I knock on the window, just in case, and who comes running up to the front door to ask what I needed? Bridget! Nevermind the snowstorm howling outside, she opened up and grabbed the food i needed and got me on my way! Best customer service I've ever seen. Blue thanks you, too! PS: if you are Bridget's manager and you are reading this, give that girl a raise! She's a prime example of why I come to Petco.

Id say I'm a pretty lenient person when it comes to customer service but, even to the two people in front of us from our perspective had a bad experience and then when we got up to the front, somehow it was even worse. Kinda crazy how you can blow being a cashier but, they found a way to do it. The issue itself was quite small honestly but, this is fully on the employee. Please do not support this store as anything else would be better in its place

While perusing the 29th street mall I noticed there was a new store, a pet store at that. The sign…read moreoutside noted a "free pet food welcome kit" so I saw no reason to go in and peruse. The space was shiny and new and there were a couple of dogs enjoying the wares with their owners. I was pleased to see items for both dogs and cats (though the store does have more dog items/food). Though the store did not include my cat's favorite local pet food (I & Love You) they did have dry, wet, and raw choices. The staff was really nice and we talked a bit about what it would mean to go with raw food and I was happy that they provided Dude (my female cat) a sample to try out. Since dental hygiene is a new concern I was pleased to see several items to choose from (peppermint spray, salmon or peppermint gel, powder, finger brushes and more traditional toothbrushes). Although a bit costly ($24.97) I opted to go for the PetzLife salmon flavored gel. It doesn't require brushing so that sounds great to me. With a money back guarantee I definitely see it as a win win for Dude & I as I do not want to go the traditional vet cleaning route with anesthesia (to note there are local practitioners that use acupuncture in place of anesthesia.) I was sure to sign up for the customer appreciation program (love those) and join their email newsletter list. I was also sent home with a couple of $2 off $10 purchase so my friends with pets can give this store a go. The staff is well versed in Western and holistic pet health. I highly recommend chatting them up if you are interested in changing your pet's food. Chances are they'll send you home with a few samples for him/her to try :)

I was told I need to show proof that I was low-income by bringing in my social security paperwork, which that is illegal to ask for on top of the fact that they never let us know that they no longer did in-house payments. If we would have known that we wouldn't have had them do the services that they did. I don't know how they expect someone to pay if they don't have it.Especially someone that's low income and for the secretary that checked this out, it was very rude and disrespectful to my husband on top of the fact that as soon as my husband left out of the building, she was a it's still being rude and being hateful and acting racist toward us. My dog has been going to the vet there for a long time. Now, they've seen him last year at this time for his allergies and the lumps on his body. If you didn't have so much turnover, you guys would know what the last person who's seen him told us about the lumps. I don't think they have their stuff together there. Because one vet told us something last year to make him comfortable. There's nothing they can do for him. And now, this bet is saying the same thing about act rude about it like we weren't not caring for our dog correctly. My dog gets the best treatment ever Financially went in debt. A cat had been brought in under the impression she would be fixed and given her immunizations for the catch and release program. It was also communicated that if they can't do the program then the cat should be returned home so a proper home could be found. They REFUSED to give the cat back and then KILLED her. They didn't even give her a chance. I don't understand why you would get a job to help animals and do the complete opposite?
