If I was only reviewing the pizza I'd give 10 stars. The pizza is incredible. The dough is absolutely everything you want it to be, it truly is world class and they deserve the top 50 rating they received. It is very light, but has the crisp and chew you would expect from an incredible Neapolitan style crust. I've read reviews where people complain about the price, and to them I say, this isn't a chain where you're trying to feed the whole family for as little as possible, this is world class pizza made using the finest ingredients and it shows. I'd pay more if I had to. I just can't say enough good things about how well the pizza and dough are executed. The downfall, and yes, unfortunately there are some, is having to sit in the heat and the blazing sun. I'm hopeful they can rectify this issue because I would hate to not see this place survive because of all the factors that aren't the food. The drink list is lacking, I would love to see a full bar and more selections on the beer list, but this can be overlooked, but I do hope they eventually acquire a liquor license. They have streaming music, and as anyone knows, being downtown the signal can be very spotty, and the music kept losing signal and going out. I hope to see either a move to a new location or an effort to provide more shade. Maybe even some fans and misters would help? Would be incredible on a nice Fall day when the temperatures aren't unbearable. I will say this again though, the pizza is the best around, no doubt. Incredibly crafted dough; you can see, feel, and taste Arpan's mastery. If you love great food and delicious pizza, I urge you to go, it's worth it.

Food is good but agree with others price is rather high for a smaller pizza. There are 2 other neo style pizza in the area that do have larger pizzas with better prices. Service was friendly but not any recommendations for first timers.... Loved the outside and the music and that there was water made available. They also have 2 different types of pepper toppers for the pizza which were also good. Salad was also good but for the price again kind of small. The ingredients are great and fresh but definitely not my first choice for pizza unfortunately. I think the way need to create a discounted pizza night or some kind of happy hour.

The food was delicious and the staff were very helpful. The staff talked and laughed with us as we waited. The vibe was cool and you could tell they put a lot of effort into ensuring a quality experience. I definitely will go again.

This pizza is THE freshest, most delicious pizza in town. Staff is super friendly as well. Had to wait for 20-30 minutes but worth the wait!

Be prepared to wait (they stay busy) and to pay more for the fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Totally worth it. Staff is super friendly, too. I sat outside at a table and had a drink while I waited. After we ate, we both agreed the pizza was delicious and filling but not heavy like other pizzas. We'll be back!

The stracciatella pizza with homemade pesto was incredible

Such good pizza! The quality is amazing, the dough was perfectly soft, and the toppings are uniquely delicious. My husband and I sat at the bar, enjoyed some wine with our pizza, and it was the perfect vibe for a date night. All of the staff were incredibly friendly as well. We'll definitely be back!

    Queen Margot pizza

This pizza is the real deal! The ingredients are delicious but it is overpriced! It is a very small pizza and 23$ for a simple margherita is waaaaaay too much.

Pizza is good. But $30 for a 13" pizza is crazy. Nothing else to say. Won't be coming back.

Prior to visiting East Hill I found some pretty good, good, and maybe two really good options. Until this, though, I hadn't found a great option. Let me tell you, our pizza from East Hill was excellent! Not only was the pizza awesome, service was really good. Shelton the Kitchen Manager heard me mention it was my first visit and he stuck around to ensure I received the perfect pizza, he even delivered it to our table personally and chatted for a minute or two before leaving for the day. The place itself is kind of small, but it's clean and they're done a great job arranging the tables and have it pleasantly decorated. Will we be back? We will absolutely be back, the pizza here is BOMB!!!

They closed at 9 so we called at 8 and they said 45 mins for 1 pizza. Pulled up and still wasn't ready, I don't mind waiting for good food but this wasn't it. We opened up the pizza and it was slightly undercooked as evidenced by the mess the cheese created, what was even more aggravating was they hardly even cut the slices, we had to use a fork and knife to separate the pizza ourselves and it just was not at all enjoyable. Perhaps it was an off night but how they thought it was a good pie to serve a customer is the real issue, skip.

The deck is quite enjoyable for a number of reasons. It is shaded and surrounded by lush vegetation and it's much quieter than inside and more conducive to conversation, especially for folks like me who have profound hearing issues. Service is prompt and attentive here. We decided to share the hot pastrami on rye and the antipasto salad. As you can see from the pic the sandwich is ginormous. So good. The antipasto salad here is unlike any I've ever had in my 77 years! It is composed totally of Capicolla, Genoa, and cotto salami, pepperoni, provolone, Swiss and mozzarella cheese, green and black olives, and artichokes marinated in an Italian dressing. There is no lettuce as in all the antipasto salads I've had before. It is absolutely delicious. We were unable to finish our shared portions of the salad and took easily a whole half portion home to enjoy later. As I'm sure I've said before, there's a reason this store is always packed.

This is complimented by the large, striking art pieces that occupy the entire wall along the north side of the store. And I'm declaring right now the lovely patio area to be one of the most, if not the most, delightful al fresco dining venues in Pensacola. And right now in early May, the patio is graced with the lovely fragrance of the blooming jasmine vines that adorn the trellises of the patio. Though most of the wines on EHWB's list are unfamiliar to me our lovely, efficient, and attentive server, Nadia, was quite knowledgeable and able to steer us to exactly what we were looking for to accompany the Muffuletta we had our sights on. The list consists of a nice variety of moderately priced wines. And at lunch, there are several wines offered at half off per glass. As we're old timers we shared a half Muffuletta. We could have shared a quarter. LOL. It is large. It is served on a bun that looks like a Gambino's, and may be. The bun seemed rather dry to us, not perfectly fresh, but nonetheless the sandwich was quite good. Loaded with all the traditional ingredients and very enjoyable. Would definitely do again, though for next week we've got the Cuban Press locked in on our radar screen. There are several things on the dinner menu here that are calling out to us so we very well work an evening visit in while here. I'm saying this store is going to a winner and a mighty fine replacement and more here in East Hill for City Grocery.
