Oh my goodness; what can I say?!?! Let me start by saying this style of pizza is not super popular in Northern California, the first time I tried it was a few months ago in Orlando at Pizzeria Uno. That was good, this is great! What was even greater than the pizza was the care and attention provided by the manager. I was greeted right away upon arrival and found my order ready and waiting, a few minutes before it was promised. Joshua (manager) took the time to share information with me about the pizza, the business, and what they're known for... the Ranch dressing, which was phenomenal! The storefront is takeaway only, no tables or booths, but as long as you take it home straightaway you're sure to enjoy a delicious meal! I will just mention that the manager is so committed to making sure his customers are happy, he called me to see how I liked the food. Joshua has a bright future ahead of him, I'm sure! Thank you, Joshua and Jet Pizza for an awesome first visit; I'll undoubtedly be back!

Best Detroit Style in P'cola...well the only Detroit Style in P'cola! It's hard to pick a fave style of pizza for me because sometimes I want NY style and sometimes I want Neapolitan...but it's hard to find Detroit style outside of Detroit...but when you do... Jet's makes their Detroit style pizza with the sauce under the cheese...but I do prefer the kind with the sauce on top. I won't say that Jet's isn't traditional Detroit because Jet's has definitely made an impact in Detroit and outside of Detroit...not many has done that! Jet's is Big Sean's fave pizza BTW for you music fans. Fun fact that usually only people from Detroit knows...Little Caesar's is also a known Detroit pizza...with cheese on the bottom...but they strayed from great ingredients many moons ago and it's super commercial...at least outside of Detroit. Detroit Style is a thick, square, pan pizza different than Sicilian. The dough is light making it very different than Chicago style (the worst style to me). The cheese goes all the way to the edge of the pan giving it a heavenly crunch...that brick cheese is out of this world! Again, I love the Detroit pizza with sauce on top...because you don't know when the dough ends and the cheese begins...but Jets does it with sauce on the bottom...nothing wrong with it, though! So, I'm not from the D! I'm just a foodie that loves knowing any food I fall in love with. So, I've had Jets in Tampa and was underwhelmed by that particular franchise location, but Pensacola Jets impressed me for sure. Honestly it's the workers for me. I walked in to pick up my pizza and it was a whole vibe and I don't even think they know it. I got the 8 corner pizza and was blown away. I didn't understand what made it an 8 corner pizza until I opened the box and realized that they use 2 pans instead of one big one...what does that mean?? It means you get those crispy cheese edges on EVERY square piece of pizza...pure heaven! Whenever I'm back in town from abroad...this is the new go-to pizza spot for me. Aloha

The pizza was hot. Good enough for whet it was. They accidentally dropped our pizza so it took hella long. I didn't like it. My 11 year old did. We got Detroit style so I didn't like the crust. I wouldn't go back but they have all kinds of different crusts

What the fuck is this....... .. 50.00........

Best pizza. ... except for today. Burnt as fuck. Not edible. Cold. SMH. Go train in detroit.

Today I tried Jet's Pizza for the first time! It was amazing! Love Detroit style pizza! The service was awesome! I even was recommended to try their ranch dressing with the pizza and it was probably some of the best ranch I've ever tasted!! Huge thumbs up for a great experience!

Excellent Detroit style pizza! Just like home. Workers were sent to Detroit to learn how to do it correctly. I will be back!

My previous pies were from that tawdry Italian joint, Domino's. Anywho, Lost Pizza really knocked my socks off. I mean...socks blown across the room. All 5 toenails dug into the floor kind of socks blown off. Quite frankly, I was holding on for dear life. I ordered a Beekeeper pizza, and let me tell you, I felt like Winnie the way it had the honey. Gosh darn delicious. To those following me along for the ride, I'm sorry, but I forgot a photo. The whole socks getting blown off thing really got me in a tizzy. I promise it looked great. Catch you next time on Scoobert's Scrumptious Sustenance.

You order at the bar, pay up front, and get a table number. Once your food is ready, they bring it out to you. The setup is simple and works really well. The menu is interesting and the decor adds some personality to the place without being distracting. My wife and I split a pizza and it was excellent. We also ordered the tamales as an appetizer and they were legit. Everything came out hot and well prepared. The only minor downside is that parking can be a bit tight, but it is manageable. Overall, a really solid spot and an easy recommendation if you are in Pensacola and craving good pizza.

There is a private dining room that I presume can be reserved for groups, an open air dining room that looks onto a bar with a large pizza oven down at the end by the kitchen. There is also, separately, a craft beer bar room. All of this is accessible from the main entry point, as well as the main store with gourmet food, a cheese cooler, and of course aisles and aisles of wine. My review is only for the lunch pasta which I enjoyed in the main dining area of the store, but the space does deserve a special mention. If you are into wine, what a great way to try some new ones and pick up your own bottle or two to take home! I had the flat noodle pasta with egg yolk sauce, served with a piece of blackened chicken and crusty end of bread. All of it was somewhere between just OK (the chicken and sauce) and good (the bread and noodles). The chicken was very salty (which I like) but you can't undo seasoning if you like less salt in your diet. The table did not not have salt/pepper shakers, nor were they offered. I thought this dish should come with fresh shaved parmesan and/or fresh cracked pepper, but it did not. I think these would have been welcome improvements. Service was fast and friendly, and the staff seem to have a nice demeanor and tempo. Everything was very clean, and the water was fresh and served in a real glass. Once ordered, my food came out of the kitchen in just a few minutes. There was a surprise 3.5% "operational costs" charge on my bill that was not announced on the menu nor was it a credit card fee since no cash discount was offered. I can only assume it's just a way to tack on a few pennies. Overall, as a non-wine-drinker (at lunch), and based solely on the pasta dish that I tried, I have to say it was OK. Some of the salads and small plates sounded very good, and if I go back I will definitely be trying something different. Overall, a decent variety of options (including pizza and burgers) so this could be a nice spot for a work group on their lunch break.
