I visited the store yesterday and Andrew Lopez greeted me. I told him what I was looking for, and he spent much time offering suggestions that he thought would be helpful. He then brought out about a half-dozen boxes of shoes for me to try on. I decided which were the best fit and asked for my size in a particular color. Unfortunately, the manufacturer makes them in that color but the store does not carry it. Andrew then advised me to go directly to the shoe company's website to purchase my choice. I responded that because of all the time and effort he spent with me I wanted him to get the commission. He said that he wasn't on commission and that it was perfectly alright for me to shop via the shoe's website. I left the store a happy "customer" and he had a big smile on his face. Lucky feet is my go to running shoe store. First time at this location. You're automatically greeted when walking in and an associate helps you determine shoe options based on preference, whether you're a hiker, runner, lifting, or taking hiit classes. They'll be informed of the best shoe fit. I shared my preferences and the associate brought me several potential options and heard me out if something wasnt for me. Even patient with me when I wanted to try a size smaller, given the shoe felt too wide. They help you put them on and tie them up. Left satisfied with what I got and with how personable the service felt. I also got a pair of shoes as a gift for someone and they worked with me, on a later day, to exchange for a smaller size (i went too big). I will say theyre evening staff (6ish) on the weekend isn't as welcoming. Working solo and long day so seemed like they were tired. When I went in the afternoon (3ish), the staff was more lively. This location also did provide more of an array of shoe options than I've seen at others. read more

I came to find some new running shoes. I was immediately greeted by Christopher who was so helpful from the get go. He had me do a quick scan of my feet which showed I have super high arches, which I never realized. He also made sure to measure my feet so we could try on the correct sizes. I told him about some symptoms/pain I was having with my current shoes, and he was able to recommend several different options for me to try. He provided top tier service and even put on and laced up my shoes for me (Never had a shoe store do that for me ever ) but it added to the experience and I super appreciated it. I tried on several brands and ended up going with the Hoka Gaviota, which is a brand I originally had done some research on that provides a lot of stability which I need! Malicia introduced herself with a beautiful smile that all customers could enjoy while visiting a business, she also was multitasking helping another customer as i walked in, I then tell her I would like to take a look at the custom soles, she recommended as a first time purchase that the S3000 models would be more suited for your feet, she then assessed my feet on the foot pad, Malicia explained clearly and perfectly on the structure, durability and comfort of the product. Malicia also explained the break in period and when she would recommend coming back and getting new insoles to keep them from wearing down to discomfort, I worked in retail management for over 9 years and this was one of the best experiences in customer service I've ever had. Nice, polite and gave thorough feedback with any and all questions ask. Please keep up the great work and outstanding customer service. I'm a sales men by trade so one of the things I stress on my customers is cheapest isn't always the best. I asked AI what a good pair of shoes that fit my body type. They responded with Brooks Beast I asked where I could find them, they said lucky feet, called they had them and my size , so I asked they could set them aside. When I showed up the salesman Andrew asked why I chose that particular style. After listening to me and checking my size, how I walked and standing on the pressure mat he came up with solutions. Long story short I left with new balance and some fancy inserts. I came back and bout the Brooks because I needed an additional pair as I walk daily. When I came back Andrew once again had solutions for my discomfort using the inserts. So yes I could have got the shoes cheaper somewhere else but the knowledge they throw at you based on your pressure point and use is invaluable. read more

I am disappointed with the customer service of this company. I ordered a pair of slippers that arrived to me as shown in the pictures depicted Upon opening the package, I emailed the company immediately. After emailing back and forth with a customer service representative named Ash, she essentially called me a liar, stating that they did not send slippers in this condition. I would be cautious ordering from them they send "new" shoes that appear to have been previously returned. This slipper clearly has gunk on the bottom of the sole, that was not from anyone trying on in the store. I definitely would not recommend Lucky Feet Shoes. This was my first and only experience with this company, when ordering a new pair of shoes I don't expect them to arrive in this condition Also Ash could definitely benefit in customer service coaching. read more
