I came here on a whim with my dad this past weekend since we were in the area, and I was assisted by Luis who brought out a pair of Hokas as well as a pair of sandals since I had come in wearing sandals, and my goodness the difference I felt trying on the Hokas and the sandals was amazing. I didn't buy the Hokas but the arch supports with them in were very comfortable. I ended up buying the Jillian sandals which are the best sandals I've ever owned. My dad was very pleased with the Hokas he purchased and he usually just buys his shoes on Amazon, so for him to buy these shoes in store was a pretty big deal. He was very impressed and feels a noticeable difference wearing these shoes! The store itself is small but well organized and I saw another employee, I believe her name is Mari, assisting a woman. I can tell Mari was very patient with the woman, answering all her questions and bringing out however many shoes she needed to try on. Both Luis and Mari displayed patience, excellent customer service and a vast amount of knowledge. I originally came here because I heard certain Brooks retailers participate in their split sizing program, which is great since my feet have about a 2-2.5 size difference. I met Allie, who explained that while they don't participate in the split sizing program, they do offer a "corkscrew method", where the shoe is padded to fit the smaller foot. I was extremely hesitant at first, but Allie was very transparent and took the time to explain the method, my options, and what would work best for me given how the shoes would be used. We tried on several pairs and configured the padding so the shoes felt right, and she explained that I can come back if I needed further adjustments. She put me on their measuring plate and I could see just where my foot was landing and using this information she brought out several pairs of shoes for me to try on as well as much needed supports. I had ankle surgery three months ago and recently went from a surgical boot to an ankle brace. The challenge was I couldn't find a shoe to fit over the brace. I stopped at Lucky Feet with brace in hand and asked the young lady if she could help me find something. Even though the store is small they have a great variety of shoes. The associate that helped me was absolutely amazing. She would not give up until she found something that would work for me. And she definitely knew her shoes! She found something that would work with a minor adjustment of adding additional Velcro. She said she would have them ready by the following day and sure enough when I called the next morning they were ready. Never realized shoe buying could be like this ! Allie was the Fit expert that helped my husband and I . She is extremely knowledgeable and at one point I thought she must be a podiatrist ! Turns out they make sure their associates know their stuff . We recently started playing pickleball and realized we needed some extra support in our shoes . Our visit was a full on consultation . We were fitted with inserts that helped tremendously and learned so much! I didn't realize that if you come and buy your shoes here , or have them order them for you , they will make sure they actually support your foot , are sized correctly and if they aren't working out you can come back and get them adjusted ! Whaaaat?! Why buy shoes anywhere else ? When you realize how important your feet are , you start to pay attention to what you wear. These folks are trained to help and educate . They only sell well made shoes so it can be pricey (same as if you bought them elsewhere without a fitting ) but the experience is totally worth it. read more

First off I want to say that I'm a tough customer, and very hard to please! I had just started walking after three months of being in bed with major foot surgery. David helped me and I walked out of there with a pair of shoes that I was very happy with. I did have some concerns a couple weeks later about the shoes, but as it turns out, it was me not knowing how to walk again, it had nothing to do with the shoes, but even still David and another girl that works there went out of their way to give me suggestions on what to do. She thoroughly explained everything to us after performing the gait analysis. She was super patient while my bf tried on several pairs in different sizes with two different inserts. They mainly have Hokas and Brooks Adrenaline here (the latest models seem to run around $140, but they price match). Some Sovella recovery slides as well, super comfy for $70. Their inserts were $70.
