DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse is a good place to go if you need shoes. Any type for any age is pretty…read moremuch available here with their wide variety. I like how the store is brightly lit and it's laid out with wide aisles. You don't really run the risk of bumping into people like you do at some department stores. Parking is wide and open here, and even during the holidays, you'll likely find a spot. The value you get is worth it. If you're lucky, you can find good deals on shoes that are marked down, with an additional 20 to 60% off. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes, you'll get greeted when you walk in. Other times, you won't. On my last visit here, the line was 3 deep when I got into it, and a few more people came in behind me. There were enough employees, but only 2 were actively ringing up customers. That was kind of a bummer. I also noticed that after I paid, I was just handed my box with my receipt in it. The employee was nice and thanked me, but did not offer a bag for my purchase. Do they not have bags anymore?! Weird for a shoe store. Anyway, I walked out holding my box of shoes. I do wish they had a more lenient return policy as I purchased a pair of boots for inclement weather last year but missed the return date by a few days. It's a 90-day policy. Even though they were never worn (and still brand new), I was not allowed to return them. =/ Lesson learned. Hold on to your receipts and make sure you return the unworn shoes before your 90 days is up!

Leaning towards returning them because there's no way to keep them this white!

It is appealing to visit this location due to its location but if Maria there we already know is going to be and obnoxious up sell with some odd remarks about random people. We have come to learn this tactic since her first day a few years ago. We love RR bus this really makes every store visit a 7-8 stars. I'm not saying we deserve special treatment but it is nice not having to drive 2 hours to San Diego in order to get treated within certain amount of reason. Again the associate today was great she really knew her stuff, honesty every other employee there is great but the aforementioned since day one is a sales killer. It's really an eye roller as soon as we know she there. Sorry! I've waited a while to mention this knowing it's negative but telling the truth needs to be said at times for change. Road Runner Sports has come a long way but nothing compares to the Solana B location, mow thats a store does it right! From the moment you walk in your family and if follow up is warranted, that experience, just is always just as great. I've never been one to write reviews, mostly because I tend to forget, but this was one experience I couldn't forget. Lucky Feet Shoes has left such a great impression. I never realized what was wrong with my feet! I had started a physically demanding job that requires me to be on my feet for extended amounts of time, and upon researching orthopedic resources and help, I stumbled across this place. Upon entering the shop, I was greeted wholeheartedly and helped with immediately. They scanned my feet and offered many solutions and let me choose what I felt was best alongside their professional opinion, there was no sales-pitch nonsense! No pressure, just straight to helping me out with quite the friendly demeanor. I have just returned yesterday upon wearing out my inserts, and as soon as I walked through the door, Jasmine Hyde (the wonderful lady who helped me the first time) recognized me and attended to me instantly. I showed her how my inserts were worn, and with her excellent memory, she helped point out how my feet have improved since my last visit and helped introduce me to new inserts that felt amazing the moment I put them on! I'm excited to continue my job, and my life, knowing my feet are in great care with the recommendations and assistance with Lucky Feet Shoes! She even assured me that if I choose to go to a doctor for my feet issues, any information I've provided with her will also be relayed to my doctor to help give me the best of help. After 10 years my PF flared up again about a month ago. I put on my old MBTs and the soles literally disintegrated. I tried stuff on my own for a month avoiding going to the doctor - massage, orthotics, comfy shoes in the house (I am a barefoot kinda gal), ice compresses. Then my friend Diane recommended that I go to Lucky Feet to get sandals to wear around the house. While I went in there with the idea that I'd pay about 30 bucks for sandals, I walked out with $260 worth of shoes, orthotics, socks, massage ball and oh, yes, sandals. Mea was a great sales lady but also very knowledgeable, helpful and understanding of my pain and financial circumstances. As I said, I walked out of there with my wallet in pain but my feet are sooooo much better. They also give you time to see if the products work. If not, they will keep working with you to find the solution to your foot ailments. I am looking forward to going back in a couple of months when I can afford my next pair of shoes - they are worth the money. I just went to Little Caesars which is located right next door to lucky feet shoes if he chose and was very satisfied with Robert's customer service and care he was very attentive to my needs and pointed out the perfect shoe to allow me to continue working without being in pain I am happy that a business like this is available for those who have injuries and disabilities with their feet feet I have dealt with foot problems for the last 10 years and haven't been able to find any shoes that are comfortable enough for me to work 8 hours A-day in robert pointed them out within a few minutes of me walking into the store and explain to him that I have Bunion deformity. This store is an answer to my prayer. I was recently diagnosed with Plantar Faciatis, and so desperately needed help in finding the right shoes and insoles. I've tried other insoles, but they didn't work. Until we came to Lucky Feet, and met Katherine. Katherine is knowledgeable about the products in the store, and she was a comfort to me when it came to my foot condition. Her customer service is impeccable, and she took her time to help me find the right work out shoes, insoles, flip flop, etc... My experience at Lucky Shoes was a very good one . I have a very hard time finding shoes because I have a very wide width and a very narrow heel ! Nothing ever fits and my feet hurt just putting on a shoe because it's too narrow ! My first contact with the store was over the phone when Rita answered ! She was so personable and friendly that I couldn't wait to come in ! When I met her she took such good care of me ! Rita truly cares and really wanted what was best for me !!!! When we walked in we were greeted with a smile, she is so super friendly, sweet, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I just bought my first pair of shoes from Lucky Feet Shoes. I find shopping for and purchasing shoes very frustrating, very disheartening. I have wide feet and 99% of the stores I shop in do not carry wide shoes. I decided to try Lucky Feet, and I am glad I did! Jasmin provided excellent customer service and assisted me in finding a pair of shoes that fit. I came in with a list of potentials found on their website and, although they did not have all of those on my list in stock, Jasmin was diligent and worked hard to find a fit for me. I don't normally post reviews, however in my situation, I felt grateful that there is a specialty shoe store like this. I have had ongoing feet issues, such as arthritis, difficult to fit shoes, and plantar faciitis. Luckyfeet Shoes - Temecula, was going to be my last resort. Tiffany ( a Pedorthist ) assisted me with a couple pair of shoes, and insert, socks. She spent about an hour and a half, getting me the proper shoe wear for my plantar faciitis. Foot exam, analysis, etc. She gets an A+ for patience, knowledge/experience, and being very courteous. This was my first visit, and now I know where to go in the future. 2 years ago I was having a lot of pain in my feet. I was loosing sleep and trying creams to help with the pain. I couldn't go on long walks or stand for a long time. My podiatrist gave me paper with a list of shoes stores that might help me. I found a Lucky Feet store in Temecula. First of all, I was given complete attention and for the next hour it seemed to be her goal to help me. I got orthotics for my shoes and the most comfortable shoes I had ever worn. My feet no longer hurt, no creams needed, and I can walk and stand for a long time. I came in today to get new inserts and a pretty, dressy pair of shoes. Success, once again!!!! If you're looking at this review, your feet are probably hurting. Give this company a try at helping you with your feet. The line of products they carry and the knowledge & training of the staff, is why I keep coming back. Sure, you can buy less expensive footwear elsewhere (been there, done that) but I have found true pain relief for my feet with their products. I worked with Tiffany at the Temecula store and found her to be a very knowledgeable pedorthist (a professional who has specialized training to modify footwear and employ supportive devices to address conditions which affect the feet and lower limbs). I have been reading recent reviews about this store and have heard from close friends about how good Robert is and hoped he would be there when I went and thankfully he was there!!!! I stressed to him that I needed gym-shoes for my wide feet and told him about the workouts I do and how I always damage gym shoes quickly. I have plantar fasciitis and a recent flare up had me limping and hobbling around for months. I finally went to Happy Feet in Temecula and had a digital analysis done on my feet. Naomi there was great. She watched me walk, took measurements of my feet and determined where I was having problems. Although I spent a lot of money there on 3 pairs of shoes, socks and compression cuffs for my arches and ankles.... I had stopped limping within 2 days! I was impressed with the quality of the shoes and cute styles for women. I have found my new favorite shoe store. It's well worth it to me to spend a little more on my feet so that I'm out of pain! read more

I have shopped at this store several times. Everyone that works there knows the merchandise and can help you find a brand and style to fit your needs. (I have terribly high arches!) This last visit, Tiffany helped me and I ended up with 4 pairs of great shoes, as well as an insert to help with shoes I already have. These shoes will make my trip to Thailand much more enjoyable! P.S. The pictures on this page don't do justice to the merchandise. They have a lot more contemporary styles than what is shown here. Really great place! Absolutely the best customer service I've had. Employees are extremely generous and caring. Even offering to do services that I don't mind doing myself, such as taking my shoes or socks off, and even tying my shoes. They show genuine passion when dealing with their customers! The only downside is their prices, but when dealing with extremely high quality products and the fact that the employees do everything they can to ensure that the shoe fits you comfortably. This includes enlarging the toe-heel length and even the big toe to little toe width. Overall great place to get shoes that will last you a long time! read more

If you have trouble finding shoes that are comfortable, I would definitely recommend Lucky Feet Shoes, and ask for Robert. Previously, I had been going to a different place to get my shoes, but they have since closed. My daughter found Lucky Feet, so we decided to go there to see what they have to offer. Here's another positive review for Lucky Feet and Sarah! My daughter and I came in on Mother's Day so she could treat me to some much needed attention for my poor feet. Sarah guided me through the free analysis and after some additional questions, determined that I suffer from plantar fasciitis. Absolutely loved our visit to this store! I took my parents who have been having really bad back and feet problems and honestly expected to just walk in and figure out which shoes they needed. I think it was bobs or Dave's shoes & money goes to dogs. I was somewhat shocked at how expensive they were now, & they no longer had the tennis shoes I wanted or the price. The gal told me they had a clearance section in back, so I went over to clearance & found me a pair of tennis shoes by Skechers that were slip in's & were regularly $80.00, and I got them for $34.00 plus tax. What a deal I got. I was happy with that. They are having a sale now, buy 1 at reg price & get second pair at 50% off. Didn't apply to clearance. Gal was very helpful & love the bags they have when you buy shoes. Can carry like a back pack. I will be back again.
