We went to the Good Feet Store yesterday. My wife has had foot problems for years. We were lucky to have Z for there customer service employee. He spent about 45 minutes with us. He went over everything with us. He had my wife try on all the inserts that she would be using. And had a machine that would show pressure points on her feet. We left the store with my wife wearing the inserts and her feet feeling much better. There was not any hard sales pressure used. The products we bought have a lifetime guarantee. read more

Derrick had excellent customer service. He explained everything well. After 2 of our family members went to get insoles and see the difference it made in how they walk, the pain in back and feet we had to take our son. He's been having foot pain and we've taken him to the doctor where they would say he had no issues they can correct. If you have facilities with pain focused in this heel this turns out to be a $2000 scam. I understand the posture fix and elimination of hip and back pain but for foot pain in the heel they make it no better and even worse. The sales person convinced me the pain would improve and go away in 3 to 4 weeks. Nope. I religiously did what I was told for 4 weeks with their strengthen, maintenance and relax inserts but with their hard plastic insert the pain in the heel is worse. I call it a scam because they make you sign a no return no refund policy. A bit steep at $2000. ! read more

The inserts caused me severe hip pain. It is Ridiculous there are no refunds. Yet you can return as many inserts at any time. They are recycled. Seems a waste of money. Guess The Good Feet store does not care since no refunds are issued. read more

Horrible customer service. I told the lady what size shoe I wear but she said she has to measure my feet and go with that measurement. I have crps in both of my feet and I wear orthotics. I always have to wear a larger size than my measurement because of swelling and extreme pain. I would actually give it a negative stars if I could . read more

A waste of $2,000. Yes, you read that right, these things cost nearly $2,000 (including tax). I got a pair of Brooks running shoes with them, so I could have spent a bit less, roughly $1,800 instead (including tax). I could have had custom orthotics made at a doctor for 1/8 the price. AND there's no returns accepted. Had I read a review before going in that it was going to cost me $2,000 and I couldn't return them under any circumstances there's NO way I would have even gone to the store. Hopefully this saves some people the time and hassle. The woman who helped me there was super nice and very helpful, so this isn't a negative review about her. But the reality is that they aren't "custom" arch supports per se. They aren't molded for your feet, they just give you a proper size. You can go back and change them out, but for 2 grand that should be the case. They sell you 3 different versions of the supports, I'm pretty sure that's just a scheme to make more revenue by the company. One of the versions are only meant to be used for a month or so. So that's just a waste. In the end, I regret buying them and there's no recourse. They make it super clear that they don't do returns. I imagine there's a lot of buyer's remorse so they can't accept returns. If you do go, I highly recommend asking for pricing when you get there. They will spend over an hour with you and then hit you with the $1,800 price tag. It feels a bit shady. read more

I had been thinking about going to The Good Feet Store for months and wished I'd gone sooner. I had been having some pain in my feet which was inhibiting my activity level and as I'm very active playing pickleball, hiking and dancing, this was distressing for me. Finally, I made the appointment and Z took great care of me. He spent time explaining the system and fitting me for the arch supports and I've been using them for almost a month now. I can honestly say that the supports are a game changer and have been wearing them in my sneakers, my hiking boots, my pickleball shoes and my Haflinger slippers. The good feet store was a good experience for me. A little history. I had a right hip replacement 18 months ago and started to develop some lower back pain which was significant. The right leg post surgery was approximately 1/2 inches shorter than the left. This is a possibility from this procedure. I noticed some improvement with a slight lift and an arch support in my right shoe and a arch support in the left shoe as well. It made my balance better when I walked and it has taken some strain off my back. I hope to see more improvement as I have only been wearing the arch supports for a week now. The sales person was helpful and knowledgeable and very helpful. I believe however that I was sold much more than was needed. After reviewing my purchase I decided to return some of the product (arches) I felt I would not wear and not have any benefit from. The sales associate was most gracious and worked with me on a partial refund. So with that I was satisfied. I also feel after thinking more about this that my insurance should cover a portion of this purchase. I understand that Medicare with a correct diagnosis could cover up to 80 percent of the bill. My store purchase was close to 1000 dollars. read more

Just went in to buy some shoes and the bored young man working there just sat there with his hand propping up his head at the counter and told me absolutely nothing about what he had to offer. Just that they had no arch supported shoes. Really?? Very disappointing experience. I wanted to wait a while before I did my review, because I have serious back problems and I wanted to be sure that the inserts were the right thing for me. And yes they are very good for me. Even though I have had two fifth lumbar laminectomys that didn't go well the three inserts that I was given and also the socks and the Brooks Ghost shoes are great. I only some times need a cane for assistance now not like before I had to use a walker.I am so glad that there is a place that has expert people in this field and that are willing to help people like me.
