Booking, communication, set up and payment was handled so easily from beginning to end! The workers were so kind to help us set up and adjust where the jumper could properly fit, and communicated to me effectively if they were running late/arriving early, so my kiddos enjoyed having the jumper for a little bit longer than planned. Upon set up, the workers sanitized everything inside and out to allow for a clean play. This was nice to see and to ensure that the jumper has been cleaned for kids to use. My only complaint was that the tarp for the slide didn't stick to the velcro really well, so it was hard for the kids to slide down without it coming apart every now and then. Other than that, everything was great. The original jumper I had wanted was unavailable for the given day, but we selected a nice alternative. The worker I was in communication with to book had informed me in a timely manner and suggested me different ones that were similar, so the only thing that my kiddos didn't get was just the color of jumper they wanted, but had the slide and basketball hoop inside to play with. I look forward to renting from them again for the next occasion! read more

It was an absolute joy to work with Lucky Jumpers. From the start, the correspondence was very easy - all of the communication was through text messaging, which was very convenient for me. I had a couple questions regarding what options I could choose for my themed birthday, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. The delivery process was seamless - he gave me a window of delivery times that were perfect for my schedule. On the day of the delivery, the driver dropped off the jumper, chairs and tables, and diligently spent time cleaning the jumper. It was great to see such cleanliness and sanitation, especially for an event with many children. They have so many jumpers to choose from, ranging from different sizes and themes, perfect for little ones to older kids. The prices of the jumper, chairs, and tables that I ordered were super reasonable and fairly priced. I will happily order from Lucky Jumpers in the future and will definitely be referring friends and family to them. read more

Booked a jumper through their website with ease. Was very easy to navigate through the website and pick a jumper of your choosing. We booked one through the website which was unfortunately no longer available. However, they messaged me in a timely manner and offered one pretty identical to the first one. I rented a combo bounce house / slide for my sons birthday. Lucky Jumpers was amazing and so easy to work with. They responded to my inquiry super fast and we got it all set up. The weather was a bit dicey but they were flexible in case it wouldn't work out. But the rain stopped and it was a HUGE hit!!! We also found out the birthday party was at the same time as the Warriors/Lakers playoff game. I asked to rent a generator too so we could bring out our TV to stream the game. Lucky Jumpers came through with a 2nd generator and at discounted price! Highly recommend them for your next party. read more

I had a fantastic experience renting from Lucky Jumpers. They were quick to communicate over text the options for the bounce houses and I was able to get one with Disney princess banner that my daughter loved. The jump house was huger than anything I'd seen before, and had a huge slide along the side that the kids loved. They were able to set it up the night before for no extra charge. Jump house was cleaned and sanitized right before. They also provided rental of table and chairs. I thought the price was great- 168 for the hugest jump house, 2 tables, and 6 chairs. Definite 5 stars for Lucky Jumpers! I highly recommend them. We chose them because of all the wonderful Yelp reviews and we heartily agree. Booking was very easy. I had so many questions and they were very patient and kind. The crew came a little early to set up and did a very thorough job disinfecting the bounce house. Take down was also very quick. Ordered a small jump house today. They came and set it up with no extra set up fee. They cleaned the jumper inside and out after they set it up. They let me keep it until I was ready to call them for pick/up. Was very impressed with their service will definitely be calling again next time I need a jumper. I asked about the highly sought after 3-in-1 bounce house but it wasn't available on my date so I booked the 2-in-1 with a slide. I loved the optional add-on of coordinating balloons. This makes it so easy to match ANY theme. Our was 7-Eleven (my daughter turned 11 on 7/11!) Cindy reached out a few days later and said the 3-in-1 was available after all! I really wanted the ball pit for the smaller children, but it ended up being a HUGE hit for the pre-teen kids as well, so this worked out great for us! BALLOONS: if you're on the fence like I was, bite the bullet and do it! It really completes the aesthetics and theme of the bounce house. Cindy was really transparent and gave me a heads up that some balloons may pop due to being in direct sunlight on a hot day, which I appreciated.
