Booking, communication, set up and payment was handled so easily from beginning to end! The workers were so kind to help us set up and adjust where the jumper could properly fit, and communicated to me effectively if they were running late/arriving early, so my kiddos enjoyed having the jumper for a little bit longer than planned. Upon set up, the workers sanitized everything inside and out to allow for a clean play. This was nice to see and to ensure that the jumper has been cleaned for kids to use. My only complaint was that the tarp for the slide didn't stick to the velcro really well, so it was hard for the kids to slide down without it coming apart every now and then. Other than that, everything was great. The original jumper I had wanted was unavailable for the given day, but we selected a nice alternative. The worker I was in communication with to book had informed me in a timely manner and suggested me different ones that were similar, so the only thing that my kiddos didn't get was just the color of jumper they wanted, but had the slide and basketball hoop inside to play with. They were quick to communicate over text the options for the bounce houses and I was able to get one with Disney princess banner that my daughter loved. The jump house was huger than anything I'd seen before, and had a huge slide along the side that the kids loved. They were able to set it up the night before for no extra charge.
