Researched a few places before choosing Golden Jumpers. Their online website was clear and easy to use and when I called asking a question they quickly answered and were so nice. The jumper came a couple hours before the party and a text came before to notify me which was great! Antonio who did the set up was very mindful of the space and decorations. He was very nice and quick. All the communication with Golden Jumper was superb and I highly recommend them and will use them again. The glitter bounce castle was perfect for our Barbie Princess theme! Thanks so much for everything you did to make our day easy and fun! read more

Super easy to deal with and everything went off without a hitch. We were initially not sure if this was a legit business because we're almost certain all the messages/texts were automated, but these guys are legit. Bounce house was clean, delivered on time, and picked up as planned. Communication was fantastic also - we needed an extra tarp because of very wet grass and they brought it promptly with no issue. Great experience. Booking on the website was simple and easy. There were plenty of reminders sent and a phone call to develop a plan for the rainy day. Because it had been raining all week, the delivery was made when the rain was supposed to stop. It was the beginning of March so of course it rained anyway. It was fortunate that the top was covered, which allowed it to stay somewhat dry. Great service and a nice team. We will definitely use them again. read more

Used Golden Jumpers for my daughters birthday after looking at a few options. We loved the options on the website and the bounce houses looked like they were in good condition with fun themes. It was super easy to book and had flexible terms. The paperwork's was clear to fill out. On the event day they came and set it up super fast. The staff wore masks, were friendly, and efficient. The bounce house was in great condition and they cleaned the whole thing before they left. They brought extension cord so we could hook it up in the front yard. They came back at the end of the day and packed it up in 10 mins and left. It was a great experience and we would definitely use them again. read more

The entire experience with Golden Jumpers was fantastic. I used the chat feature on their website and got my specific questions answered. Super easy to make a reservation and I like that they don't charge by the hour. They also rent tables and chairs, which I didn't see on their website. They were great about following up in the week and day prior to our event. The forecast showed potential for rain, but they were okay keeping the reservation as long as it wasn't heavy rain. So the day of, the party started out with sunshine and some wind, and started raining towards the end. The kids loved it actually because it turned the bounce house into a slip-n-slide. I had a mixed experience with this company. The good - - easy to navigate website - easy to book - great selection - quick setup/clean up The not-so-great - I selected the option of possibly getting the jumper a day earlier if it was convenient. Never got a confirmation of whether it would happen until I got the final payment statement two days before stating that delivery would be at 10am the day of. That was fine, but I would have liked some notification that they couldn't do the day before delivery. - the day of I received a text message stating it would actually arrive between 1141-141. Again, that was also fine because it was two hours before the start of the party, but I didn't have a say in it. They did come during that time period though. - they said they would be back around 730 that evening to pick up the jumper. I get a text mid party saying it wouldn't be picked up until the next day around 10am-12pm. Again, the time was changed on me. I wasn't sure if I could unplug the jumper or not. The party didn't end until 10pm so I couldn't call and ask them to change it. I had to change some plans around on Sunday in order to be home for the pick up. That wasn't very convenient for us. They could have personally called me and we could have rescheduled the pick up or something to another time. I have two kids under the age of three. I have to work around their schedule so this was definitely inconvenient. I think the text system is good for them, but not really for the customer just because you don't have much say in what time things happen. read more

Rented a slide from Golden Jumpers. They have great customer service and communication. Jumper was delivered on time and set up quickly. Pick was quick and efficient. The slide I rented was a waterslide but we used it without water since it's winter and they provided cushion mats for the landing area to make sure no one would get hurt (free of charge). I also reached out last minute and ordered 10 chairs and they accommodated no problem! I would highly recommend this business and will rent from them again for sure! read more

I ordered a jump house/slide for my son's last day at preschool. Reservations were quick and easy. I thought of the idea on a Sunday, ordered on Monday for a Wed reservation. Reserving was quick and easy through their website. For drop off they called to let me know their ETA. I was even able to extend my original pick up time by 30 min. The kids LOVED IT! Emanuel at Golden Jumpers saved me! I needed a 4th of July rental and had secured a reservation with another company and a couple days before the event, then they contacted me to say they couldn't deliver to my zip code! I must've called 12 places all who were sold out. Then I talked to Emanuel and poof, problem solved! Amazing water slider. This weekend had my son's 7th bday, I usually order the regular jumpers , this year wanted to try something different and fun, found golden jumpers on Google and booked them online. Even though I booked for just 3 hrs they came and installed it previous day and took it off the day after the party, my kids and their friends had fun for 3 days it was amazing. The setup team was friendly professional and punctual. They set it up gave us instructions cleaned the entire jumper for us. I rented out a jumper this past weekend for my sons birthday party and it was definitely worth the happiness on my sons face . Golden jumpers is definitely a good business to rent from . Amazing customer service and so helpful with you questions you might have . I would definitely recommend them to any body having a party . We used them for our 6th end of Summer block party this year and we are happy customers for life! Over the phone they were very accommodating and we liked their selections. This morning they arrived early (we have had late arrivals before) and we were greeted by the owner, Emmanuel, and his assistant. They placed down a tarp before laying the bh down and Emmanuel knew the perfect placement according to our party needs. The bounce house was clean and in perfect new condition. They set everything up and made sure to run the electrical cords out of the way so no one would trip. Its safe to say we have a new company for all of our future block parties. Delivery was prompt, setup was fast, and everything arrived clean and well maintained. The jumper looked great, and the cotton candy machine was spotless and worked perfectly. The best surprise was the cotton candy package itself. It included the sugar floss and cones needed for the event. As someone who had already mentally prepared to end up with five pounds of leftover sugar and 500 cones from Amazon, this was a welcome discovery. The kids loved it, the adults appreciated how smoothly everything ran, and I appreciated not having to spend the morning troubleshooting equipment or making emergency party-supply purchases. One small note for future customers: the remaining balance was requested via cash or Venmo at delivery. I wasn't expecting that, so it would have been helpful to know upfront. It wasn't a problem, but it's worth being prepared so you're not scrambling for payment at the last minute. Overall, great value, clean equipment, reliable service, and a very smooth experience. They practice similar breeding as a Puppy Mill, breeding their females several times a year to produce cubs. Naturally the cats wouldn't produce as many, and with the leopards, they seem to be forced into breeding, by keeping a male and female together throughout the year, even though they are solitary animals. The cages are obviously too small, and there's nothing attractive about them, with gravel bedding, cement, chain link fencing, and even electrical wires. There's no veggitation in the enclosures, and aside from a few ledges and platforms, and pools in with the tigers, there's nothing for the cats to do. They sit around all day, bored. Other zoos actually have guided tours where the handlers will interact with the large cats, giving them an enriched life, and better photo opportunities. I can't say any better for the other animals around the park, their living conditions aren't any better. However I will say that they did put in a hand washing station outside, finally. The free roaming animals are a nuseance, and potentially dangerous when you have feed for them. Children are trampled, and elderly people knocked down. I would suggest they reduce the number of animals allowed to roam, or else someone may decide to sue the park for injuries. Otherwise, if you're the type of person who doesn't mind seeing animals in small enclosures, and only want to pet the cubs, then this is the place for you.

Its a full day rental, so they came on the said time , quickly installed it . They also came on time for teardown and took money after the party was over. We did have a bit of a hiccup with the breakdown of the event because the crew confirmed with the wrong person when they were supposed to come down to take it all down, so they ended up showing up an hour late. Thankfully there wasn't an event after ours so it was all good. The jumper itself: Great Delivery: Great Price: Not horrible I am giving one star for one specific reason. Golden Jumpers gave us a generator that has an important feature to it regarding the Carbon Monoxide detection. Although our jumper was used in an open park, the carbon monoxide alert went off and kept shutting down the generator. 10+ restarts the generator kept shutting off, leaving jumping children trapped in the jumper and scaring all of our part guest parents and us as the hosts. This made us look very bad and I'm very disappointed about it. I'm giving one star because Golden Jumpers did not warn us about this, or even think for it to happen. Very unhappy with my experience. I called them and they answered promptly which was great. But they didn't think to warn us about this. Took about a half hour for someone to come out, and we had already resolved this by rotating the generator but the damage was done. They should really notify their customers about this. Everything was perfect other than the jumper collapsing every 5 minutes over 10 times with children jumping inside it. After telling the owners about this they didn't offer any form of discount or resolution other than sorry although I voiced it was ruining our entire rental. Golden Jumpers is Awesome! So I had a party Last weekend March 17 and I had to find party entertainment for the kids. I wanted to get a game truck at first but the prices were way to high and no company had great reviews. I then came across Golden Jumpers and saw they had excellent reviews(I know see why). They are extremely professional and actually care about your party. 2 guys came to deliver and they were very friendly and just asked us where we wanted the castle set up. I showed them and in less than 20 minutes i had a Bouncy Castle in my backyard! These guys are awesome! Then I was informed that pick up was to be at my time I wanted and I asked for 6pm. 530pm came around and i received a call from there owner thanking me for using them and asking if we needed more time with the bouncy house. I told him an hour would be great and he agreed and adjusted the pick up time at no extra cost! These guys definitely know what customer service is all about and I thank them for helping me throw a party for my son. This company knows what it's doing! Golden jumper made my party awesome! Let me begin by saying that there online booking is so easy that even me as a "older" guy was able to do it hahaha. Yes I figured out how to book easily and then they sent me a conformation within seconds! For the day of the party I didn't even call, they arrived at the time I ordered and they were friendly and professional! Bouncy House was like nothing i've seen before!! It had a hoop inside and it had safety symbols all over to make sure kids are aware hat not to do. Also they had emergency exits which is great because a fear of mine is where do kids go if the bouncy house defaltes by accident. They made sure the bouncy was safely staked and then they double cleaned the bouncy house! These guys were awesome! Rental agreement was signed in person and then they came back later at the time we arranged.! No extra fees at all and no extra stress! I highly recommend them to anyone organizing a party! My party went on to be the smoothest party I have thrown for my son. The delivery drivers were also polite and really fast. Got the 16 ft slide for my son's birthday. They came right on time to set it and also to pick it up, wore masks, respected social distancing and were extremely friendly, nice and patient, even when we had to extract one child that refused to come out of the slide at 7pm and cried "why won't you let us play anymore" at them. The slide itself looked very new, was amazingly bright and clean, the kids loved it and everyone had a blast. Golden jumpers is amazing. I have booked with them twice already and both times they clean and sweep the bouncy house in front of me even when the jumper is already clean. I have ordered from other companies and they never do this in front of me and their bouncy houses are even old and dirty. Golden jumpers both times brought me clean new bouncy houses and I have to say their service is amazing too they let you pick where to set it up they make sure you like where its set up and they are very flexible with pick up times. They came out Last Minute and gave us a GREAT DEAL on the BIGGEST Slide in the Bay AREa! We had a great time and they threw in free cotton candy for the kids! I highly recommend these guys! They are on time and the Price is RIGHT! The owner is super cool! UPDATE 7/10 I posted a great review for the service I got last year - apparently these guys are under "new management" - I called early in the week and asked for the deal I was promised for this year - they guy didnt call back - I called again - asked for a water slide... the other partner had to look up what we paid - i missed his call and called him back the next morning - now they dont have a water slide for me! WTH! I have a day now to find another slide!!! I'm very disappointed.

Excellent customer service with a big selection of many jumpers to choose from. I have rented one for my daughters birthday and i must say they were very professional and presentable. They came on time and made set up look so easy. When its time for pick up and they are running late they will call and let you know in advance. Had a very good experience with them and will definitely call them again for any events ill be hosting.

On the day of the rental I arrived and the chairs weee loaded in my van in nice sturdy canvas bags. This made it easy to transport. The chairs were looked perfect.
