At first, I was not sure if it was reliable, but I still went ahead and filled out the request/booking form available on their site. It did not ask me to pay while booking. Just provided what I want , when and where. I thought it wS just a fofm to find availability, but got an email a day later that the bouncy house is reserved. No other email closer to the event and I was worried whether it will come or not. These guys turned out to be very punctual and reliable. Its a full day rental, so they came on the said time , quickly installed it . They also came on time for teardown and took money after the party was over. I wanted a pink bounce house/water slide with two slides for our gathering. It was going to be hot so water slides are perfect for kids. He texted me back that the pink one wasn't available, but the green and yellow jungle theme one was. I didn't mind. I filled out the required info and emailed him back. Payment could be made in cash or credit card (with additional processing fee). Their prices are great. I checked other ones and one placed wanted to charge more for a bouncy house with only one slide. Rip off. I requested that he come between a certain time in order for everything to be ready before guests came. He did just that and showed us how to use the water feature. Our hose wasn't long enough, but fortunately he came prepared and had an extension ready to use. Everything came off great. The kids loved it and the parents go to mingle. My sister uses this company for all of her business events and recommended it to me. At first I had some trouble filling out the online app. It kept saying something was wrong and I had to keep redoing the form. When it finally submitted I didn't get a confirmation, which was pretty sketch. Especially because I was doing it last minute , I wasn't sure if they would be able to fill the order. I called with no response, so I tried again and they responded. Cesar was very friendly and assured me that he got my order and the jumper I wanted would be available (yayy!) The day of the party comes and Cesar beat me to the location . I had put a specific time for him to come , but I think it didn't go through on the final submit. So I was helllllaaaaa late, but Cesar had a great attitude throughout and never rushed me. When we finally get into the building we find out that the jumper is too tall despite the building having high ceilings. I feel so horrible that he had to wait for me only to find out the jumper didn't fit. Lucky for me , he tells me that there might be a smaller jumper at the warehouse but it'll cost more and he'll have to deliver it after he makes his other deliveries. At this point I'm desperate. I agree and the jumper gets there at the time I originally requested so it all worked out ! The kids LOVED it and had a great time . I was able to pay cash and no deposit . He was fast with set up and clean up. The jumper was well maintained. I also really appreciate how patient and understanding Cesar was because I don't think I was the ideal customer lol.
