I was disappointed doing my laundry here. I came here once before, chatted with the owner, and liked it. Today was different. I used two washers that advertised $7.25. No signage for a credit card fee. I was over charged. Then when I used my credit card for the large dryer, I chose 25 mins but it only gave me 5 mins. This was dryer #4. Only use that one with coins. I've been here three times already. Every single time I was overcharged on my card. Save your money and go elsewhere. One instance was when a customer came in saying the quarter machine is giving only 3 quarters for every dollar you put in. I tried it myself and they were correct. Daylight robbery if you ask me. read more

This place is very clean, new machines and decent prices. $3.25 to wash using quarters or card. The dryer will give you a good 8 minutes with 25 cents. The regular customers here are very sweet and kind. I always see people helping people. read more

My Washer took a dump on me last night and of course my daughter needed clothes. So, I was researching on a good laundry mat last night and came across Lucky Laundry. I had to go there at 6am this morning just to make sure I get the laundry done for my princess before school. This place is a small but let me tell you, I was really impressed on how clean it was. Nobody was there and I had the place all to myself. I love how you can just swipe your card and the washer starts and is done in 22 minutes. They also take coins as well. Tables are very clean. I frequented this laundry mat as it's relatively close to my apartment, but there was one instance where someone had stolen all of my fiancés clothing from out load--shit happens, no biggie. But the response (or lack there of) was pretty disappointing. We liked this laundry mat because it was low trafficked, clean and hours of operation were convenient for us. We also liked that it appeared to be privately owned and operated--we try to support small businesses. More backstory: He had left to pick me up from work and dropped me off and realized that he forgot to pick up the clothes from that evening--he was super worried as his work uniform was in that load and he worked at 6am the next morning. I called the number listed and successfully contacted the owner and let him know what's going on he let us know that they open at 6am and we can go back and pick up our clothing. He headed over as soon as the laundry mat opened and got the clothing, but noticed all his clothing was missing, including his uniform..he worked for a private security company. His employer was notified and they requested we make a police report due to the risk of someone impersonating an employee of their company. I noticed several cameras in the building and figured, it'll be a more complete report if we have video evidence. I sent a text to the owner (we had been communicating through text after the phone conversation) and asked for video footage, if any, so I can make a police report and there was no response what so ever. Stopped going to this laundry mat and found another one further, but more secure. I know it was our bad for leaving the clothing there, but accidents happen. I just wish he could've responded instead of ignoring us. Even if he said "No." that'd be okay. read more

I haven't been to a laundry mat in YEARS! Had to come here to knock out a tremendous amount of laundry that piled up during a recent move and just wanted to get it all done at once. This place looks like it's being renovated as some of the flooring is tore out, so hopefully they get that done quickly. Came in a Sunday around 1pm.. it was pretty empty. I was impressed with all the washers and dryers that were available to use. Machines worked properly, change machine worked properly and my laundry came out perfectly clean. There is plenty of parking with a lot in the front and a lot in the back with access from both lots into the facility. 4 laundry carts available to use, but only 1 bench to sit and wait. I would definitely come back if ever in the need to hammer out a ton of laundry all at one time. read more

Clean and well maintained laundromat. I came in first this in the morning(6:30 AM/Saturday). Everything was clean and ready to go. I was pleasantly surprised that you could pay with a card and not have to use coins or an app. Although there is also an app available to use. The washer are well priced ranging from $3-$6 dryers are $.25 per 5 -6minutes. Great selection of machine sizes. Will definitely come again if needed. Only downside is that there isn't a bathroom on site. read more

This place is ridiculous. I was standing outside from 6a - 7:30 am and no one opened the facility. The service hours posted start from 6a - 9pm. Either show up to work or close your facility. Don't have people waiting. read more

I can honestly say this has to be the cleanest laundromat that I have ever been, I am pleasantly surprised that this is really close to my house too! I did not even know it was there. there is a liquor store next door and a Mediterranean place and if you really are feeling fun a little bar in the same plaza, and dont be fooled there is parking on the back side so dont think park sucks. I came here really late on a sunday and I was lucky enough to meet the owner, he was super nice and he was cleaning his machines, like I have never seen any laundromat do that. So awesome! did I mention they take credit cards? yes each machine takes card so convenient instead of running to the bank for quarters or cash. They also have a coin exchange too if you need. No one likes to do laundry but at least you know everything is clean and works great! The owners take good care of it and are very nice; Once I dropped my credit card and he was able to get a hold of me through Facebook to tell me!
