We've been using Paradise Cleaning ever since Vincent first went into business. He uses truck-mounted, top-of-the-line equipment. He's not only very skilled at what he does but he is also friendly and honest. He informs you ahead of time if he believes any stains won't come out--but he seems to be able to get out almost all. Without fail we have been very pleased each time with the work he did. A large bonus for some of us chemically sensitive people is that he uses non-toxic, natural products that don't leave behind obnoxious and dangerous odors. First, I have to say I was very skeptical of the 5 star reviews, but it's much deserved after our cleaning today. I'm a product manager so attention to details and the consumer experience are two key things I'm passionate about. These are the same qualities Paradise Carpet Cleaners embody. Vince and his son, Aaron, showed up at my front door bright and early, and right on time. They put their booties on without me even asking! We did a quick walk through and was given our quote which seemed reasonable to me. We desperately wanted our carpets and entryway tiles cleaned before baby #2 arrives. Here's where these guys elevate themselves above the competition: They were extremely friendly to my 2.5 year old and he just loved them. You can tell immediately they were completely trustworthy. Their (nice looking) van was parked right outside our garage. The last time we had our carpets cleaned, the exhaust from the guys's motor flooded our garage and home. It was HORRIBLE. Vince was two steps ahead because he is able to control the direction the exhaust exits to keep it away from our home. They place guards to protect corners around the home from any damage with their equipment and lined our hardwood floors with a rug to prevent any stains or water damage. Vince and Aaron moved our furniture without my assistance. This was key for me because my back has been hurting from carrying our 2.5 year old. And what really impressed me most was after the cleaning, they had little plastic squares that go between the legs of our furniture to prevent any water damage or elevated larger pieces of furniture with blocks of foam! My wife and I are super meticulous and we're extremely impressed with how every stain was removed! Vince even mentioned if we find any stains, he'd be happy to pop by and clean them! Doggy stains, watermelon juice, taro milk tea with pearls...all gone! I love the fact that I'm able to support a local, family run business that operates as if it were their own home that they were cleaning. It is April 2014. The last time Vince cleaned my carpet it was 2011! (He has been cleaning it since we moved in over 15 years ago!) We have a German Shepherd Dog, who seems to shed a new coat every few days!! We also have an annoying propensity to eat and spill in every room in our house. My mother needed to have her heavily soiled carpets cleaned right away (courtesy of grand kids) and wanted me to arrange it for her. After asking around, I got high recommendations from several friends that Paradise Carpet Cleaning in Sunnyvale is the only one I should consider for that peace-of-mind, quality professional work. Based on the strong recommendations from friends and acquaintances, we decided to give Paradise Carpet a call. After getting in touch by phone, we told them our situation and explained that we needed to schedule as soon as possible. As luck would have it, they had a reschedule earlier in the day and they could fit us in the very next day! Needless to say, we accepted the schedule and helped to move the furniture out of the way for my mother. At the appointed time, Vince from Paradise Carpet showed up and inspected the rooms that require the carpets to be cleaned, pre-treated the stains, set up the equipment and was hard at work cleaning the rooms in no time. Vince was very pleasant and friendly, but you can tell he's been doing this for a long time, because there was no wasted motion, no unnecessary chit-chat, but complete attention to getting the task done in a professional and thorough manner. Within 2 hours, the carpet in the room looked as if we had installed new carpeting! Everyone was just amazed what a difference from before and after the cleaning. "Professional", "does a great job", and "trustworthy" are spot-on descriptors based on two projects Vince has done for us - most recently all the carpet in our home. It had seen lots of traffic but just spot cleaning for five years. Our daughter's room had a 6 inch circle of dried glue. They were embarrassing. If I could give Paradise Carpet Cleaning a 20 out of 20 stars, I would! Vince has been cleaning our carpets each year since we moved into our home 12 years ago. We had new wool carpets installed last year and Vince was able to work his magic and remove all of the various stains from spilled printer ink, silly putty, coffee, and even a melted post-it note! Vince also cleaned my daughter's fuzzy desk chair that I thought was beyond salvaging. He is friendly, prompt, responsible, reasonably-priced and wonderful to work with. A club I belong too has some carpet that should have been replaced 10 years ago at least. When the kids track in mud and dirt from the back yard, it looks like Hurricane Katrina rolled through the building. Everyone panics about it, but the manager calls Vince and the carpet looks practically brand new. If he can make that ratty old carpet look clean and fresh, just imagine how nice your house carpet is when he is done. read more

Just got my carpet cleaned this afternoon. Vince and his son did an amazing job. I didn't realize they were going to clean under all of my furniture; everything looks brand new. Fantastic service, professional and accommodating. They took out my small oriental rug for cleaning and brought it back beautiful (lots of barbed dog hair had been covering it!) I have used Paradise Carpet multiple times and they have showed up as scheduled and done quality work. Their prices are reasonable and I will continue to use them in the future. Recently we had an issue with a tenant who moved out and left some furniture in the space. Vince showed up and moved the furniture before completing the job. I am writing this review after about 1 year.Vince from Paradise had cleaned our carpets last year.What forced me to write this review after 1 year was that few days back I got my carpets cleaned by another company(Signature). I don't know wheather I should mention their name here or not. After going through a terrible experience this time I decided to write something about previous experience. Unfortunately I was in a hurry this time and didnt wait. But I am regretting now. Last year Vince did a praiseworthy job by cleaning the carpets meticulously and with dedication. His interest and dedication was so great that it looked like as if he was cleaning carpets of his own home. The quality of cleaning was excellent. He made every possible/impossible effort to remove each and every stain. Some stains were very stubborn but Vince was even more stubborn and finally he succeeded in removing them one and all. He took good care of furniture and ensured that each and every corner of the house gets cleaning done. He was not in a hurry at all. He took his own time and ensured customer satisfaction. At the end he gave us 2 pairs of waterproof booty so that carpets dont get dirty. I recomend him to one all. I highly appreciate his service with dedication.
