Love space is actually quite lovely and very clean and welcoming. I was greeted right when i came in and was helped with all my questions by the nice gentleman. He recommended some dishes and he did not steer me wrong! I opted for the feta fries, the chicken rice bowl with pita, the dolmades, and the baklava. Everything was delicious and so fresh tasting. Get all the side sauces (tzatziki, hummus, garlic dip) they are so good and you can tell they are made in house. The chicken in the bowl i got was cooked perfectly and so fresh. The feta fries are such a fun addition as well as the dolmades since i had been wanting to try those! The baklava is a perfect sweet end to the meal you can't miss. What a great experience - it's worth noting how fast the can put together your order as well. I would also love to mention that a delivery driver came in and the man made him food to take with him which was extremely sweet. As someone who works in a similar industry i know how rare it is when you come across someone who thanks their delivery drivers like this man did. This is a must try spot!!!!

This place immediately caught our eye on our way to our vacation spot in Wells, Maine. We…read moreimmediately decided we would try this restaurant because we enjoy Mediterranean/Greek food. It also had a very appealing appearance with its covered open air and outdoor seating. We did not have reservations on a Friday night but they found a way to accommodate us. First they serve you a basket of warm bread with oil and they recommended you try the olives with it. My husband was the only one who likes olives and he ate them all! I had the special of the day which was a black bass with a mango salsa served atop a cheesy polenta and asparagus. This meal is defintely on my top meals of all time. Everything was cooked to perfection and was bursting with flavor and richness. My husband ordered the Pasta Nikanos. It was loaded with a variety of seafood such as salmon, shrimp, and mussels in a red sauce served over farfalle pasta. He devoured it and was more than satisfied with the flavors and portion size. My daughter ordered the Valerie shrimp which was large shrimp in a red sauce with melted muenster cheese served atop a bed of Greek seasoned rice. She enjoyed it very much. We also had cocktails and they did not disappoint. I had a Mule that had black fig and my husband had the Aphrodite that had various flavors that was semi-sweet but good. We will definitely return to try some of their other offerings. We missed out on their dessert of the day which was a bread pudding because we were so full.

We were able to get a table without a reservation on a Saturday night and enjoyed sitting at our outdoor table and chatting, but were unimpressed with the service and value of food and drinks. I was with three friends and we were not overly hungry so we decided to order one order of chicken souvlaki (skewers) and one order of steak skewers ($28 and $29). We were shocked when the order came out and each order came with one single skewer with three pieces of meat (three steak tips, three pieces of chicken) and one skewer with 6 vegetable pieces around an inch in size. Very surprised with the amount of food for the price and we were not incredibly impressed with the taste of the food either. It seemed that those around us were ordering pasta dishes and fish dishes, and maybe those are better options to try, but we expected a skewer plate with rice to be a classic and safe bet.

Ok here is a warning about my review - I am 100% Greek and I grew up in my family's Greek…read morerestaurant. So I know a thing or two about Greek food. I have strong opinions and I know what I'm used to eating when it comes to the "food of the Gods" as I call Greek cuisine. For that reason, I have waited a long time to eat at the Greeks of Peaks. I just did not want to be disappointed. Well, to be honest, I was NOT disappointed!!! The Greeks of Peaks serves up some really good Greek food with the requisite amount of lemon, oregano and familiar Greek deliciousness!!! Bravo to the other Greeks of Peaks!!! I will be back and I give it a strong recommendation indeed without any native Greek reservation! The customer service was friendly and good as well. Those women keep a smile on their faces while turning out some very good food! And all in a truck too! It is mind boggling to me that only 3 people can cook up such good food, serve it up in a friendly and fast way and create a happy dining experience, all while working in a small truck in an outside dining room. Okay okay since I am reviewing this establishment AND since I am Greek, I will have some thoughts on some things. The serving containers are too flimsy. They should be sturdier and, I think, larger. For the prices, I did want more food. But the cardboard containers soaked up too much of the dressing and the delicious oils - I was worried they wouldn't last through my meal. Also I did not like the forks at all. Please - parakalo - give me better utensils for my next meal with you! I look forward to many more great Greek meals with the Greeks of Peaks!!! And I encourage you to visit this very special place too!

The chicken souvlaki, Greek salad and lamb burger were all excellent. Fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The dolmas and the fried cheese were just ok.
