This dog park is pretty exposed to the elements but it's secluded and serves as the entrance to a quaint nature preserve. A nonprofit group called DOGPAW maintains the park - and it shows! Very clean with benches scattered about. I think it's worth a stop with your doggo if in the area. Be sure to check out the little botanical garden on the same road. read more

Beautiful dog park with an AMAZING view of open fields and mountains. A great way to fall in love with the city of Vancouver. There is a large/confident dog area and a smaller small/shy dog area. But I've seen plenty of small dogs in the large dog area running around happily. Bring your own water if you can because I've heard of dogs getting tummy upset after drinking provided water. There is also a little trail you can go on (pets need to be leashed) that winds into forest or cuts through open fields. It's right next to the dog park - you can't miss it. It's a very short walk, probably 20-30 minutes? I love open fields so it was right up my alley. Great place to unwind and relax while your best friend burns off some of that energy! read more

By far our favorite dog park! Nestled away from the main road and very spacious is the BPDP. We frequent this park with our boxer about 3-4 times a week and she LOVES it. So far all the dogs have been friendly and you'll find the owners chatting with everyone. Towards dinner time you can find more of the playful dogs that want to interact and play chase. It's the BPDP y'all. Because Brush Prairie Dog Park is big (7.5 acres) and wide open (flat without trees), your dog will love running and running and running. The park is a partnership between Clark County and the DOGPAW organization built in 2008. There is a 1-acre section for small dogs under 25 lbs and a small training course in the main dog area. Because of the huge open space with bonus view of Mt. Hood, this dog park is great for playing catch. Parking is easy in the paved lot. The best part of Brush Prairie Dog Park are the friendly dogs and nice owners. Brush Prairie Dog Park was our choice to introduce our puppy to the whole dog park experience. Since, she's graduated to a wide variety of off-leash parks and activities, but none have lived up to the friendly (owners and dogs) experience we consistently find here. BPDP is a bit of a drive, but it's worth it, y'all. read more

This is mine and my dog's favorite dog park. The dogs and the owners are nice and they pick up after their dogs. I like that it's wide open and there's lots of room for my dog to run. It's nice because it has a water Pike so my dogs able to get water. there is the fenced smaller area for small dogs. The parking lot is decent-sized so there's usually always parking. Garbage cans are located several ends of the park which is convenient. read more

10 acres of green grass and well kept run! The view is fantastic. There is a new agility area too. Doggie poop bags are available in case you forget to bring enough for your excited furry kids. Such a large & amazingly kept dog park. It shows pride of a community. There's even an agility area for the active dogs-separated small & bigger Doggy sides. Nice large parking lot. Very peaceful surrounding. I drive the extra 15 minutes to walk at this one than the one 5 mins. From my house. Love it! read more

It's been a great spot, we live close and our dogs just love being off leash but with 2 dogs of different sizes the smaller one has been i guess harassed a couple and this week was an unfortunate one. Again a husky type of dog came by and started to stiff my smaller one 16 lbs and my other 60 lbs smaller one doesn't mind to much but for some reason he will start a to growl and defend mind you i had a hold of my smaller dog at this time but the husky didn't give up but the owner was right there but didn't bother to try and get them so he kept trying to smell smaller dog second time unfortunate so just be aware there are owners out there they don't watch the dogs very good read more

My sister and I absolutely love this park, we go very often. The off leash area is great and the nature reserve behind is usually peaceful. But when we went this week, someone living across the street threatened to call the police on us because we were there 5 minutes before 7. We're so disappointed because during a pandemic, we have to stay safe so we go early to keep ourselves and others healthy. Either way, I highly recommend this park, but keep an eye out for the rude neighbor. read more

Great dog park - clean, mowed, fresh water available, plenty of waste receptacles and doggy mitts available. Lots of room to run!! The patrons are most often super attentive to their dogs ...but watch out for the odd person who ruins the experience for others while they sit on a bench on their phone and think that an 'open dog park' means let their animal harass every other dog and owner without being controlled... Great walking path so that you can get a good walk in while your dog is off leash. Thank you to the people who maintain this dog park!!! read more

A really nice park with lots of room to exhaust your dog and is very well maintained. I Was there around noon on a Saturday and there was no other animals in the small dog area. My dog is pretty high strung and likes to bark and chase other dogs. There is a bench about half way down the dog run to sit and relax while your dog does their thing. read more

Beautiful dog park with tons of room for dogs to run and play and get all of their energy out. Our family has been going for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience. These parks are so important for dogs to be able to socialize with other dogs and get their energy out. My dogs just act much better after a good time at the dog park. You should see how excited they get when we pull up to the park. I have also seen and heard many other dogs excitement while pulling into the parking lot. Makes me happy. read more
