The staff have gotten bitter and rude through the years, with very few having any interest in helping customers. The facility is old and filthy. The quality of seafood has declined. And for being in an area with a fair amount of ethnic diversity, their idea of 'international food' is Ortega and LaChoy. I'm amazed that Price Chopper, a company that generally has considerable quality, has allowed this location to continue operating like this.
