I always have a nice time when coming here They remember you, they are kind attentive and listen to requests. Music at normal volume and television normally has game show or something playing. I typically order the buzz bowl which is a blend of rums juices amaretto and 151 float. I also get tea. (I sometimes add some of the tea to the buzz bowl. Food has always been consistent to me I get the pu pu platter for 2 and pork fried rice or lo mein substitution with extra duck sauce. Stand outs are beef teriyaki, crab Rangoon, egg roll, and wings, the chicken fingers are also delicious but I'm not supposed to have a lot of fried food The soups are also really good here as well as the curry's They carry an array of whiskeys sometimes I'll grab a shot of wild turkey bourbon (their master distiller is in his 90s and the longest tenured distiller Jimmy Russel!) it's worth the trip to Winslow if you are looking for good portions and clean dining room casual atmosphere. read more

The staff is always friendly and prompt. I love their general Tso's chicken and their beef lo mein is really good ordering online and getting it delivered can be a little pricey sometimes but it's worth it. The only complaint I have is that the booths are very low to the ground so it's kind of hard for those who have bad hips to get up other than that. The place is very well done it's clean. I have ordered from the time and time again, when they mess up they don't acknowledge it. Woman who answers the phone says she looked at the order in the box and still allowed it to go out the door. Uber eats won't refund because she told them she made it right when it was CLEAR it was wrong, won't re-issue delivery nor make it right by issuing refund or desire. I just spent almost $75 on take out just to get my boneless ribs to be burnt black and EXTREMELY dry. Even my chicken fingers were VERY overcooked and dry. Not really worth the money at all. We've always gotten our Chinese food from Lucky Panda. We just placed a large takeout order, ( over $100.00). We got home with it and the large paper bag was wet and saturated with duck sauce. Three out of the six containers of duck sauce, didn't have the covers on tight. Frigging duck sauce all over the entire order. I had to clean up the mess and wash the outside of the containers. The bag leaked the duck sauce all through my boyfriends new car.‍‍ Now let's talk about the food..... Most of it was decent but they've done something different to the contents of the egg rolls...all we could taste, when we bit into the egg rolls was, what tasted like cinnamon....DISGUSTING. I love egg rolls, but these were gross. I don't know if we'll be going back to Lucky Panda. We paid a lot of money for this food and it was all ruined, because of it all getting a duck sauce bath. You might want to make sure those covers are on the duck sauce, tight!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Picked up takeout tonight and it was all squeezed into one bag. It was over $60 for a few food items, and let me tell you that it was NOT even worth $30. The beef lo mein was so sopping with sauce and the rice so soaked in grease that by the time I got home, it had destroyed the bag and left grease stains in my front passenger seat. I did not realize the grease/sauce problem until I brought the bag inside. Thank God I carried it from the bottom. The food was over packed into the to go containers and came spilling out when I opened them. It tasted like old, rotten vegetable oil. I ate two bites and couldn't stomach any more. I didn't realize until after my two bites that I had grease stains all down my nice sweater and work pants. I called the restaurant to make them aware so that they can do better in the future. The response I got was very underwhelming and was barely an apology. He kept talking about the lo mein sauce like it was supposed to be a normal occurrence to have dripping, soggy food. I was offered a $15 credit for next time, which was very insulting to me, considering I spent 4 times that for gross food. I honestly would have appreciated a genuine apology over the excuses he tried to use. I let him know I don't want a credit as I will never be coming back. I was disappointed by the food at Lucky Panda. I ordered Beef with Broccoli and it was just swimming in this brown sauce that was bland and salty, like it came from a tin. Our family of five has probably eaten here six or eight times, both dining in or take-out. I was never enthusiastic about the place, finding pretty bland. I did like their egg rolls. It's raining tonight and being Mother's Day, my wife wanted Chinese take-out. We phoned it in and drove the ten miles to pick it up. At check out, they were specifically asked if the mustard and soy sauce were in the bag. Get home and pulled it al, out of the bag. They got the orders correct but both the pork and shrimp lo-mein tasted awful. Almost like dirty dish water bad, best I can explain it. My son and I each had lo-mein and we complained at the very same time, actually. Completely inedible. My egg rolls were not good and fresh as usual either, store bought and oven cooked tasting. Totally disappointed and would call to complain, but to what end? Not driving another 20 miles at night, in the rain, for them to get it right?
