I met Nick and he came out to take a look at my car to give me a quote and advice on what i should do. He was honest and even suggested i go to an autobody shop to get it fixed instead. After a week of going around to get quotes and visiting an autobody shop, I decided to go back to Reno Tahoe Auto Spa because one, they were the cheapest and two, they were able to get my car in the next week. Nick made sure I understood the complexity of fixing the dents in my car. He explained that they could definitely take out the dent on my back right fender but that the door was going to be a little more complicated. Due to how my car was made, to get behind the dented area on my door, it was going to be harder and that it wouldn't look 100% again but at least 80-85%. I honestly didn't care and as long as it was decent then i was fine. So we scheduled and i brought in my car the next monday morning. Depending on how the process went, my car was expected to be done either the same day or two days later. I got a call around 2pm after leaving my car with them at 9am to pick it up @ 5pm. I got there and was more than happy with the results! It was much better than i was expecting due to where the dents were located but i was definitely not disappointed. Nick came out and explained what they did, what they noticed and even said it was okay to pay less than what they asked for. But ofc, i gave him the full amount plus the little change left over. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their car dents fixed. Employees are welcoming, honest and they did a great job. Thankyou Reno Tahoe Auto Spa! I hope to never see you guys again but if i do, i will come back to you lol
