That was our choice. They only require a small deposit. Scott and Susan the owners are extremely nice people. Very up front with everything. If I had to critique 1 thing, the paint color was slightly off, but that was not a reflection of their service. This was the person that came in and made the color match for them. It did not have as much metal fleck in it. Susan offered to redo the paint job, but it was not enough of a notice to have them redo that. I actually like the slight difference in the color. She was short, rude, and clearly irritated that I was even asking for another estimate. She actually told me verbatim that I was "wasting her time." When I calmly asked her to just provide the estimate, she continued to be dismissive and unprofessional. At that point, I let her know I no longer wanted to work with someone who treats potential customers this way. I was already disappointed in the service, and her attitude made it clear she simply didn't want to do her job. Completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop to anyone based on how I was treated. After my experience, Juana from the shop emailed me back with a "sorry but" response -- completely missing the point. Instead of addressing the real issue of atrocious customer service, she doubled down on explaining how insurance estimates work. That was never the problem. The issue is the consistently rude, dismissive attitude from the same employee that many reviews have called out for years. Treating customers like they're a burden is unacceptable. Train your staff on basic manners and professionalism. The process doesn't matter if people don't feel respected the moment they walk in.

It's not every day that you wake up and hear a mouse squeaking behind your dashboard, but that's exactly what happened to us after discovering some evidence of rodents in the car searching for food. After a couple weeks with poison traps and peppermint oil to drive them out we were left with a lingering smell in the vehicle. We knew that they had been in the cabin air filter as well as the engine filter, as well as behind the dash, but we weren't able to reach where they were to properly clean it out. After speaking with a few detailing companies, we realized we needed to see an AC specialist and a quick visit with them help us understand that this was an insurance job that needed to be completed and that's how we ended up a diamond. As a preferred partner for State Farm diamond was able to assess the situation and get the professional help that was needed, including a proper cleansing of the AC system and full interior detail to remove all evidence of the mice that were once there. They were able to complete the work within the scope of the insurance policy and handled all the communication with the insurance company which made this a very simple effort on our part. Best of all their communication is top-notch. They kept us surprised at each step of the process and made sure to provide updates and return phone call promptly with full detailed voicemails when they couldn't reach us. And they even held the car a little extra due to the completion of the job overlapping with some time when we were away. If this is how they handle a job that they need to contract out I can't imagine the white glove service they provide when dealing with bodywork. I highly recommend the shop if you are in need of their type of services and if you're a State Farm customer and need to access your comprehensive benefit definitely give them a call.
