It did not have as much metal fleck in it. Susan offered to redo the paint job, but it was not enough of a notice to have them redo that. I actually like the slight difference in the color. A competitor refused to accept third party replacement grill and grill housing parts that I had bought (just two pieces). The OEM parts were pricey and since my truck is nine years old, I couldn't justify using them. The staff were accommodating and had zero problems using the third party parts and thus saving me hundreds of dollars. They were very nice, finish the job as on time as promised, charged reasonably and if I need anything else repaired in the future I will undoubtedly return.

I was involved in a 3 car collision back in November 2021. My adjuster from my insurance only provide me less than 4 hours to find a body shop to get started with the estimate of the repair on my 2018 Ford Fusion. I had no clue to where I was going to find such a trustworthy place in this unfair timely manner, I did contact few body shops where they had been fully busy and wouldn't be able to get me in til probably in 2 months especially since the holidays where around the corner. I do live in Fernley, but me thinking its a small town I wasn't going to find a place but thankfully I googled and All American Auto Body in Fernley popped up and I decided to give a call. " Jason" from the very beginning of our conversation has always been polite and very professional. I explained to him my situation not me knowing anything what I had to do since this was my first time ever being in a car accident and having to deal with insurances. He explained to me how everything needed to get started and what I needed to do in order to start a process. That very first day I called he asked me to bring in my car to take some pictures and provide an estimate. The whole process with my insurance was a little delay but they never neglected to approve or pay any supplement that Jason would submit them. The back rear of my vehicle was pretty damaged and honestly I was afraid that my car wasn't going to look like before. Especially since I've only had it for about 3 years. Jason was always updating me what was going on and what stage my car was in, he would also apologize why it was taking long (again not body shop fault, my car insurance was delaying to respond to supplements) even though I also understand because Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years and also the Snow Storm that caused all transportation to stop. I took my car to the body shop on 12/8/21 so they could've get started with getting it apart to get a better view of the damaged. I knew it was gonna take some time which I didn't mind all I wanted was for someone I can count on and depend on and trust that they where not just thinking about the money. My car was out and ready on 1/28/22. Me and my brother went to pick up my car and I can tell you that my brother is a very difficult person that you can't convenience of anything that has to do with a car. But let me tell you as soon as my brother saw my car he was very impressed and his words," Damnnn it looks like nothing happen to your car, what damages"? I was also too very excited and thankful for this. Unfortunately I wasn't able to thank the staff that did the labor work but I gotta say that I am very happy and happy with the results. Well my friend Liz Kantura recommended Frank at Straight n Paint off of East highway 50 in Carson and he was great. Gave us an unbelievable price to fix the dents and do the front of the truck. He ended up painting the rear doors as well, painted our new grill and put on pin striping no extra charge. He even buffed out the bed and the truck looks brand new. Highly recommend him, nicest guy you could meet. Much of his work is on Hot August Night collectibles, his album is full plus his vehicles he restored. All of the other auto body shops in town quotes were way over what we got from Frank. He has been doing Cars since he was 12 years old, his shop is not fancy his office looks like someone who works on cars not the fancy office type but his work is impeccable.
