My first phone call went unanswered, but I left a voicemail. Since I never received a return call by the next day , I called again and was told no appointment necessary for an estimate. On June 9th 2026 I drove my truck in to the business, and OMG, what a maze, what a mess! There are vehicles in various stages of disrepair parked EVERYWHERE in a big cluttered "yard". I had to park in a red zone out in the street and quickly run into their office. I was told someone would be right with me. Well, after waiting and waiting in this crowded, disorganized office with people running around holding up paint sample chips up in the air, I decided to leave. If this is how they ignore customers and have such poor housekeeping on display, I can only imagine how many months and months my truck would have been lost in this quagmire if I had decided to have them paint my truck! The REAL mystery is why some of the reviews for this business were so glowing? Maybe I showed up on a bad day? Maybe they need to hire more help? BAFFLING....

Well that truck runs fantastic and I really really had wanted to try to just buy it back if there wasn't like frame damage or anything like that just looking at it yeah you think it was bad but cosmetic. Boy was I way wrong! I stopped in pro collision to talk about getting an estimate and letting me know you know what damage is done and Elsie came out and right then and there on the spot said hey let me look at your truck. Her and I talked I told her the situation about me considering buying it back what are the pros and cons and she said this is frame is fine BUT... Because medic just is not cosmetic. That whole panel to the back door would have to come out they would have to like put the metal pulled metal back out through the walls the light the tail light the gas tank is compromised and so what I thought would be easy fix would cost around 3 to 4,000! I'm really bummed about it but I think Elsie for being honest with me letting me know and pointing out what she was talking about not just hey there you go. So if you ever need any work done, and you want an honest business, I highly highly recommend them.
