We have had our 2 year old German Shepherd female "Jodi" to the Pet Parlor Rockwood three times now. Jodi is a West German, long hair pup who can be, at times, a handful. However, I can testify, these ladies are GOOD. Michele and her crew are wonderful groomers and caring ladies. I could go on and on about them, but let it suffice, I am very particular about my dogs, so if I say they are good, you can take that to the bank. This was a last minute thing and my dog was frightened from the start, but I was desperate and he was due for a nail clipping! Well, one nail was clipped to short and bled for over an hour, a trip to the vet because after trying sugar, cornstarch, clotting spray from the hospital, nothing worked! He had to be sedated, and was in so much pain coming out of sedation, I've never heard him scream so loud. It really broke mine and my boyfriends hearts. Although she did pay the vet bill, I'd honestly say I'll never go back...
