She is very organized ahead of time and makes sure to gather any helpful information. She communicates very clearly before and during about what is expected and how things are going (including pictures of the fur babies because she knows I miss them lol). The pets are happy to see us when we get home, but also seem Just super happy in general and we'll taken care of. I always feel sooo relieved when we schedule her because I know I'll have nothing to worry about. Low and behold, when my hubby and I came home from getting married we were informed by our neighbor that MY DOG WAS OUTSIDE trying to get back in the house. We also found out that Vanessa had invited her boyfriend into our home without asking. I was mortified and thinking what could have been like my dog, my baby could have been hit by a car and KILLED.. she had no explanation except it was because she didn't feel comfortable in my home even though I had asked her this in our first discussion and there was a problem with my location. Then she blamed my dog getting out because she is a German Shepherd. What must have happened is that she and her boy toy were NOT paying attention and my dog thought it was playtime getting into a car as she is a home girl. This being said after the bull, I don't even know if my dog was fed or cared for and it makes me sick to my stomach. Also, as a new customer I was expecting a phone call letting me know she was here and I HAD TO CALL HER..this is not okay and I will NEVER hire someone that is not totally honest with full disclosure again. All I asked was that my baby was safe and in the house when I got home.. But no: DID NOT HAPPEN..i give her and her service a big fat ICK..At minimum she should have given me at least one nights refund but oh no..NOTHING. If you love your dog/pet. Think again PS: my yard is Doggie proofed, there is NO way she got out on her own. Thank you for ruining my wedding weekend .

He scheduled a meeting with one of his people to see my home, to walk through and meet my pets. That was great, and reassuring. I scheduled three walks/visits per day for my dog and cat. I was given a daily journal of activities, feeding, demeanor and all around vibe of my babies. That was refreshing. I was at a memorial service several hours away when they called and said she was really winded (it happens), so I approved taking her out of play and put her in a kennel with plenty of water. Within the hour after speaking with them, they said she was having trouble breathing. I approved a visit to the emergency vet. The Vet called me when she arrived and asked if they could perform CPR. I said of course! Later I got a call from the emergency vet that she had passed and when she arrived to their location, she was not breathing. WTF Camp Bow Wow? I got no follow-up call from them, no apology, no communication what so ever. WTF happened??????

I just wanted to post this so people are aware of the type of methods they use. If I would have known about this, I would have never exposed my fearful dog to this type of outdated training method. He has gone on small pack walks before, he has been handled by other trainers, he has been groomed all his life by other people, and never ever been so fearful and anxious like he was with her. Also, putting 20+ dogs in a car definitely does not sound safe.
