Since the new owners took over, that level of care and customer service just hasn't been the same. I stayed loyal despite having my appointments canceled or rescheduled multiple times due to illness or scheduling conflicts. Each time, I was understanding because I know life happens. The one time I was running late, however, there was zero flexibility or willingness to accommodate me. It's disappointing when the understanding only goes one way. Loyalty should be a two-way street. Customer service isn't just about grooming dogs--it's about how you treat the people who support your business. Unfortunately, I no longer feel valued here and will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the new owners realize that consistency, empathy, and appreciation for loyal customers are what keep people coming back.

I am heart broken as I skim through these reviews, as someone who has been a client of their I am FULLY aware of how they manage their time and if I am ever to forget the front desk girl kindly reminds me! If anyone has ever worked with animals, they should know that they are not statues and WILL move as the groomer is running sharp instruments across their bodies, so NO they cannot give us an accurate time of when the dog will be done and I completely understand that and everyone else should too! And I for one do NOT want my dog sitting in a crate for a long period of time, so when I get my call that my dog will be done, I am making my way over there ASAP! But a few things have happened…read morethat has led me to want to write this. 1-The people working there are abrasive and sticklers to their rules. For example I received a call on the dot to my appointment saying if I was late I would be charged when I was in the parking lot. It is also tone and delivery that could make a huge difference. 2 The last time I went there I asked several times when to pick up my 2 dogs and was not given any time period. Then when they called for the courtesy call I was in a work meeting. When the meeting ended I called and was scolded on the phone how awful of a dog parent I was to leave them in a crate for an hour. When I came in to get them I was continually scolded and that they would need to charge me extra for keeping them longer (even though they would not commit to a time) and again I was a terrible dog mom. She raised her voice with me and would not let it go until I told her she was being rude. 3- my large dog was also told that he was "difficult" and that he poops in the crate- I feel like they said that because I noticed some nips at his ears that bled. I have since sent him somewhere else and they told me they did not have any issue with him. So my overall feedback is do NOT go there. They are over priced, not kind or careful to the dogs and unprofessional.

Molly has regular grooming appointments as well as nail trims in between. We also get our other dogs nails trimmed occasionally. Dogs are still handled one at a time and never crated. Based on our dog's anxieties, I really wanted a groomer who only took 1 dog at a time and is very gentle and sweet, but also very skilled. That is 100% Gaby. Absolutely Horrible Experience - Zero Stars!!…read more I took my 6lb Yorkie to Posh Pup Grooming and paid $180 for what was supposed to be a professional grooming with Vivian. I dropped my dog off under the impression that Vivian would be doing the grooming, but when I picked her up, I was shocked to find that someone else had actually cut her hair -- and completely ruined it! The haircut was uneven, choppy, and nothing close to what I asked for. My poor dog looked like a mess. I contacted Vivian (the owner) right away and asked if she could at least try to fix some of the damage, and she flat-out refused. No apology, no accountability -- just a complete lack of professionalism. If I hadn't paid in cash, I would've canceled the payment without hesitation. For $180, this was an absolute ripoff. I will never be going back, and I strongly advise others to stay away. If you care about your pet, do not take them to Posh Pup Grooming.

We have taken our dog to Stella quite a few times, but after giving them far too many chances and…read morespending a significant amount of money, we are done. The grooming cuts have always been inconsistent and rarely what we asked for. Today was the final straw. What should have been a basic $75 bath and clean-up--not even a full haircut--left my dog with multiple visible cuts all over his belly. To make matters worse, management took zero responsibility for what are clearly clipper burns/cuts, and instead blamed me for 'not being happy with the service.' When a client's dog is injured and likely in pain during their appointment, you apologize and coach your staff--you don't blame the owner. We will be taking our business elsewhere, and I strongly recommend others do the same.
