Wanted to come check this area out since it opened and finally had the opportunity. This restaurant is casual and seating is inside and outside. We opted to sit inside. The menu has a lot of offerings and they even had a preset lunch menu as well which is a pretty good deal. Since my party opted to get the preset menu I only got a side which was shrimp fried rice. It was tasty but not your regular fried rice and the portion was large with lots of shrimp. They both had the fish dip and a starter it was dry on its own but with the accompaniments was pretty good. They also provided small cheddar biscuits for the table which were very dry and tasteless. One friend had the cauliflower and the other the brisket sandwich. Each ordered the carrot cake and mud pie deserts. I had the carrot cake, it was pretty good but a lot of cream. The drinks were good as well, tried two cocktails. The service could have been better, there were no water refills and we had to ask for paper napkins as the drinks did not come with any or a coaster leaving the table wet. Nice place to seek out fresh oysters, as they receive a fresh shipment of oysters every day. They also have other raw dishes, like a poke bowl, ceviche trio and more. For our visit, we only tried the oysters. We had some from Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island (PEI) and Maine. All were exceptional and shucked well. The Maine oysters weren't as complex in flavor where the PEI and Nova oysters had more of a complex taste. All were pretty clean, yet the Maine ones were slightly briny. You can sit at the raw bar inside or a normal table where you can still see the water, or if you dare, the outside had plenty of seating with fans. Our waitress Stephany was super helpful and accommodating during our visit. Prices for oysters are about average for the market. Lastly, they do take reservations, which at certain times might be helpful. read more

First of all, let me tell you....my girlfriend her daughter and I attempted to venture into another restaurant in the area but they stopped serving food at 10pm. With that being said I think it was fate because we came here and definitely wasn't disappointed. Upon entering it was very bright and inviting. Nicely decorated and you could immediately tell by the beautiful crystal water glasses on the table that it was going to be a good time. We were greeted by our waitress, Jen who was friendly and very knowledgeable about the items on the menu to the point of explaining the variety of oysters and other dishes and how they are prepared. We ordered appetizers (oysters, beet salad, deviled eggs, french fries) and the catch of the day (snapper) and you can have your fish grilled or blackened...we choose grilled. At the end of the evening we mentioned it was my friend's birthday and Jen told us to order a dessert because it was complimentary!! We get our fish to cook at home in the market all the time and it's always fresh and great price. Even the service is superb. This is why I give more stars. But the restaurant side is not all that it is cracked up to be. Been here three times for dinner and will stick to just getting fish at the market. We went recently on a Saturday, had drinks at the bar while waiting for a table. The bartender was great. Had some appetizers and four dinners when seated. The fish dinners tasted like they sat under a heat lamp and were not prepared well at all. Lobster in the pasta dish tasted frozen and not fresh. Appetizers were so so. Drinks were just ok. Bar service better than table service. Each time we go since we didn't have reservations we are seated in the same booth near the entrance and always so loud in there. We were there early with a lot of empty tables and they hold tables for reservations for quite awhile. I took one pic of the cauliflower ap which was pretty good. I think this is such a great restaurant. Although I came on quite a windy night, outside was absolutely gorgeous. Everything from the service to the views to the food was amazing. We came in for a snack and a drink. We got the spicy margaritas and they were amazing. Our bartender was so welcoming and nice. We sat at a table outside and ordered two appetizers. Before our appetizers came, they brought our their cheddar and chive biscuits with honey butter, which were really warm. They were AMAZING. The perfect combination of salty, savory, and sweet. Our shrimp lobster dynamite plate came out next and this was our absolute favorite. I could eat 20. There is so much flavor. The cold contrast of the lobster and shrimp mix with the hot cheesy, fried polenta underneath makes it a killer combination. It's genius. We probably devoured them in 3 minutes. I have no shame. Our chicken wings came out next. They had the perfect amount of smoke to them and were PACKED with flavor. The dipping sauce was delicious. They give you slightly pickled carrots and celery on the side which are the perfect bite right after the chicken wing. All in all our first experience was a 10/10. We were walking on the Lighthouse promenade enjoying the Jupiter Lighthouse views. We noticed the oyster bar and were excited to enjoy some oysters outside on the water. We asked to have a table outside to sit with our dogs as we just came from the beach down the street that allows dogs on the beach. The hostess said they only allow service dogs even though there is plenty of outside seating and tables are spread far apart. I went inside (without the dogs) to ask for a menu to place a "to go" order instead. They said they do not do "to go" orders. This is the first time that we have encountered a beach bar restaurant that did not have to go orders. As I was looking over the menu, the manger came up to my boyfriend who was outside across the plaza with the dogs and said dogs are not allowed on the property for the whole plaza. We did not see any signs around stating these random policies. It was the strangest restaurant experience that we have ever had. We were completely creeped out by the entire experience, the interactions with the staff, and do not feel comfortable or welcome there. read more

We were very impressed with what a great job Lucky Shuck did with such a variety of food -- we ordered a shrimp appetizer, oysters, beef brisket, catch of the day, and a rack of ribs. The bartender Michael was incredibly talented and professional -- it's hard to come by a bartender who can smile and chat while handling requests from every corner of the bar. So my boyfriend and I came up from down south Florida, Miami. Love this area. I want to move here. Especially having this awesome restaurant to go to. It was my 55 yr. b day. (And btw we work in the biz) it was amazing as soon as we walked in the door. Everyone greeted us as we entered. Sat at the bar and was greeted by mike aka Zack brown his look alike! We bonded with him right away! He can make tasty cocktails as well as great conversation! And the cherry to this beautiful story the food was unbelievably delicious. Happy hour is amazing. Recently were on our first visit to the Jupiter area and always like to find local restaurants to try. This one had four stars on Yelp, which is not bad, but I could go either way with a four star place. What pushed me over the edge to try this place was the location and view. It has wonderful outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the lighthouse. So off we went to give it a try. Parking is horrible here by the way. Not necessarily the restaurants fault I don't believe, but just hideous. Had to park a good distance away and walk. Just something to keep in mind if you are looking to try this place. It's not like it's a mile away, just further than you typically have to walk to go eat. Anyway, we were seated right away outside, which is what we requested. As mentioned above, beautiful view right on the water. Service was friendly but a bit slow. Took a while for someone to come engage with us and throughout the dinner there wasn't a ton of checking up on us. The place was busy but did not seem overly busy. But in today's time, it could be a short staff situation. The waiter was friendly and did a good job when he was waiting on us, just didn't check in enough. For the prices being paid, I expected a bit more. But the food was the star anyway. I got the Sticky Fingaz Fried Chicken. I know, seafood place and you get chicken? I had just eaten seafood the night before so wanted something different. It was to die for. Soooo good. I believe the BBQ sauce is house made and it was really good. Cooked perfectly with just enough crunch but not dried out. I would definitely order this again. My wife got Mahi with the pecan/macadamia nut prep. She literally said it was the best thing she'd ever eaten. Finally, my daughter got the blackened Mahi and just went nuts over it. If I was grading the food only I would have given it 7 stars even though you're only allowed 5. It was all really really good. Only really had a couple negative things to say about my experience. Prices did seem overpriced. Again, maybe it's just how it is right now at this time in the US with Covid. Just seemed a bit more than it should be. The portions, in my opinion, were a bit small. For example, with my chicken dish, I got a tiny little dish of watermelon. Not even the size of a bowl. I forget the name of the dish but something like you would get sauce in. It was tiny. Also was given pickles. That was it. I would have expected a vegetable or mashed potatoes, something like that. My wife and daughters meals were also small portions. My last complaint is that there was no bread or anything to start. Maybe I'm spoiled, but in a place like this, paying the prices you are paying, I'd expect some complimentary bread or something similar to start while you wait. In the end though, the food quality outweighed any negatives I had. It was really good. So if you're ok spending the money, this is a place you will enjoy. read more
