Service and food is great! The views aren't so bad either. I had the moon dancer oysters, fried oysters, deviled eggs, lobster and shrimp dynamite, ahi tuna tacos, and the key lime pie. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the ahi tuna tacos and the key lime pie. Both were the best I've ever had of their kind. I could eat 10 of the tuna tacos they were that good. 6th time at LS. OK the obvious is the location and build out is fantastic. Some of the staff front desk, Lauren the server and Jenn are great. I will even say the food though a little expensive has always been very good!!! The problem is... I have been there for an event, for lunch and dinner, when it is packed and when it is just normal busy. Twice I have had reservations and the table or area reserved was not delivered to me or ready. The seating for some areas vs. others can be bad. They have an amazing build-out but some tables have these cheap high stools and some have these little stools... these suck. Then they have really nice chairs outside with backs and some with backs and really nice cushions. Your booty and back will be treated well depending on what you get. My biggest gripe though is everything is always un-organized and for lack of better words chaotic. Again not that busy the other night and people are running around, it does not provide the luxury experience the location and prices call for... To add - Made a reservation for outside, with a real chair for my Mom's birthday. Weeks ago... When we got there it was not ready so they offered a high-top with the bad chairs in the sun... NO... gross. There was nothing else available so I just said give us a booth inside which took about 10 minutes to figure out even though the booth was wide open. No one mentioned to us upon check-in that their air condition was broken. During our entire meal there were flies everywhere swarming around us because there was no air and they had all the windows and doors open. I will add it was really hot in there... again this happens but you should say it... If it was just one experience that was chaotic or not the best I would not be writing but six time is the charm. Again, location is great, food has always been very good and they have some staff that is great. Unfortunately I think last night was one of my last times here as the chaotic-ness of the environment is not what you come for when you go out like this. Plus simply put some of the seats just stink and quite frankly hurt... Sorry because I heart the JUP but it is just not up to par with other options for a local. I will also add Joe does a lot for the local community and the Beacon and Lucky always participates. So good on you but get organized and be ready and if you are under staffed take less reservations or get it right. read more

Oh My! What a charming place!.... We arrived at 6pm and were greeted, and a seat out on their patio-Deck was given to us. So nicely decorated with tall towering Palm Trees that nestled us into our space. There were 5 of us, one of them was an infant, and concerning our party--we were tickled pink to be on the outside edge. Chancellor, our waiter, was most kind, and we ordered drinks and appetizers. My Virgin Pina Colada was served with an orange slice... which was a bit puzzling to me-- what has a colada got to do with an orange?... but it was delicious. A little bit thin, or watered down, but delicious. Raw oysters in the shell and chicken wings were on sale tonight (every Wednesday). Our table ordered these, plus an off-the-menu Tuna and salad with these awesome veggies... it looked a bit like cole-slaw, but one delicious tantalizing mouthful was a tell-tell to know this was NOT slaw, but a sweet yummmy delicate salad. And tuna was perfectly seasoned and seared -a perfect compliment. We ordered more oysters in the shell ( what can I say.. we like oysters). And chicken wings that were sooooo crispy on the outside and tender on the inside... sooo yummy!....and hubby and I ordered a 3-tail fish sandwich... which was cooked to perfection and tender and flaky with the perfect condiments to enhance the fish.... I usually look under the roll, but one bite followed another wonderful bite of warm, tender fish with its medley of flavors in such perfect harmony to look would have disrupted this orchestration of wonderful dinner. Our salad had watermelon radish wheels, and sweet green heirloom tomatoes, with such a delicate dressing I almost missed its presence. Dessert we had key-lime pie....thats presentation was way immense... only topped by is delicate flavors. We were told desserts were made in-house by chef Woo.... We woo'd the desserts. Our other party had the peanut butter pie... which was also out of this world.... These guys are a must when in Jupiter... they get 10 points from us! read more

This place covered the trifecta of what a good restaurant should be: Great food, excellent service and a memorable atmosphere. My friends and I started off with the Ahi Tuna Poke Tacos as well as the Brisket Loaded Cornbread. Then we all had different variations of the Tripletail. Everything was excellent. Food was extremely tasteful and I loved the Sweet Mash that was the base of the fish. TVs around the bar, good music, and friendly wait staff. Lucky shuck definitely has some work to do: 1. Reserved a table earlier in the week with outdoor seating on open table (the option was specifically for outdoors). Show up and they don't honor that, need to wait for an outdoor table regardless of reservations. We specifically chose this restaurant because of the outdoor table reservation but it was not honored. 2. I spoke up for our group saying that we should get what we signed up for. the hostess decided to penalize us for speaking out and sit us at the table furthest from the water in the entire restaurant. 3. We end up ordering some oysters and drinks. After about 20-25 minutes I make eye contact with the waiter: he had completely forgot the drinks. Also, they had forgotten the oysters. 3b. Ended up comping the oysters so that is a plus. 4. I ordered a drink asking to if it would be out before the main dish. Was confirmed that it would... it did not 5. Food quality was good for main dish, I wasn't a huge fan of the pork corn preparation of the fish but that's a personal preference and not on the restaurant. 6. Drink was ROUGH. Not good at all 6b. Drink was taken off the bill 6c. Drink was not actually taken off the bill 7. Waiter disappeared and was nowhere to be seen. We had to find another employee to help us with fix the bill to remove the drink and help us check out. read more

Came in on a Sunday evening at 9pm (1 hour before close) for a nightcap and dessert. The host was clearly bothered along with the server. The server rushed us through our order as rudely as possible. Mind you, only a few people were even in the restaurant at this time. Our desserts came out tasting freezer burnt and clearly out of the freezer. My tres leches was rock solid and they tried to pass it off as a tres leches by pouring sauce on it. There's no other word for it but gross. Great view. Good service. I really liked my Poke bowl. My husband didn't really like the mahi (he said the middle was dry and eating it with the sweet potato mash felt like he was eating turkey. ). We get our fish to cook at home in the market all the time and it's always fresh and great price. Even the service is superb. This is why I give more stars. But the restaurant side is not all that it is cracked up to be. Been here three times for dinner and will stick to just getting fish at the market. We went recently on a Saturday, had drinks at the bar while waiting for a table. The bartender was great. Had some appetizers and four dinners when seated. The fish dinners tasted like they sat under a heat lamp and were not prepared well at all. Lobster in the pasta dish tasted frozen and not fresh. Appetizers were so so. Drinks were just ok. Bar service better than table service. Each time we go since we didn't have reservations we are seated in the same booth near the entrance and always so loud in there. We were there early with a lot of empty tables and they hold tables for reservations for quite awhile. I took one pic of the cauliflower ap which was pretty good. I took my wife here for her birthday due to a recommendation. We had a reservation at 7 and requested outside seating. Upon arrival, I waited for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. 4 hostesses/staff members were assisting one lady who had no reservation and had requested to be sat outside. After being acknowledged, the hostess stated there was no outside seating even though they confirmed my reservation. I had to wait approximately 30min in total from the time of my reservation to when we were seated. We started with the ceviche appetizer which was beyond underwhelming. Three small renditions of what they perceive to be ceviche that lacked any flavor or authenticity. Not worth it in my opinion. At this point, we were frustrated with how the evening transpired and decided to take our entrees home and call it a night. At least the view was nice though. With all the restaurants on the strip, this would definitely not be one I will return to. read more

I had lunch today on the patio. Waitress was very helpful. Waitress recommended the blackened grouper sandwich. The price on the menu was at MP. When it arrived the I realized the brioche roll was stale. When I went to take a bite the fish was so slippery a large portion of the fish fell on the ground. Let's start with, I made a reservation 2 weeks ago for my birthday for 4 people. Booked online and it did not ask me outside or inside so I assumed inside.. like a normal place. We get here exactly at the reservation time and they tell me that all of the outside reservations have to be moved inside... okay? How is that my problem? So we try to sit outside in the 48 degree weather getting rained on. I am 9 months pregnant with my older parents and husband. This is not okay to put customers outside in the rain and cold!!! You should have prepared for all of your reservations. Was told that if I wanted inside it would be an hour wait. The hostess and manager were just horrendous. Wanted to come check this area out since it opened and finally had the opportunity. This restaurant is casual and seating is inside and outside. We opted to sit inside. The menu has a lot of offerings and they even had a preset lunch menu as well which is a pretty good deal. Since my party opted to get the preset menu I only got a side which was shrimp fried rice. It was tasty but not your regular fried rice and the portion was large with lots of shrimp. They both had the fish dip and a starter it was dry on its own but with the accompaniments was pretty good. They also provided small cheddar biscuits for the table which were very dry and tasteless. One friend had the cauliflower and the other the brisket sandwich. Each ordered the carrot cake and mud pie deserts. I had the carrot cake, it was pretty good but a lot of cream. The drinks were good as well, tried two cocktails. The service could have been better, there were no water refills and we had to ask for paper napkins as the drinks did not come with any or a coaster leaving the table wet. Nice place to seek out fresh oysters, as they receive a fresh shipment of oysters every day. They also have other raw dishes, like a poke bowl, ceviche trio and more. For our visit, we only tried the oysters. We had some from Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island (PEI) and Maine. All were exceptional and shucked well. The Maine oysters weren't as complex in flavor where the PEI and Nova oysters had more of a complex taste. All were pretty clean, yet the Maine ones were slightly briny. You can sit at the raw bar inside or a normal table where you can still see the water, or if you dare, the outside had plenty of seating with fans. Our waitress Stephany was super helpful and accommodating during our visit. Prices for oysters are about average for the market. Lastly, they do take reservations, which at certain times might be helpful. read more
