Got the slice combo, which comes with a slice of pizza (chose the dill slice), a breadstick, and a soda. Pretty good deal. The pizza was great and I'd definitely order it again. The breadstick was just okay, a bit bland. Plenty of seating and the space is nice and open. I went on a Saturday night, and there seems to be a bar/club upstairs with pretty bad sound bleed. That said, the vibe inside was still great and the service was quick.

Craving pizza, but don't want the whole pie? This is the place to be! Pizza by the slice always wins our heart. Cute, retro design elements inside and out. They even have a few arcades towards the front of the restaurant. We didn't make it to the back, so there might be more. Easy and quick service at the counter. The pizza options were displayed, so we can easily decide. We had two slices of cheese, a meat lover and a garlic twist. That was more than enough food and it satisfied our little belly.

Always excellent. Many vegetarian, vegan, and diabetes friendly options. Loads of choices for the carnivores too! The March special is the Shamrock, which has artichoke spinach, feta, and mozzarella. I quite enjoyed it. Love the thin crust, not greasy. Always excellent service at this location. There's a two slice meal deal or one slice and small salad, with drink. Several non-carbonated choices available, in addition to the regular soda fountain. They display local artists paintings, and has a cute trendy vibe.

If you are craving pizza and wanting to indulge without ordering a whole pie and being tempted to eat it later, Lucky Slice is the place to grab a slice of pie. The pizza is a nice change of crust (think a good New York style thin crust ) and the sauce is so fresh. It's counter service, but the staff were friendly and helpful with my first time coming here. The mode is chill and it's nice they offer a good beer selection. Price was just right for a quick after hike snack. The patios are cute, but not dog friendly.

food quality: 5/5 service: 5/5 cleanliness: 5/5 value: 5/5 Don't Skip On: The Real Dill (shout out to my pickle fanssss) Lucky Slice is one of my favorite pizza places in Utah!! Although I'm sad that it's not closer to Salt Lake, I always look forward to visiting when I'm in the Clearfield or Ogden area. Maybe one day they will come to Salt Lake They have both purchase by the slice and whole pies to order, which fits everyone's needs! They also have a good variety of beer, salads, wings, and apps. Their staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I learned today that there is now an app all thanks to Gladius, who was our cashier today. Now I can start earning points each time I go. We got stuck with a lot of orders being made while the Farmer's Market was happening today, but most other times haven't been an issue. If you want a whole pie, be prepared to call in the order so you don't have to wait as long. Highly recommended for your pizza fix!

    Great vibes here.

The staff is friendly and chill. I ordered Combo #1 Carnivore Slice, breadstick, large marinara and ranch dipping sauces. It took a while to get my food. Bu once I did I was very pleased. So very scrumptious. You could even venture to say it was scrum-diddly-umptious! The last time I went here was a few years at their older, cramped Ogden location. They definitely upgraded. They have a TMNT arcade machine!

Look, this place is solid. Great place to catch a slice (or two) or get a whole pie. They offer takeout, dine-in, and even delivery on whole pies. This new location is fantastic. SO much room and a great vibe when you go through the doors. The daily offerings are on display and a quick trip to the oven gets you a thin crust slice of heaven. Their regular, boring offerings are great (my kid only likes cheese pizza. Booo) and their specialties are fantastic. I tried the French Onion slice this past visit and man, was it good. Breadsticks are good, very fresh and tasty. The Mozza Balls are like crack, you are going to get addicted. Soda is soda, and they have that. They also offer a decent selection of beer for those caring to partake. There's nothing else like this in Ogden. There is great pizza in Ogden but not by the slice except for here at Lucky Slice.

My favorite pizza spot around. It's great for lunch because you can grab a slice or two with a drink. It's also great for the family because you can buy a whole pie too. The staff are always wonderful and friendly. And I love the atmosphere. I've been to the Ogden location and the Logan location and they're both great.

We love Lucky Slice! This location is awesome, I love all the brick and decor. It's a great place to grab a bite to eat before an Ogden Twilight concert or during the farmers market, or just any time! I'm a huge fan of their plain ol cheese pizza but I love to try the fun and creative combinations they come up with for their monthly and seasonal pies too.

Slice of cheese and a slice of Margie

Stopped by for a late-night bite and it was pretty quiet inside. We ordered a slice each, cheese for me and Margie (Margherita) for him. The pizza must have been reheated for us before they were dropped off at our table because the first bite was crispy and warm. I am a fan of thin-crust pizza, so this was a treat. I docked one star because I couldn't believe how much each slice cost! My cheese slice was just over $2 and his Margie slice was just over $5. Should have purchased an entire pizza at that point. Regardless, we'll be back again.

    Florentine pizza is super tasty!

Let's start here, the pizza is great! Love buying slices and tasting different things, and love the open and inviting space obviously decorated with skill and care! But we almost didn't get to taste anything because had we not been tired from the road and ready to sleep we would have walked out of this place because of one disrespectful person. What i don't like is snotty service, walking up to the counter i addressed the gentleman more than once to get him to even look at me, ordered 4 slices then asked what do you have for beer? "Tony" said: no clue because i am not into beer", i said excuse me don't you work here? All i got was a blank stare. Again, the pizza was great, but even if we lived here we wouldn't be back based on being treated like trash. Service is not that hard, to make it this bad you really have to try, remember that.

Do not order through Yelp- more expensive and limited choices. I did that mistake and I had to order another pizza Do not order through Yelp- more expensive and limited choices. I did that mistake and I had to order a bigger pizza because Grubhub only offered Large Pizzas for more money. The pizza is thin and tastes great. The parking can be an issue for pickup.

Pizza here is light and delicious but nothing special due to very low amounts of cheese and toppings.

The pizza was mostly just crust. The large wasn't worth $14 because the crust was large but it had extra small pizza size toppings.

The crust was cooked to crunchy perfection just the way I like my pizza. I could tell that the ingredients used on the pizza were fresh and of good quality. The Blueberry Lemon custard pizza was a pleasant surprise on the taste buds to top off my meal. I will most definitely be back to eat at this pizzeria again when I come back to town.

While picking up my pizza that time, I noticed that the other food options being served looked pretty good. Fast forward to today where I'm back in town and decided to revisit the restaurant but eat in. The problems started right as we walked in. When we arrived we were told that it would be a 25 minute wait. Ok, no problem, it's Friday night. What we weren't told was that we could order and THEN it was a 25 minute wait for the food to be cooked. This was confusing because we aren't locals and I had to ask for clarification. When ordering as a party of three, two wanted a beer. We were told that the orders had to be separated to sell two individual beers. Weird, but ok. I ordered a Vesuvius calzone for me, Mac and cheese with bacon for my husband and the blueberry lemon desert to take home plus one beer. Our friend ordered wings, the Vesuvius and a beer. The rest is well, just plain bad restaurant practice. This was the next 40+ minutes (after our 30 minute wait): 1-Vesuvius out for our friend. Lukewarm at best. 2-Almost 10 minutes later- barely warm Mac and cheese with pieces of cold bacon on top. The bacon was basically the thin precooked kind they sell at Costco. 3- About 10 minutes later. Lukewarm wings with barely any sauce. We share the mac and cheese for another 15 minutes while waiting for my calzone and finish it and still waited several minutes after. 4-Vesuvius #2 comes out and is not heated through- I stick my finger in the center and did not feel any significant warmth. There was only a single small meatball cut in half in the entire thing. The crust was soggy throughout from the sauce and likely from sitting and cooling behind the counter. My friend had the same issue with his. We were all hungry and collectively decided to just eat what we got because we knew it would be another hour for fresh food or they would probably just microwave what we had if we took each item back up as it came out lukewarm. If the food had been served hot it would have probably been good. Getting our food served all together would have been not only appropriate but would have made the meal a better experience instead of having to go up to the counter four times. Well make that 5 because I had to go ask for the dessert to be made - (while I saw at least four employees standing around in the kitchen area ‍ ) that dessert was the best part of the meal and the only reason for the 2nd star. Last note regarding the beer- I saw pitchers of beer being taken to patrons which confused me because I was told "we're not a bar" when we tried to order a beer each for 2 people. I did ask about this when leaving and was told that as long as there were more than one person with ID they could order a pitcher. A pitcher is double the size of 2 individual pints. Makes zero sense that one pitcher with the equivalent of at least 4 beers can be served for 2 on one ticket but 2 individual beers cannot. Worse is that the guy at the counter didn't even think to suggest ordering a pitcher as an option. The whole counter order /pick up yourself is definitely lacking for a sit down meal at a restaurant that's not fast food. Beer is the only thing served to the table by staff. It's compounded by the fact that you have to go up multiple times to get each item and listen as other food is going out to other orders in between. Not getting hot food is terrible considering it appears that the food is served as soon as it's ready. I literally thought the restaurant must have had issues with someone getting burned by food and they were intentionally not heating food up. I also don't think it is unreasonable to expect that 2 exact calzones ordered at the same time can't be prepared and served at the same time. Pros for the restaurant- it has a nice atmosphere and very reasonable prices. The portion size on the calzone was large and shareable.
