This smoke shop does not ID consistently and it's need to be within the ownership to come to an understanding that if we have receipts from your establishment that we bought HEMP WRAPS , which is not a tobacco product . I asked them about returning the devices (I've spent around $150 here in 1 month since I'm relatively new to vaping) and they have a strict no return/exchange policy, according to the person I was speaking with, because its a "tobacco product". I decided to go to Vaporider down the road, and explained that I'm looking for a reliable battery system and explained my issues, and they directed me towards a vaporizer that has actually worked AND because they knew I was concerned with the issues I had from my previous 2 items, said that I was free to return the device within 30 days if it did not live up to my standards. Long story short, this place has a terrible customer service policy (not blaming the employees on this one) and employees that are not well versed in products. That alone was frustrating, but the way it was handled made it worse. I went back to the shop expecting a reasonable solution, especially considering the products were clearly defective. Instead, I got pushback. At one point, I was told I could leave a Yelp review for 25% off, which felt more like they were trying to manage their image than actually fix the issue. After going back and forth, the best they offered was $10 off. This whole situation cost me time, gas, and unnecessary stress, all for products that didn't even last a full hour. Customer service should stand behind what they sell, especially at higher price points. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.
