AMAZING EXPERIENCE FROM START TO END!!! I walked in on a Tuesday afternoon (around 4:30) and was warmly and immediately greeted by staff. I've been places before where I'm not acknowledged by anyone for a couple minutes but not at Rio! I was quickly checked in and sat in a pedicure chair within two minutes of me being there. Valerie did my pedicure and she was exceptional! Took such care with my cuticles, polish, and massage. The whole experience was so relaxing and much needed after a long day of work. This was my first ever visit to this salon. I will absolutely be back!! Thank you Rio and thank you Valerie!!

Hang tight because this will be long winded, but hopefully very helpful. I have high expectations for pedis. I worked in the industry and know what should and shouldn't be done. I'm going to start off by saying that Rio was extremely clean. Chill atmosphere, friendly employees. And with an appointment, I was seated ASAP (not so for many other places). Now, for the pedi: this may sound weird, but I'm not there necessarily to relax; I'm there for a technical and well-executed pedicure. And that's what I got. The attention to each nail was immense, each corner was lifted and debris was removed. My tech asked if I had any ingrowns or problem nails. She already knew the areas and gently got to work without removing a chunk of my nail that was unnecessary. The sugar scrub was thorough (my skin looked brand new when she was done), the massage was lovely and the hot towel wrap was sublime. Usually after, techs just use the towel to wipe off excess lotion from the nail beds. That's a nice start, but it doesn't properly dehydrate the nails for a good adhesion for the polish to last. My tech used a brush with acetone to clean each nail! And as she painted each toe, she cleaned the skin around it as she went instead of mangling it with the edge of her own nail through a glove. I'd give the service 5/5 stars, and if you go for a pedi, ask for Ty!

The best quality is right here in Paulding County! The staff is amazing they take care of their customers and go over and above to make sure everything is done in excellence. I am very pleased with my nails and pedicure. My entire family has been here and they love it as well. Special thanks to Lena , Tim , Kenny and Andi for taking great care of us. Amazing service while getting a pedicure today. I had never been in before but saw all of the great reviews and wanted to give them a try. I did the herbal detox pedicure and the massages, oils and lotions were amazing! They took their time with my nail beds and making sure it was trimmed correctly as well. Super friendly and attentive staff. Will be back soon! read more

Although the customer service was superb, I am disappointed to write that the quality of my nails was dismal. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. My toes turned out pretty good, but my nails were another story. The woman who did my nails (to which I would like to repeat was very kind) left my nails a bit lumpy, messy, and with sections unpainted. Before I paid, I asked one of the gentlemen to re-do a couple of nails, and give me a top coat for the rest (as my nails had dusk trapped in between coats and you can tell that the top coat didn't cover the whole nail. He was happy to help me, but my nails still ended up having divots and inconsistent painting. Additionally, the top coat started chipping away from the nail within days. So I am saddened to say that despite the excellent attitudes and reviews, I will not be returning because I don't think the price is worth the quality of the service. read more
